Reviews of Persian Palace (Ealing)
J. K.
The size of the portions I'm this amazing gem is perfect. The value for money and home style cooking cannot compare with others around. Thus is a great opportunity to try some authentic food which taste amazing. The staff where attentive and really friendly, we felt a warm and welcoming vibe. The bread is prepared fresh and can be brought to take home which is what we did. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different and tasteful
H. M. (.
Very nice and very unique however when it comes on to the prices it's way too expensive. I understand that the requirement for these areas that to be pricey but check out the menu you can get the same for cheaper at different areas and for similar prices.
Generally speaking I don't I would come back for the prices. Because good is generic
j. p.
Great atmosphere. Staff very helpful.. the food is very good and well presented and plenty of it.
N. H.
The best Persian food and amazing customer service from the staff. We really enjoy coming here often and have been doing it for many many years as their food is very fresh and generous portions. Oh how can I forget their delicious sauces as I dribble it across my salad and everything else because it’s absolutely delicious!
P. H.
Waiters welcome us with a smile, allowed us time to settle and came for our orders. There was no rush on us to order quickly they were very patient and served with a smile. Making payment was easy too.
However, your bill should be presented to you at your table FIRST, for you to verify what you're paying for before you go to the cashier.
M. P.
Most Amazing Persian restaurant in London by far, the quality of food and customer service is at the highest standard. A MUST VISIT
G. K.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Food tastes good. Big portions. You allowed to bring your own alcoholic drinks. Also great atmosphere and customer service
C.
Excellent Persian mixed grill. We visit here often and totally recommend
L. C.
Good food however tables weren’t that clean and had flys everywhere.
N. X.
I really enjoy having food in this restaurant or ordering for takeaway, my partner done a takeout on mix grill for two and ashe reshte , both tasty. authentic Iranian food always fresh and scrumptious. Best tasting koobide in London which is close to the ones u would have in Iran.
A. A. A.
A bit on the pricy side. But the food was so delicious and mouthwatering good. The service was great even when it was fully packed. Must try it out.
H. B.
Amazing food. Love this place.

Persian Palace has been around for a while now, with the number of Iranian/ Persian restaurants having certainly grown in number during this time.
Hence, while Persian Palace was considered one of the best in the area, today it's just another Iranian restaurant with, it has to be said particularly with one or two others nearby, inflated prices.
And while it's had a smart renovation, what's needed is for it to revisit its tired menu and revamp that too with something unique if it really wants to stand out as it once did.
Lastly, the service was pretty poor too with a green blob smeared across the surface of one glass, and, as mentioned above, a hair in two dishes.
A. L.
Our relative took us to the restaurant when we visited London last year. I have never had authentic persian food, it was absolutely delicious! The quantity was so much for such affordable prices.
I loved that bread! it's made to order which is guaranteed fresh. Definitely would visit again if I ever go back to London.
D. W.
Pleasant restaurant serving Iranian food. It was fairly busy when we visited in the evening but the seating area is quite large and extends to next door. The service is fast and our starters came in about five minutes. The mains are delivered in large portions and are filling. The chicken kebabs were lovely but I found the lamb ones a bit bland.
The restaurant is on a busy road but there is a small council car park a bit further along on the opposite side.

So, let's break down the rating.
The venue does look nice and has the persian theme. It can get crowded and I guess that's a good sign, but keep that in mind if you are looking for a quite intimate place.
The food. Well, being half Persian myself, I wasn't too impressed with the quality. Actually, a bit disappointed. But probably that's due to my standards. The price is very reasonable and the amount is very generous which makes this place worth the visit.
Staff and service were good.
I will not revisit as there are so many Persian restaurants in the area and some of them have a more appealing offer in terms of quality. However, I do recommend a one time visit to be able to judge by yourselves.
So, the venue, the service, the price and the portions made it a 4 stars place. I just missed that wow element.
R. C.
This place is the best. Their portions are SO big the food tastes great and it is such a reasonable price. I often see the owner on the front desk - Ogoh Mohammed - he is always very kind and polite.
We sometimes order takeaway from here when we have big family dinners and our guests always love the food.
Couldn't rate it higher if I could! 6/5 only waynit could be better was if it was free or less busy 😂
J.
The best in Ealing when it comes to Persian, have always gotten a satisfactory meal over the 10 years of coming here
S. M.
Tasty food and the best rice in town and also a very tender meat, especially lamb. Love it
T. A.
Food was ok but there was nothing special. Overall it was a bit bland. Good sized portions but very overpriced. The chairs and tables not particularly comfortable and the dining area was cramped. Doubt we will be back.
F. E.
Really lovely food, reasonable prices, big portions, nice fresh and tasty food , well worth a visit .
M. S. -. O.
Restaurant Staff is friendly, Atmosphere is good, it was quite as we went for early dinner.
Food is also delicious and not very pricy. Would go again...
D. A.
Been coming to Persian Palace for over 10 years now... The food never disappoints and is prepared to a very high standard. The staff are very attentive and show true Persian hospitality. Would highly recommend!
P. M.
Great Persian food, with that quality has stayed high since I first found the place in 2006. Generous portions, and also BYO.
J. M.
Big portions of tasty Persian food, bring your own alcohol, no corkage - what’s not to like?
K. M.
Currently my favourite Persian restaurant if it comes to quality of the food. I crave it so often! They never disappoint with a great flavour. Also their food is always fresh and comes very quick. Love it!
