Visited Pizza Pilgrims on a Sunday afternoon with my son, who, in his words, described it afterwards as the best restaurant ever 😁 The food was brilliant and quite reasonably priced - especially the kids menu which was super value. We had a Mac and Cheese ball starter (and a complimentary garlic bread!), both of which were great. The pizza main courses were the best pizzas I can remember having (really recommend the double pepperoni and honey!) and my son's ice cream portion for dessert was very tasty and generous. Add to that the staff couldn't do enough to help us and were super friendly. After the meal we also spent time downstairs playing retro games (introducing my 8yo to Street Fighter, pinball and Donkey Kong!) which added to the afternoon even more. Can't find a fault in anything - definitely be coming back!

Authentic pizzeria at the heart of Canary Wharf. Mac n Cheese balls with pesto cream dip are perfect as starters, crispy on the outside and cheesy/stringy on the inside. Spicy Honey Pepperoni Pizza is divine and one of their best pizzas, a perfect balance of sweetness with a slight kick, the crust is also very chewy and full of flavours. Don’t forget to leave a bit of a stomach for dessert (can be a bit difficult as the portions are quite big), because their tiramisu is also great!! definitely recommend this place for the food that you will be getting, can get quite packed during the weekends!

Without a doubt probably the most incredible pizza i have ever had!! it was soft, and cheesy and sloppy (in a nice way) could not quite believe it when i was eating it. They have a cool garden, some people sitting out there was was a little too cold for us. I'm sitting here now thinking about the next time i can go back there to be honest. was awesome - definitely recommend. x

Came here on Friday afternoon with two kids and had a brilliant lunch. They do good sized small pizzas for children and downstairs is excellent to keep them entertained while you wait. The pizza was really tasty - probably the one of the best we've ever tried. Looking forward to visiting again sometime in the future (probably in the evening with mates as it seems like a fun night out) Location is really lovely too! Beautiful riverside walkway.

Me and my family traveled to London today and my uncle brought us all to this place. The pizza was lovely but filling. The dipping sauces were nice. I tried white truffle and pesto (I preferred pesto). When I went downstairs, it blew my mind seeing a NES. Multiple arcade games like Street Fighter II and Donkey Kong and a Nintendo Switch. Even my dad played with us.

I made a reservation to have lunch at 13:45. I was greeted promptly and seated. I am in the pizza club and it was nice to hear the excitement from the server when she noticed the pizza vouchers. The product is superb as usual. Simple pizza with a few good ingredients in interesting combinations. It was quick even during a busy time.

Hands down the best pizza in Canary Wharf and I’ve been around, some call me the Christopher Columbus of pizzas because I’ve travelled the seas to discover them all and this did not disappoint! This is probably my new favourite pizza restaurant in London. First of all, let's talk about the delicious food. Real Italian pizzas with quality ingredients cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the Pepperoni & Honey pizza ( note that they do provide Halal meat alternative on request ). Secondly, I would like to express my gratitude for the quality of the services. We have been served by a waitress named Romy. She made good food suggestions and regularly came to check on us to see if we needed anything. Very friendly atmosphere. Lastly, I have to describe the restaurant itself. When you arrive you will certainly notice that the place is very colorful...but in a good way. The restaurant has a very nice vibe and you instantly feel at ease. Then if you are very lucky ( or if you just ask nicely ), you will be seated downstairs, in the arcade/playroom area... And I must say this basement is simply amazing, totally retro-chic ambiance. You will be able to sit on some comfortable chesterfield sofas and play video games while waiting for your second or third pizza (there are so tasty). You will also a professional foosball table and a pinball machine. In summary, Pizza Pilgrims is a real gem. The food is amazing, the staff is professional and the place is truly entertaining. That's all you need for a great evening with friends and family.

Great pizza as always!! We had a puttanesca and mama’s boy meatballs. The two very very different but equally delicious and I recommend pizza pilgrims to all my friends. The nutella tiramisu was absolutely delicious and love that it’s served in an actual nutella jar! West india quay is also my favorite pizza pilgrims spot as garden outside is really nice. The service is very quick too! One thing I’d suggest is having a sanitiser for customers available outside (we used the one just at the entrance to the restaurant but would be great to be able to use it without walking inside). Looking forward to coming back!

It's probably the only place in Canary Wharf area that's designed for families and kids. Very friendly staff, delicious pizza but because it's so popular, you might want to pre-book it for the weekend. There are plenty of board games and video games to play, and there's a big Football Table on the lower floor!

Mehh is what I have to say. If I was not starving the pizza would probably rank lower. Food - the pizza was average at best. The crust was a bit chewy. Aubergines on the aubergine not fully cooked nor very flavorful. The garlic bread starter is a stick that looks like a leftover pizza crust. The highlight was the trio of dips, fantastic for crust dipping. Service - excellent. Friendly staff can't fault them for food quality. We got takeaway. They prepared the food pretty quickly while being slightly busy. Overall would not go here again. I think pizza pilgrims quality has gone down as they've expanded. It just isn't very satisfying when craving a pizza.

