Fantastic pizza as usual. Perfect location right in the middle of a tourist hotspot. Great staff, with quality service. A lot of space available for eating in as well as pick up options available. Overall great experience. Only thing I would suggest to improve is the QR code scan and order service that has some glitches, other than that it's great.

Blink and you'll miss it... This Pizza Hut is nestled a few minutes walk from Russell Square station. Inside you are greeted by friendly staff that make up for the unfortunate interior. Water stains are scattered across the ceiling and the general upkeep of the restaurant feels somewhat disappointing, however it's the food you come for... Speaking of which everything is pretty much what you expect of Pizza Hut that hasn't been done before, it's cooked dough with a tomato base and enough topping that you feel you get your money's worth when you come to pay. If doing the Buffet lunch, the plates feel like a base for a Jenga game as you randomly stack slices with the several pizzas available (Combination of meat and Veg)... You also get something that looks like pasta but lacks flavour, however you can use it to cement the pizza stack together so you can waddle back to your table with ease. Overall it's not the usual Pizza Hut experience but it'll tick a box if you're in need of cheese on toast... I mean pizza.

I went to this place with my wife yesterday and found the experience, food, ambience excellent. The staff was well mannered, kind, and helpful. If you are a vegetarian, you will love the free salad and soft-drinks. The seating was cosy surrounded by walls which were covered with photos of previous customers and gave it a very cozy look. In the past we had an awful experience at portobello market at home made italian pizza place and yesterdays food made us recover from that tragedy.

Two different occasions and two great experiences. The bowls are so filling and amazing. If you're vegetarian definitely try the falafel.But there's lots of meat options as well especially if you're on the gym hype and more than anything else it's great value for money. Lovely little hidden gem. Next to Russel Square and is very, very quiet as no-one knows about it. Staff is absolutely fantastic and the food was great. Will be back for sure.

Conveniently situated in Southampton Row for a quick pizza before a visit to the opera. Basic comfort, but we enjoyed the food. The outlet occupies the premises of the former Il Forno Italian restaurant which we have frequented in the past. I shall remember the young lady who served us with the pizzas.....bringing both (different) pizzas to the table, she said "Hawiain?" and I, misunderstanding, replied "I'm very well thank you". This latter may not be helpful but we did have a good laugh!

I never write reviews, but this pizza hut is AMAZING. Genuinely the best pizza that i have ever had (I ordered a meat feast pizza). Definitely recommend if you’re ever in the area.

I'd been waiting all through the lockdown for them to reopen to the public, as they were only doing deliveries via other delivery companies. Thankfully it was worth the wait on my first visit. The day's deal 'buy one get second half price' was a welcomed bonus, as well as the friendly service from manager and chef. Pizzas were well tasty too.

The staff was the best. I went 15 minutes before the end of the buffet, and noticed they had barely any pizzas, and the ones they had were cold. Really positive experience! I'm Italian and I considered the food really good. Manager was so observant and ladies were too kind. Sometimes small mistakes can happen while working but attention to details is what really pays you back. Keep it up!

Pizza selection is ALRIGHT. Salad bar is massive (weirdly). Not a fan of pizza hut in general as they normally have quite disappointing pizza that you eat and go like "Yes I ate pizza... cool?" but was quite surprised when it was quite flavourful. Cool staff too!

First restaurant i went to after lockdown was over. It really wasn’t busy at all, i felt safe being there as it seems covid friendly. The service was also really good. The waiter who served me yesterday evening was really kind & helpful! We ordered on the mobile app & it was super easy to navigate and order! The food arrived in within 10/15mins and my expectations were met. I would recommend this place & will be visiting again hopefully!

I am from Texas and was on my first visit to London when my husband insisted on lunch at Pizza Hut. I did not want to have lunch there, but he insisted that it was better than the Pizza Huts in the US. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was very good, the restaurant was clean, and yes, the food was better than the Pizza Huts in the US.

It's been a while since I visited Pizza Hut, after a few very average experiences, but this one was very near my hotel in Russell Square so I thought I would give it a whirl. First impressions werent great, just because it's surprisingly small and a bit dingy. However, get past this and it was one of the better Pizza Hut experiences I've had. My server, Divya, was absolutely excellent, always served with a smile and very friendly. The food was good too, the pizza seems to have improved a lot since my last visit. One small quibble would be that my that the individual non-sharing starter was huge, and pretty filing!

Similar to a lot of the other buffets but the access to the actual buffet is a little tight as it's right down the back and you can only really get to it from one side it is quite narrow but standard layout as far as everything else goes staff are quite rushed off their feet at lunchtime becomes very busy But as always you'll be very hard pushed to get that sort of value in the centre of town it is well worth a visit although it is very easy to walk past