R. Z.
I was nice tasty and well tasty.bit expensive i must say .i know its london but i think as per quantity prices are bit high .tasty juicy and melt in mouth kebabs .
Review your icecream its so jelly not a good taste as compare to mains and starters .
A. N.
Been taking my family here for nearly 10 years. It's my go to place for quality authentic Persian tasting food. The restaurant accommodates plenty of people, the food is absolutely worth every penny. Fresh naan to go with the food is a must! Prices are reasonable and you are definitely paying for the quality that you're being served. Try it out if you've never been and you'll be hooked.
A. I.
Delicious flavours of Persian food, very generous portions, very sensible prices for such a large portions ,very friendly staff.. would recommend to anyone and alredy planning next visit.
W. E.
Food portions are MAN sized! Chicken and lamb cooked to perfection. For how much you get on your plate the cost is very reasonable. Would have given 5 stars but bathroom was very untidy.
N. '. S.
I've just had a Momtaz; it was the closest to the version made by my wife who is a master chef. Very high quality and ample value for the money; Hossein, Cardiff University
M. G.
No chance to eat it all...Quickly served. Shame that there is lamb and rice (mainly). Menu should give much more choice for something else than a rice.
Price as for the portion is not big.
During "peak time" be prepared for awaiting for the table.
They don't sell an alcohol but you can bring your own.
A. S. N.
Its quality was equal to best restaurants in Iran. I really liked it!
I. F.
The food is plentiful. Succulent chicken and tender lamb kebabs.
Charming staff
Good wholesome Iranian food
G.
Love the authentic food here and prices are reasonable too. Perfect for families, groups and staff are all friendly and efficient.
a. t.
The best you can get . I enjoyed my meal very much as well as my familly . Very tasty food and good quality meat . My new fav restaurant .
H. R.
Positives: Food was nice. Juicy kebabs - lamb and chicken both very well cooked full of flavour.
Could do betters: Had better Dhoog (yoghurt drink) at other Persian places.
Rice needs to be a little hotter so the butter melts on it.
C.
Perfect Momtaz. Big full portion. Everything perfect. Lamb flavourful and tender. Chicken juicy and succulent.
A. S.
We have been coming to Persian Palace for a while now. Had you asked me a few years ago I would have said that the customer service is awful and it's not worth going when you have so many other Iranian restaurants in the area. However I cannot be more wrong - the staff and Persian Palace have really taken on the criticism given comma they are friendly polite and very attentive. The food has always been good and still remains one of the best Iranian restaurants in the area. I would go as far as saying one of the best Iranian restaurant in all of West London. Very happy with the service we get the portions are massive so be sure to go with an empty stomach! All in all very happy with Persian Palace and I can't wait to go again.
V. L.
We went there for Nawruz which is Persian New year. Food was amazing and we will certainly come back as my children voted persian bread from this restaurant as the best in the world and the food as exquisite 🤩
A.
Went there with a friend of mine 2 days ago. The food is so amazingly delicious with large portions and it's a great way to treat your homesickness if you're Iranian haha. The staff are super kind and professional. Definitely recommend it. The only thing that might use a little improvement is the interior design of the restaurant, otherwise the food is 5/5.
S. B.
Never been before. Thought we would take a chance on just walking along high street and just trying somewhere. The food was fantastic!!
e. r.
the food was great. however it took a bit long to arrive. overall would definitely comeback
m. a.
Persian Palace is the best place in town. Its food is sooo yummy. We go there so ofter. Simply love it.
R. B. (.
First time went to this place on the 1/09/2017 with my wife. When we got their the place was heaving. Traditional Zoroastrian art work on the wall. We order salad oliveeh and kashke badamju with nan. The starter was amazing tasty and fresh. Whilst sitting and enjoying the ambience a table next to mine had recently got their food nibbled on the main for like 15mins and then asked for a doggy bag as they couldn't eat it. I thought nothing off it. Then table with a party of 15 couldnt even eat their food and they had order a doggy bag. Looking down the room I saw a huge table with at least 20 people couldn't even eat theirs and doggy bag everywhere. I was in utter shock that the management could even charge so small for a portion so big two people can edit one dish. As you can see from the pictures the portions are too big and people just walked out with bag's. Management need to look into this as they are loosing money big time. Having such huge portions just doesn't justify the charges they are charging for each customer. Just doesn't make sense.
A. B.
Gorgeous and generous meal, I hope they keep it like this, It's proud of Persian people ❤️
K. Y.
Amazing food. Very generous portions. Service was very good. Highly recommend.
U. K.
Excellent food a d very quick service.
Polite staff.
The food however is pricey but well worth it.
L. A.
Perfect service and good food loved it so much! Thank you very much for your service!
s. i.
Great place with exquisite atmosphere, wonderful and delicious high quality foods, friendly and prompt customer service... Competitive pricing, one of the top best Persian restaurant in London...
K. J. E. C.
This is the best place for great Persian food. The portions are extreamly generous and the chicken and lamb are amazing, so soft and juicy, the best I have ever tasted so far, which is why I regually visit this restaurant!
S. A.
Good food. No beef options, lamb and chicken. They do not serve grilled tomatoes unless you ask for it. So ask!
R. K.
Excellent food, ambience was good and its a good place to go with young children. Service was okay but that might be something do with us visiting on a Saturday. However its the only place where they could make an improvement. Otherwise the menu was detailed and they have the traditional dishes, no room for things like chips :)
T. E.
Have been here a few times and food has always been so good. Great prices and massive portions! Staff are always very pleasant.
