Great food! We had a lovely time

A fabulous place to catch up with friends, great music played in the background. I loved the ceiling decorations and the community feel.
Peppeckish itself is a small pop up restaurant, I'm told.
The guys here are really friendly and are happy to enthusiastically talk through their menu.
I found the menu to be limited and, surprisingly, there was no green salad option available on the day a couple of friends and I visited.
The prices seemed reasonable until I saw the portion sizes - I've yet to see a smaller £2 hot chocolate in London; two sips and that was it.
We decided, after kotching for a while, to have some refreshments: and that's what I like about the space - it was easy to relax in.
The food was average, with above average prices: the tomato and mozerella 'salad' I had was ok, but nothing more.
I wouldn't rush back for the food but the ambience was spot on.

Came on Saturday night for dinner and had the most wonderful time. The food is SO good and such a lovely homely atmosphere. Highlights were the mussel pasta and the chocolate tart, and how friendly and welcoming Giuseppe is. Thanks so much will definitely be back for more delicious food!

Beautiful evening at peppeckish! Best ingredients and flavours for a truly Italian experience with a twist

We have eaten at Peppeckish several times and it is fabulous. The food is comforting, authentic Italian cooking at its best. The atmosphere is great too; informal, cosy and super friendly.
Last weekend we attended one of Giuseppe’s cookery classes and, just like the food at Peppeckish, it surpassed all our expectations. Giuseppe is a fantastic teacher, just the right amount of demonstration and hands on practice; loads of really interesting conversation about food and cooking and a great meal at the end. We can’t recommend the restaurant or classes enough!

Giuseppe is a lovely, talented chef serving homecooked-style Italian meals. We had a great meal this evening that had fantastic starters (sardines in citrus sauce, red pepper bruschetta with taleggio, and a Neapolitan stuffed pizza), solid mains (gorgonzola and walnut risotto, and pasta and mussels in a broccoli sauce), and a simply outstanding lemon tart for dessert. Delicious organic wines completed a lovely evening! A local place with an Italian atmosphere - bravura!

A beautiful place with beautiful people and sooo amazing food. If you love Italian food (sicilan) this is the place where you have to go. Once you tried it, you will be always coming back 😉 Service is absolutely amazing and food is made always fresh, with daily changing menu. Just go and try for yourself.
