Another lovely evening at Pizza Pilgrims. Don’t think you’ll find a better pizza in London plus the bill will never break the bank. Thanks to our waiter Francesco for his amazing service - he made a great ice cream sandwich too, loved it.

I like pizza Pilgrims but in our last visit the pizza was a bit soggy and customer service was less than usual. I do understand the staff shortage under the current circumstances but last time we were waiting for 20 minutes for the waitress to come and take our order while they were taking order from tables who arrived after us. We had to leave our table and go to find someone to take our order in their end. My overall rate takes in consideration all the other time we visited them as I feel it is unfair to rate them only on our last experience.

First time visiting here, I loved the sound of everything on the menu, I couldn’t decide what to have! We ordered the halal pepperoni with honey(!) and the truffle and mushroom pizzas as well as a burrata salad. Everything was delicious, service was great, we will be coming back

Fantastic pizza, the honey on pepperoni completely changed the way I eat pepperoni now. Friendly staff in a charismatic, busy restaurant. Felt slightly weird sitting so close to a complete stranger but it was a unique experience. Felt like we were in their conversation which gave an interesting dynamic. I ordered two pizzas and a coke, and one pizza was missing. I told them what happened and placed the same order again, and was given 3 pizzas, two cokes, garlic bread, and a small apology note. This is AMAZING customer service. Mistakes happen and this kind of effort is amazing and so kind. Thank you so much, wonderful staff!

Very friendly and warm place and the staff are only too pleased to help and make suggestions according to your taste. Pizzas are freshly made and come piping hot. Price's seem competitive as well. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Stumbled on this pizza Napoli pizza authentic Naples pizza shop, as we entered, greeted immediately by a member of staff and seated. We were provided menus and then somewhat a delay in anyone to take our orders, they seemed to be extremely busy. Halal pepperoni available although they were all out, we ordered a selection of veggie pizzas, drinks and some olives. The orders came out within a reasonable period and placed on the table, side plates handed out but they were really dirty and had to ask for them to be swapped out, again waited at length to get these. We were eager to start eating, the food was D-licious!!! Can’t fault it, tasted A-mazing. We didn’t have any tissues or cutlery, requested this and also reminded the host of the olives, this came and disappointed at the portion vs cost. Finally, bill arrived, in line of what you’d expect to pay in central together with quality, however service charge added without asking and it was supposed to be optional. Only downside with this place was and could be exceptional, the poor service. The food, the quality of the base and toppings makes up for all the downfalls.

Always great pizza and friendly staff. I am gluten intolerant and this is one of the only places in London that actually makes a gluten friendly base that’s worth eating (that I’ve tried so far!). My partner has ‘normal’ pizza which he also can’t get enough of. Big shout to Francesco for being an absolute legend. We’ll be back. Thank you.