O. K.
Nice delicious food, chello kebabs were very tasty but could do with a little less salt, great service overall and very quick.
M. K.
I'm Iranian, so I think I am a good judge of Persian cuisine. The food here is incredible, portion sizes are significantly larger than I have seen anywhere else that serves Persian food, and when I say large I mean 2 people could comfortably eat one serving of a rice dish. The staff are lovely and the price is actually very reasonable when you consider portion size and compare to any other Persian restaurants. Definitely check this restaurant out! Well worth it.
K. B.
Always the best flavour of lamb chops and kabab. Big fan. Have been visiting this place for more than 7 years and will definitely keep coming back for more. Drove more than an hour to pay a visit this time. Definitely worth it.
M. A.
The food is so good- I would recommend going for their chicken dishes
03.12.21 you can’t leave two reviews on Google so I will just edit my old review. I ordered delivery today from Persian Palace’s website. I ordered some of my favourite foods, I’ve been going through a sad and tough time and their food always makes me feel nostalgic and comforted. When ordering, in their comment box I wrote something along the lines of “I don’t have family anymore. When I eat your food it reminds me of my childhood. Sepas” ( Persian for thanks). When the delivery driver arrived he spoke Persian to me and he was really friendly, then when I sat down and opened the order I noticed that as well as my order, they had also given me a free complimentary ice cream. That is so sweet and it instantly cheered me up and made my night better, I really appreciate it! Persian Palace is the best place to go to, I have been going here for years for a taste of my childhood ♥️
u.
Lovely food and lovely setting. The meat is so soft and juicy. We really enjoyed it, even the kids enjoyed their meals. Would definitely recommend it.
7. S.
I used to love this place but sadly the quality of food has gone down hill otherwise this was one of my favourite spots
R. F.
Love this place. Been going here for many years. Always consistent and lovely food.
A. K.
Great food, reasonably priced. Would recommend.
g. h.
I've be eating here for many years I have never had a bad meal yet

I like. The food very delicious
J. C.
Love this place, always busy and buzzing, it is BYOB. Staff are friendly and the food is excellent - great for going with a group of friends for dinner.
B. K.
I buy from here alot. Like everything else it has its ups and downs. But we enjoy the food.
J. J.
Staff are amazingly friendly and make you feel like part of the family, great time and nice authentic food.
M. F.
Staff was nice
Food was good
Place was very convenient
N. B.
Can't get enough of this place. Chellow and makhsoos if you're a lamb lover like me... Can't go wrong. Big portion sizes and the meat melts in your mouth. Go go go!
K. S.
If you want one of the best places for chicken and rice, you have to come here! Staff are very friendly, dishes come out really quickly and the portions are incredible.
J. B.
One of my family favourite place for dinner. Lovely staff. Quick service and always fresh yummy food. Highly recommended
C. G.
Best fresh Persian food 🥘 yummy 😋 every time anytime.
C. A.
The atmosphere was great. The service was great. The food was not as good as expected, but there was plenty of it.
A. Z.
Wonderful food! Pleasant ambiance. Polite attentive service. Wish we live closer.
F. G.
Ok Persian food with reasonable prices but I have had better elsewhere
A. M.
Nice place! Huge dishes, bring your own alcohol.
S. N. A.
Been going here for years, good food, good pricing and sometimes friendly staff depends on what days you go. Otherwise clean place, easy to park of you go after 7pm avoiding rush hour and all parking restrictions.
N. H.
Food is really good, staff friendly, the only thing that they do not serve a coffee.
A.
Today I was eating in this restaurant and it was very good, the food was delicious, the people are very nice and I had an amazing time there. I highly recommend it
A. R.
Amazing food fresh and hot very friendly stuff 5*
M. M.
Great food coupled with fast, friendly service. What else you want!
I. K.
Big portions and good selection of food. Fresh Bread is lovely. Parking car could be a challenge if you are from the area.
J. D.
Food is great but some of the staff there could smile and engage with customer.
Their ratings would be higher and after all they do charge a 10% service charge which does not reflect the customer service provided.
B. k.
really bad food and poor hygiene level
Customer services is extremely poor
N. B.
Food was fantastic. Mest was nice and succulent and the whole dish was full of flavour. The staff were polite, friendly and sociable and the service was excellent. I liked that there was a choice of floor or chair seating in at tables in different areas. Having freshly made persian bread is amazing 😊
F. S.
Big portions, delicious in taste and economical!
A. K.
Friendly casual dining, excellent starters and the bread is delicious,HUGE mains,
Option to bring your own drinks and they are happy to provide glasses, only downside it's on uxbridge road,so on a Friday night very noisy lots sirens, but would visit again.
S. S.
The original and still the best after all these years...
I don't get a chance to dine in much at Persian Palace but continue to order regularly for delivery and they never fail to maintain the melt in the mouth taste and supremely reliable service...
Always friendly and attentive to special dietary requirements... You really couldn't ask for more!!!
Thanks for all the great food and service over the years !!!
L.
Food is always spot on. The potions are so big that I always have to take some home. The staff are attentive and the atmosphere is great for all types of people and needs. They do not serve alcohol but are fine with customers bringing their own.
m. k.
I love it! I wish I could learn how the food is cooked, but after a few attempts of recipes found online, I still don't come close, so I will keep ordering from Persian Palace, as the food is consistently delicious!
M. R.
Food was good, the staff were helpful and friendly. Prices was okay and portions was very good. The only thing I noticed the rice was a bit cold but apart from that we enjoyed the food. Wil I come back agian? definitely I would come back again.
