A lovely family run restaurant, where we were made to feel very welcome. The food was delicious, and apparently before we arrived Paolo was doing card tricks with our family at the table. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

What a lovely experience at Paolo's we where suppose to visit before lockdown. Then my sister suggested as not too far so we could have Proccesco, lovely warm welcome & food was yummy with warm bread, small bowl of spaghetti to start and my Veal as a main. What makes the restaurant is the staff, they are so polite & attentive and even gave me a free desert 4 my birthday. As we booked last minute.🥰

I’m living in the area and went out for a casual lunch. Thought I’ll eat pre-made pasta. That wasn’t the case. Probably the best authentic italian food I’ve ever had in London. The mussels and clams pasta were cooked as they should be, with olive oil, parsley and white wine. Simply delicious!! I would grade them with 6* if possible. Totally exceeded my expectations

This is our local Italian which has been around for decades so it's obviously doing something right! The restaurant has the warmth and charm you would expect to find in an independent family run restaurant with the friendliest of owners and staff. The food has never let us down, it's simple, fresh and tasty... just how Italian food should be. I had my father's 90th birthday celebration there yesterday evening, we are a big family yet we were all looked after so well. If you've not been then you really must... the food is delicious.

Booked a table by email a couple of days before as I was eating alone as was staying away on business. Paolo's is a cosy little restaurant. I ordered a medium rare fillet steak with pepper sauce, seasonal vegetables and side of mushrooms. The steak was cooked to perfection! It melted in my mouth and was very tasty! The vegetable side included roast potatoes, broccoli, peas and carrots which were still crunchy and not overcooked. The mushrooms were in fresh garlic butter and the portion was very generous. I was talking to all the staff in the restaurant as I was dining alone and Stef who owns the restaurant is a real character! He has plenty of friendly banter and was doing magic tricks with me & other customers. Great entertainment!! I couldn't decide what to have for dessert so I asked which they would recommend between the profiteroles and the Honeycomb chocolate cheesecake! Stef advised I try the cheesecake but he also gave me a profiterole aswell which I thought was nice of him. The cheesecake was out of this world and it's got to be the best cheesecake I have ever had in my entire life! Profiterole was also good. When I requested my bill, Stef asked if I would like to try lemoncello... which i did and it was certainly a nice night cap to end the evening. I have no hesitation in recommending Paolo's restaurant. If I'm in the area again I will certainly go back - thanks Stef

We came across this restaurant because the hotel that we were staying in had reduced it’s menu and nothing took my fancy ... As soon as I saw this place I knew we were in for a treat, The welcome was warm and friendly , felt relaxed as soon as we sat down , the waiter was amazing, attentive and knowledgable.. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant evening ... the food , well I have been to Italy and it’s up there with the best ... I love to support local businesses and the following week whilst in London again fir work we went again , this was even better ,, one thing is for sure I will eat here every time ... the owners and waiter are so welcoming , I take my hat off to the chef too ... can’t wait until my next visit , shame they don’t have a loyalty scheme ..see you soon 🥰

This is just round the corner from Park Royal tube station. We were staying in a hotel nearby. However it was clear this restaurant was very popular with locals which is always a good sign. I chose the lasagna which was very tasty and not too big a portion. My friend had the liver and bacon and really enjoyed it too. Very friendly staff and a lovely relaxed feel about the place.

The thing about Paolo's is that it never changes. No surprises for the twenty plus years I've been going there, reliably good. Not brilliant but just good. Set on Hangar Green, an immaculate and unspoiled 1930's development of houses and small shops and restaurants around a central garden, the parking is plentiful, easy and cheap. The restaurant is in the middle of the retail parade. immaculately presented with a few tables under an awning outside, for sunny days. Inside, the room is perfectly tidy and well set with both booths and free standing tables. The menu is reasonably priced and neither too extensive nor too ambitious but with all the traditional Italian classics and a few specials. The wine list is competent, again with all you would expect, and is fairly priced. The service is professional, well mannered and attentive without being over familiar, and the cuisine consistently competent rather than brilliant - you will never be disappointed nor will you be surprised. Good, reliable, almost an institution. I love it to bits for what it is.

Rough with the smooth. Food Good, setting and ambience good. Waiters range from very smiley and nice through sullen and disinterested to aggressive and intimidating. Toilets really need some attention - makes you lose faith in the food you will receive. However the food is good and the Prices are ok for a restaurant. Fingers crossed and you'll have a nice time.

We eat here a lot but they now do takeaways and we had a chicken Piri Piri with fries, it was excellent. Really juicy, well spiced and wrapped up well so nice and hot when I got it home. Highly recommended and we will be supporting them through lockdown. Well done guys!

Paolos is one of the homeliest and friendliest restaurants. Staff are always courteous and efficient and in all the years I've been going for dinner I can't remember ever having a complaint.. small and traditional, it is a moment from Park Royal and not far from hanger lane tube. There is enough parking as the parade of shops and restaurants is set at the side of a small green which is also surrounded by residential roads all with adequate OS parking. The owners are simply the best and will do all that they can to assist you in making your time memorable. It is a family affair and so they are lovely people to get to know - you must ask for some magic tricks. You will often walk in and the owner is entertaining with magic! Great for solo lunch, romantic dinners, work do's / meetings or even birthday parties. We done my father's bday here (I knew that even as a last minute arrangement they would still make it special) i called up and planned it 2 hrs before. We were brought out a little cake and candle (unexpected) and the Happy Birthday song was played also along with some welcomed banter. Won't ever stop going either. There are plenty of regulars including Barbara Speaks. You really can't go wrong here. If it's a reliable, traditional Italian that you're looking for with a great atmosphere and staff that are attentive to you, try it out. You may just become another regular. Hats off to these guys, always consistent in quality and service and the restaurant itself is beautiful with some outdoor seating for warm summer evenings.

Was stuck in a local Travelodge for a few days so had no hope of finding anything decent within walking distance. But this is everything you need from a local Trattoria. Italian classics, perfectly cooked, friendly service, and a gregarious owner. Came here for 2 consecutive evenings with my colleagues and had a great meal on both nights. Don't think our waistlines would've taken another day! Very reasonable prices too.

Local Italian set at the end of a residential street that has been there forever. Menu has staples with specials on a daily basis. The fresh bread will make you forget your carb free diet and the garlic prawns in a buttery sauce will make you dunk said bread until you're too embarassed to carry on.Never been disappointed here.

Today I went there for my mother's birthday on the behalf of her boyfriend's recommendation I've always loved small unique places to dine but here I love the quality of the service and the food tasted amazing at great prices with constant service.. At first I felt awkward being in a restaurant with a wine and dine atmosphere but The owners gave us a right laugh, I felt welcomed and I definitely would love to eat there again...