T. K.
Amazing service by the waiter called Mohammed! We ordered the lamb and chicken skewers with rice, salad and fries. Very nice tender meat. Delicious food I will definitely go again soon. And as they don't serve alcohol there you can take your own :) The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, its quite big and can be extremely busy on Friday / Saturday I have seen the long queues and not bothered going but luckily on a Sunday around 6pm was fine. Paring wise its easy there's enough space on the main road and the inner roads.
W. I.
Persian palace has always been amazing, must go and enjoy the best and my favorite chillo kebab kubideh!
P. R.
One friend and myself had some dishes from the lunch menu (12-4)
Good food and reasonable prices.
S. M.
Not one of the best authentic restaurants, food was very bland.
s. i.
Excellent customers service and food was delicious..
U. A.
Food is better then service , stuck up waiters. Time to find a new Persian joint
D. M.
This place has the most succulent chicken I have ever eaten. Food was amazing and the price was pretty good. You get loads of food so you may be eating it for lunch the rest of the week. Make sure to box up what you don't finish. So all in all 4 stars and we'll worth a visit. Very busy though so get there early. Or book.
I. B.
Just a tad bit Salty but great food.
Q. K.
Visited again after had not been in a while. Still same excellent food and service. Nice meats good quality and always fresh. Huge restaurant. My only gripe prices have gone up a lot and become quite pricey with the 10% service charge added. But you get what you pay for.
M. L.
The portions are massive and the prices are really good, being my fav the hummus and chicken and kofta skewers. The bread is hot and they bake it in less than a minute in their oven at the entrance, the hummus is the best one I ever had (not joking) and the skewers are really really nice.
T. S. D.
Good restaurant with a simple popular menu. Mains portion are a generous size, usually accompanied with options of various rice dishes, salads and Iranian breads. Meats usually consist of lamb, chicken or fish options.
The reastuarant allows you to bring your own alcohol which is a plus point as you bring your own options.
S. S.
Good food and value. Without fail, kobeda is the best
e. b.
Recently had a wedding party, staff were amazing especially Pouya, who was extremely professional, kind, and polite through the whole process. Even our guests commented on his welcoming persona. The interior is beautiful, we were able to have it set up and decorated exactly to our liking. Food was great! Definitely recommend!
A. E.
Great food and quick friendly service
A. N.
Nice place bt food for me 3stars
J. R.
We had a very good experience, the food was fresh and really delicious, cant fault anything. We went for the mixed grill and very filling!
Plenty of seating available.
A. K.
Large portions and good quality meat making for good prices. A little bland for me, but that's a personal preference as my partner loves Persian palace. Also wish they had more variety than just lamb and rice. The staff are nice enough, some days you get fast service other days you get slow service. Overall it's a good place to dine at if you want a bang for your buck.
N. C.
Food was delicious and staff were very accommodating
H. S.
Excellent food, and generous portion size. Absoloutely amazing, I have been eating here for many years. It is one of my go-to places.
A. M.
If you're looking to indulge yourself in some delicuous fresh traditional Persian cuisine then this is the place for you. Their kebab was so buttery it literally melts in your mouth. You can either have it with fresh homemade bread or fluffy white rice infused with saffron. Either way you wont be disappointed.
G. Y.
Came for an organised dinner with a set menu. The food was served buffet style and there was so much of it! We even got takeaway boxes.
All their bread was made to order and so light and crispy with a flour inside. Meats were perfectly grilled and the veggie option was amazing. I think their mezze was all made in house too. Great place!
A. K.
Food is good but not what I expected
P. H.
Persian food is different to Turkish, however if you're used to Turkish restaurants you'll find similar food but at a much higher standard here. Even basics like the rice side dish will take you to another level. I've never raved about rice before but I am here! We had food delivered and usually this can hinder the quality and certainly the appearance but this restaurant absolutely nailed it, it was presented very well.
A.
Good food, decent service but a little slow. Overall I find the place a little bit expensive, but would visit again.
U.
Food was good. Prices are a bit high.
J. B.
This is a very nice and cheap place. It's so cheap I wonder how they make a profit since the portions of food you get are enormous to the point that most people can't finish their plate. They don't sell alcohol here but you can bring your own alcohol and have it with your meal. It is child friendly but it can get so busy it can feel cramped. The place has been extended to cater for this, which is great. Would definitely recommend this place!
C. B.
Generous portions, friendly & speedy service
Love this restaurant, with genuine Persian food, all freshly cooked to order. Went for lunch yesterday with old flat mates from London. Never disappointed with quality & quantity of food, freshly baked Persian lavash on the premises as you enter the restaurant. Cannot praise them enough, nor can I wait for my next meal there when I'm next in London. Thank you to the lovely staff. I took photos, but is of friends so will post after editing!
W.
Perfect Iranian place. My favorite in London.
Food portions are massive and they’re super delicious yet not pricey at all.
This is my favorite dish, kobideh, highly recommended.
Place is clean and staff are friendly. First thing you see as you go into the restaurant is an amazing live bread station.
Love it
R. S. (.
Usually have the family platter, very well made and tasty, the starters are good and the bread is very nice baked in house.
Prices are increasing but that is due to the place being very busy and they have extended the shop. All in all very nice for family occasions or during the lunch break, don't forget to ask about the lunch menu which they don't advertise as the prices are lower during the day I think between 12-4.
N. C.
I love this place! Great for eating in and takeaway. The portions are huge so I always end up taking a doggy bag home. You can bring your own alcohol which is also a plus. The staff are always pleasant and efficient. I love the chicken kebab and minced lamb kebab served with buttery rice and salad. The bread is gorgeous, made fresh in the oven at the front of the restaurant, great with their hummous or olivyeh. It's always busy so better to book if you're a bigger group. Really good value too.
H. A.
Fair quality, reasonable price. Taste & service can be improved.
J.
Good Persian food, I had a nice meal here on Saturday night. The staff are friendly, portions are enormous. They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own. The only improvement I could suggest is cleaner toilets.
D. B.
Great food, amazing value for money in terms of portion sizes. It's just a shame the waiters are so focused on lusting after and staring at women in there that they don't actually concentrate on taking down the orders correctly - meaning we got duplicate portions and were charged for them.
In addition - going out to eat is supposed to be stress free. Having one of the owners young children running round the restaurant with balloons etc was somewhat frustrating - and we went with 2 young children of our own so it's not like we don't understand kids. There's a time and a place and a restaurant where people pay money to eat is neither the time or place.
S. S.
Lovely setting inside, the restaurant was buzzing! Despite it being a super busy night, the waiting staff were polite and attentive, especially the host. Food was delicious and fresh, with huge portions. Very good value for money. The lady at the front needs to fix her attitude but everything else was on point.
S. A. F.
One of my favourite restaurants in London.
Delicious and authentic Persian cuisine! highly recommended.
B.
Great food.. Great customer service
S. C.
Only take away at the moment but Wow very good food
The lamb barg and rice was great.
Friendly staff and not long to wait as I just walked in and ordered but you can pre-order or have your food delivered
m. B.
Apart from the poor spacing between seats the food was lovely.
The freshly cooked bread is a must. Myself and a few friends have visited this venue quite a few times and enjoyed the selection of Mixed Grills and sides.
I would recommenced anyone for a nice meal with a partner or just somewhere for you and friends to visit for a quick chow down.
A. S.
Good place for Persian food, the portions are HUGE!! You won't be leaving W13 hungry that's for sure!
A. H.
The food was excellent. The meat was very tender and packed nice flavour. The rice was soft and buttery. The grilled tomato was nice in the salad. The naan bread was tasty. The food portions were large and we got good service. The waiting time was a bit long. The prices are a little bit high but the food makes up for it.
S. K. M.
Good quality food , definitely worth going 👍🏻
I. I.
Restaurant decor looks great with good atmosphere but i feel the kebabs were lacking flavour it tastes like pure meat with no spices.
n. s.
Hi if you like good Persian food and lots of it then this is a great restaurant with excellent food. Taste and quality were superb. Down side is no alcohol served but food makes up for this. Not checked but maybe you can take your own!!?
N. B.
good attentive service, clean, busy on a Sunday afternoon when I went. They catered well for a table of 14 The meat was all good not overly salted. Only neg was the kofte had a too much egg giving it an omelette texture too soft to feel meaty.
Don't expect to dine in on a Sunday without a booking
M.
First time I ate here was on my first trip to London 5 yrs ago and this time the food was just as good. My dish was a good bang-for-the-buck deal. Their koobideh is great, service was nice, and prices are reasonable. Our waiter was especially cordial and professional. I definitely recommend this place.
s. a.
Delicious food always. Can't recommend them enough. Very clean and staff are professional
G. A.
Place was really busy and food was OK but nothing special - actually thought it was a bit bland but it was my first time trying Persian food. Good sized portions. Personally I thought the decor was a bit cheap and the chairs not particularly comfortable. Doubt I will be back.
K. K.
I been here many times and this is like one of our favourite Persian restaurant. We were a large group and had the set menu which I would recommend, the food was fantastic. The staffs were all very pleasant and helpful.
I would highly recommend this place.
J. K.
Consistently excellent food and excellent service in the restaurant. Awful chairs. Online ordering using their website is very poor, illegally charging 50p credit card fee. If you place an order by telephone for home delivery you are told, only at the end, you must pay by cash and not credit card. Tell you to use the Just Eat website, not their own website, which I always refuse to do.
S. B.
This place is great for a dinner night out. Truly deserves a 5 star rating. Not sure how customers could give lower ratings. I'm difficult to please, but this place has everything: nice vibe, always busy, amazing food, great prices. A truly hidden gem in Ealing.
M. G.
I love the food and atmosphere here. I have come here so many times with family, friends and work colleagues and everyone just loves the food. Portions are large and I end up taking some of leftovers home but i cannot fault the food or service.
A. B.
Good food and very large portions. Didn't like that you had to pay for the pita And the different dips, if you buy a dip then you should get the pita complimentary. First time having Persian/Iranian food and I enjoyed it
M. S.
Such amazing food. I'm veggitarian and there are lots of choices.friendly staff. And they have a bring your own bottle set-up. So you can bring awesome wine with you.
N. S.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is good but I am not liking the quality of the food!
Plus they brought us a wrong dish, however we decided to take it in order not to wait any longer. Didn’t receive any apologies what so ever from any member of the staff!!
L. B.
The best and super tasty Iranian food in London, excellent prices, great customer service, very stylish decorated restaurant, great for any birthday dinner or other family occasions, highly recommend to anyone
I. H.
We ordered the meze with all the selection of starters and we weren't dissapointed.....the portion sizes were good for 5 of us. The Persian palace platter was tasty too and chicken was nice and soft however the beef was overcooked and hard
T. F.
A great place for Persian food, the plates of food are massive. Everything very fresh, a little expensive I thought £37 for 2 of us. But that included 1 starter of Humous, the 2 tins of Diet Coke @ £2.20 each. Maybe a bit difficult for Disabled people as there's a step onto the footpath from the entrance of the restaurant. If you drive there, MON-FRI Parking on the yellow lines outside is OK after 6pm. Loose tables and chairs which is better than fixed ones. Busy place which speaks for itself.
M. B.
Excellent Persian Restaurant. Food is very good and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend that you try this place out.
S. S.
Food is consistently amazing, value for money and portion sizes are great! Kebab koobideh is second to none, kashk badenjan mmmm, been going here for over a decade and the quality has never dropped!
T. K.
Food is amazing if you eat in...a few issues if getting a takeaway...like they pack the grilled tomato with the bread! Aside from that and the peculiar online ordering system it's amazing. Fabulous Iranian food.
K. H.
We had Hummous and Mirza Ghasemi - Smoked aubergines, tomatoes, eggs & garlic to start and while the Hummous wasn't special it was still fine but the real winner is the aubergine dish. I highly recommend it. Mains were Chicken Fillet & Lamb Kofte Kebab with Rice and Lamb Fillet Kebab with Rice, both were incredible. The meat was delicious, not dry at all, flavoured beautifully and the rice was amazing. Also we received some little pots of sauce and the yoghurt mint sauce, which I thought was garlic at first, must be made in heaven! Seriously, I've never had anything like this before - honey sweet, creamy and minty but very light.
D. B.
Nice decor and full on a Sunday evening. Massive plates of food. Tasty kebab. Felt sad I couldn't finish it. That plate is from man vs food type. Thing. Best fresh made bread. So light. Very reasonable prices
F. Y.
Really generous portions of delicious food, always very well cooked and excellent value for money
M. M.
The quality of the food is normal, I could not tell that it is excellent!
We had a nice time here.
K. H.
Great food. Freshly cooked flat bread that you can see being cooked. Service is fast and attentive. We go there all the way from Surrey. That's how much we like it.
S. M.
Lovely food. Usually quite busy so be ready for a bit of wait. One of the very few Persian places I London where they cook lamb exceptionally well, no smell at all :)
D. N.
Big, bright & lively place at lunchtime. Loads of kebab-style grilled meats (chicken & lamb mostly), with salad & rice. Also some stews. Persian style - so not very spicy (and NOT curry). But nice sauces, breads and dips to liven up the food. Very quick service, very large portions. No license, but BYO from pub across the road is fine.
M. K.
This place has outstanding food. I love their chicken kebab. I totally recommend this place. It's also good for parties and you can bring your own alcohol. Sometimes it get too hot in there but in general I can't complain.
E. B.
Great for vegetarians. Lots of wholesome, tasty food at a great price. Can easily get a main and a few starters/ sides to share between 2 people. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
B. H.
This place never disappoints! Food and service are always great.
J. J.
Nice enough venue. Staff were attentive and helpful.
Food looked very good, nothing wrong, but was not to my taste. However for others it might be. Hence 3 stars
p. r.
You cant go wrong with Persian Palace. Mouth watering Kebabs and other things, portion size huge enough for two people. I have been to this place at least 15-20 times over the years and not once I have had a bad experience either with food or with service. They get extremely busy, so yes you might have to grab their attention or remind them a few times, but these are really non issues! its a place where you can go as a big group, eat lots of good food, have a loud laugh and come out still smiling.
I. M.
Good service. Food tastes good. The jug of Ayran was refreshing in summer. The portion size is generally huge and more non vegetarian options but they do have a few veg options as well.
k.
Huge portions, great food. Some times the restaurant is very busy so expect some noise. They don't serve alcohol but you are allowed to bring your own drinks and have a great time.
A. K.
Great experience, food was nice and fresh, friendly staff
M. N.
Always fresh Iranian food
M.
It is alway a pleasure coming for great persian cousine.
Great staff and food.
A. G.
Probably the best Persian restaurant you can go to in Ealing, and that's saying a lot considering there are about at least 7 of them, just in West Ealing alone!
The service is the only lacking part of the entire experience. There's no real sense of the waiting staff enjoying what they do. Not even a smile when taking your order!
Still, the food is superb and they cook it really well! Prices are not bad at all, and it's easily accessible via the Uxbridge Road in Ealing.
The restaurant gets filled in the evenings. Overall, I recommend the place if you've never had Persian food before and are in the area.
I. H.
My first experience was awesome, money was well spent, value for money, the food portion was incredible, the plates must of been the size of a coffee table, ended taking my food home. Will definitely be going back, on a empty stomach.
Keep it up Persian Palace, no wonder I see that you are always busy.
Y. K.
Food is consistent owner seems arrogant and rude. Needs a slap
S. J.
Lovely resturent with amazing quality food big potion you get a lot for your money highly recomend this place and also it’s as food as another resturent I went called eram shishlick in w13 in ealing
M. I.
All in all dining or having lunch in this restaurant is not a bad idea. The food is of good quality. Te place is clean and spacious with nice & friendly staff. Nonetheless I think there are at least one or two persian restaurant that offer better for the same money.
D. O.
Great and delicious food!
E. S.
I've only recently discovered this little gem in west ealing area! All staffs were friendly, food portion is generous and reasonably priced, more importantly the food is delicious! They do lunch menu Monday to Friday, but even at weekend the price is quite good taking into account the portion you'll get!
A. S.
Very delicious Iranian kebab
Y. H.
In comparison with other Persian restaurants it’s fair to say that Kebabs are consistently nice in particular Koubideh. Chicken kebab with bone is also spot on. Nice and attentive staff as well.
G. D. P.
We were group of 7 and orders were not massive but waiters kept forgetting something. Food is simple but taste amazing. Portions big and not expensive. And you can bring your own drinks.
M. L.
Absolutely delicious food. Portions are very generous especially for the price we have been charged. Definitely recommend.
M. S.
Went there the other night. Food was exceptional, delicious and came in massive portions. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!
J. M.
The best Persian restaurant in Ealing. Prices are fantastic for the quantity of food you get per portion. The restaurant is huge with plenty of seating options. They don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own. You have to pay with cash. A 10% service charge is included. The tea is great - real persian experince. Perfect for large gatherings. Staff friendly.
A. R.
The service was a bit flaky but it could be just the weekend to blame. The food was really good. You could bring your own booze can’t ask for a better place to chill on a Saturday night. Surely recommend to others.
J. M.
Sometimes a meal is just a meal. That's the feeling that stuck with me leaving Persian Palace.
I came with a few friends for dinner and left full, but not fully satisfied. The menu is fairly limited, with an emphasis on kebab plates and dips.
We tried a number of appetisers. Eggplant with walnuts was the standout. But yogurt-based dishes tasted of little more than yogurt. Good quality, but bland. All were underseasoned. A sprinkle of salt and lemon helped shape them up.
As for the mains, kebabs were surprisingly disappointing.
Outside of a few specialties, mains consist of different combinations of minced lamb, marinated chicken and lamb filet, served with rice or bread and salad.
Portions are as generous as photos show, making for a great value proposition. But the food itself was lackluster and underseasoned. Minced lamb is too soft, lacking the smoke and char of a proper grill. Rice is plentiful but plain. Salad is as basic as it gets. On the bright side is the bread. It was the best thing on any of our plates by far.
Due to the aforementioned portion size, dessert was skipped all around.
Service was no saving grace. Various waiters brought dishes and drinks we hadn't ordered and expressed incredulity when we insisted that they were mistaken.
Altogether, I can't complain too harshly. A few dishes were very good, and we left with plenty of leftovers. But I can't imagine a reason to return unless I'm already in the area. If you want good kebabs, head to Green Lanes instead. A restaurant can and should strive for more than meeting the basest of satisfaction.
A. H.
The Platter was definantly a very good choice. Different kebabs with cuts of lamn and chicken. The kebabs were well seasoned and flavoured. The 4 rice plates come with it however we choose 2 rice plates and 2 naan plates. Also had the lamb chops it was good size. Will definantly try again soon.
R. M.
I came with a great attitude expecting decency, I felt the kebabs and chicken were lacking in taste and do not pair especially great with the huge portions of rice. Overall it is ok and is recommendable.
b. p.
Lovely place for grilled meats. Good portion sizes for people that are hungry. Best thing here is you can bring your on alcohol. Eat, Drink & Enjoy.
J. P. R.
Best Persian restaurant in Ealing Central. Any dish, fish or meet, grilled or stewed, and they savoury milkshake-type drinks are delish! Parking paid if you go to the big car park across the street. Friendly staff, not the best English when making order but that's what make it a genuine experience...!
M. R.
A family favourite and we love this place. We always have gatherings here. Safe and friendly
M. F.
Fabulous food and great team. Would highly recommend. Best around! Always look forward to it 😋
P. G.
Not very good Joojeh Kabob, as a Persian i know what kebab is good and isnt as i have had them from all different parts of Iran, from Rasht to Anzali to Tehran. Although decent, portions too large and slightly bland.
D. A.
Been coming here for the last 10 years with my family. Absolutely fantastic Persian food which is always cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!
N. N.
Surprisingly good ! I'm a fan of spice/chillie in my food, Persian palace had neither, but was still good, clean tasty food.
A bit loud inside, but I guess that's the clientele having a wild party ! Recommended.
F. M.
Its a good place with good food... This place is too busy over the weekends, so therefore, far too many kids running around and its too noisy. After all it's a family environment. food is delicious and portions are good.
M. F.
It was my first time having Persian food and to be honest I wasn't so sure but know I love it! The staff here are really friendly. I definitely would recommend this to people.
j. k.
Not enough meat in mince kebab. Used bread and fat to substitute mince lamb /beef
L. c.
Best place to eat in the area. Staff professional and polite. Very clean and food fantastic.
I. S.
Just ordered 2 meals from Persian Palace for the first time and got amazed! It’s very fresh and delicious! Amazing meals. Portions are even more than genuine 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you.
s. g.
Haven't been here many times. But when I have come the food is decent with good portion sizes. Service is decent too. Need to come here more often.
A. D.
I've been going to this place for a while (since it was two doors down under a different name). The food is one of the best in London, quality of service varies depending on who serves you, but in general they are all friendly, however same does not always apply to the gold-chained owner.
As for food: Fresh bread, big portions and tasty mains.
Lastly, as a constructive criticism should any one in charge of music read this, please choose something suitable for a restaurant, Beyonce blaring out of speakers is not very palace like!
S. R.
Very nice food. Large portions and reasonably priced. It's very busy so book in advance if possible.
M. F.
It seems to be mostly minced lamb grilled on skewers. We left feeling very full and the price is very reasonable. Best thing is the freshly cooked bread you can see them making by the front door
M. P.
Beautiful place and good food...
S. U.
One of the best restaurants in Ealing. Food is amazing, really tender meat and generous portions of rice. It gets crowded quickly and I can see why, its worth it.
t. k.
I love there zereshk polo. Even if you dont know nothing about persian food this is a dish you are aure to love
h. b.
Price a tiny bit expensive but overall good. It came quickly. Food was perfect and tasted beautiful. The naan/bread was amazing with houmous. recommend the mixed grill for mains with rice.👍👍👍
S. S.
Persian Palace is a great restaurant with amazing food. Everything is cooked to perfection! Portions are great and its a fantastic place to have parties. Not forgetting impeccable service. If you try it once your will keep going.
Menu Recommendation - Momtaz
SAFDAR SYED
M. M.
Persian Palace has amazing food, they serve the best Momtaz. Good food good ambience and it always busy. I would recommend it everyone.
s. z.
Amazing party
We had an amazing party in Persian Palace 25th of Nov. We had mix starter with fresh bread and mix kebab for main. The food was nice and tasty with excellent service.
Thank you
Best wishes for Persian Palace
C. W.
Good food, although sometimes was a little greasy. The staff could be a little friendlier. However, great prices for the amount of food you get.
C. V.
I had many issues with the waiters when I went to the restaurant last. Also the rice to meat ratio isn't good, you give rice portions enough for 3 people and not enough meat for one, no one can possibly eat that much rice unless they're a beast. Such a waste!
M. W.
I love this place great food and vibe, their rice and bread is amazing, service is good.
M. U.
Visiting from London ordered some food from here to my hotel momtaz was so nice will have it again
T. R.
Good food however lacked veg choices for my veg friend. Atmosphere good however concerned about one waiter who was constantly shaking and looked like a substance abuser
S. K.
The lamb mince kebabs were so good. I could taste the delicious butter. The rice is a perfect accompaniment.
A. L.
Worth queueing for! Prepare for a truly family place, where although the chaotic children crowd, the staff is very nice and quick! Food is good and the atmosphere, too!
B. I.
Nice food. Table should be reserved before going
A. Z.
Good food but very cramped inside. The chairs at the table is very small, so they can get more customers through the door.
Also really dislike the 10% service charge automatically added to Bill.
M. A.
Love their food. Can go again and again
B. D.
Delicious Persian food and friendly personnel. The traditional bread stove and amazing safran ice cream are the finishing touches for a lovely experience.
Z. C. C.
Huge portions, delicious fresh tasty persian food, cozy restaurant. Waiters are friendly, toilet facilities are clean. You can take your own drinks.
G. S.
Huge portions of chicken and more especially lamb! They do offer a (cold) mixed starter platter as a 'main' for non-meat eaters with a tasty Persian onion dish beyond the expected hummus, aubergine, and a yoghurt based dish. Thin freshly baked bread always topped up. Make certain you ask for the refreshing drinking yoghurt, it might even have a hint of effervescence as it starts to ferment.
N. k.
Most delicious food, quick serving, loved it
B. P.
Amazing services and atmosphere and absolutely delicious Iranian foods. I’m certainly sure you won’t be disappointed.
Thanks
F. M.
Great place yummy food
A. S.
Very nice
S. Q.
Possibly the best kobbideh(seekh kababs) in London. I would recommend to try kobideh, Oliveye salad, torshi pickles and aubergine starter. Rest I won't recommend.
D. T.
We visited this restaurant on Friday evening and it was fairly busy ,we had a table for 4 and we were given menus ,we engulfed about there home made bread which is made to order it is very thin and cooked in a clay oven, we had some with our meals and it was indeed very nice,we had Lamb kebabs with rice and salad, our friends had chicken kebabs again with rice and salad, it was really nice, what I will say is that the portions are very large so unless you are a very big eater then you would struggle with having a starter first, the staff are very friendly and explained what the dishes were,I would 100% recommend this restaurant
E. A.
Love this place. Friendly staff and the food is on point. Portions are big. Food tastes awesome.
E. S.

B. P.
Delicious food highly recommended.Very large portion sizes.
P. -. A. A.
Food is fantastic everything is good apart from Dough which tasted like water and Koobideh is tasteless other than that portions are massive and service is excellent.
J. U.
Love their food. Never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend Lamb Kofte (Chellow something). Best I’ve ever had.
a. k.

This place is amazing. My mouth genuinely drools when thinking about the food here. It's good for take-away or eating in. I recommend getting a soltani or a momtaz. Both huge portions and unbelievably tasty. A must try in Ealing!!

Nice and healthy food
D. H.
Was slightly cramped when I first went. But they have expanded since which is good. I didn't find the food to be extraordinary, after hearing that everyone else seems to like it.
S. k.
Food was nice. But portions were very little and toooooooo expensive as compared to Turkish restaurants
M. L.
The best kebab in the world.

Probably my fave Persian restaurant in London. Defo in my top 3
S. L.
Food is excellent, and great value for money. It can get very packed in the evenings and weekends, so booking ahead is essential.
Q. B.
Great food, very friendly staff and very very clean
S. R.
Excellent place for an evening family dinner together.
M. S. A.
as always food was 10/10, however the service was very slow and had to remind staff of missing items in order
S. N.
Amazing!! Can't complain about the pricing considering the portion sizes!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience some real Persian/ Middle Eastern Cuisine!
R. P.
Fantastic portion sizes complemented with outstanding taste, I would highly recommend taking your family and friends to this restaurant.
I. C.