This is on the verge of being five stars. Pizza is really good, proper Neapolitan style so with the fat crust and dough-ier base, which I love. They don’t overdo it with the toppings, which I feel is very important as you are able to taste the actual pizza. Pretty fun environment with a giant foosball table and some old school video games.

We had a great time at Pizza Pilgrims last Friday! We arrived without a reservation but the team were able to seat our party of 4 no problem. The pizza was fantastic as always, definitely the best of the various pizza chains in London. I had the Double Pepperoni & Spicy Honey which is just an amazing taste combination that I would recommend to anyone. My friend ordered the same and he's been hooked on that pizza ever since. We also ordered the crust dippers, the Nduja one being my favourite for really getting the most out of that crispy crust. The service was great, our waitress Zivile was very friendly and attentive and really made sure we had a great night. Overall a great experience and definitely will be back.

My colleagues and I had an absolutely wonderful afternoon learning how to make Pizzas with Michele. He was such a joy to learn from and made our experience memorable. Pizza Pilgrims in Canary Wharf is a really great restaurant (went twice over a 3 day stay). The food is great and the friendly staff that really make the place stand out. Served by Maria who was kind and helpful. All the staff in the restaurant were so friendly and warm on both nights (and recognised us and made us feel welcome). Great value for money, awesome food (Mac and cheese balls and meatballs - yum) and also a nice space to take the kids and relax. We will be back.

So grateful to all of the team here! Last minute (literally last minute) I sent a request for a love heart shaped pizza and doughnut ring as it was my anniversary and husbands birthday, when I got there they discreetly advised me the doughnut may not be possible but I will try. The service is always impeccable when I visit this pizza Pilgrims they managed to make the love heart shapes out of both pizza and doughnut ring. The food overall were good, though we end up feeling really thirsty after the meal.. not sure why... my husband ordered the coffee nutella as well, he thought the coffee overwhelmed the nutella flavour. We went back today which’s Monday to try and offer a polite feedback, but we were greeted by a gentleman called Joe who was acting as a restaurant manager. He’d the best customer service skills I’ve witnessed. Very pleasant gentleman with a very high quality standards of management behaviour. He’s an asset to this restaurant which was located near our hotel. It’s not just about putting things right, no! But, about the way how you use your body language when dealing with customers. Great experience at Pizza Pilgrims in West India Quay. The starter (house pulled stracciatella cheese) and the pizza (Nduja) were amazingly delicious. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the service.. guys the service was something from the other world! Not kidding here, starting from the welcome at the door, with a big truly smile then followed by the waiters (I guess their name were Cata & Emma) always looking after you and checking you were comfortable. Not forgetting about the pizza chef whom I've had the chance to share a couple of common interests. Well, I gotta say, yes I was very comfortable and somehow felt at home while dining here. I'm just saying y'all shouldn't miss the opportunity of coming here and enjoy everything they've got to give out to you. I really hope everyone gets the same experience as I've had here tonight. Possibly one of the trendiest pizzerias you'll ever come across. Good selection of pizzas to choose from, a downstairs basement with a swish bar and arcade games including a Nintendo Wii U, all located within a former dock warehouse. Highly recommended. Oh, and it's 50% off all pizzas everyday between 3-5pm.

We went for a light dinner a couple of days ago, super welcoming arrival, friendly front of house manager that sat us down, we were downstairs - there’s video games & fusball and board games - it was lovely and cosy. Drinks came fast and food came straight after - it’s perfect for a quick dinner 😊 I had the 8 cheese pizza which was to die for, thought it would be heavy but the chilli sauce really cuts through the fat. They server was nice - tall guy with brown hair & little lady with blond-ish hair. Will be back soon to play on the games

One of the best places to eat a proper pizza in London. Limoncello&Tonic for £6.50 and a pint of Camden for £6. The pizzas are 8 Cheese and Bufala DOP with Prosciutto (extra £2.7). If you stay outside you are allowed to smoke which is always nice for the smokers. The staff always friendly and the most important thing: the pizza has tasty original ingredients and not the tesco cheap stuff that most of the places have !!! Very recommended !!!

Went here today for lunch as the bill had 50% off this week. The staff were friendly and prompt. The pizza wasn't too bad but a bit burnt as you can see from the picture. We got charged full price, but they fixed this when we queried the bill, so make sure you check it. Not sure if I would pay full price here as it's was much better than Franco Manca.

Had previously enjoyed a takeaway pizza here so came back during the Eat Out campaign to dine in. Very friendly fellow at the entrance took our contact information and then we seated ourselves in the spacious outdoor area. All tables spaced out, and staff also kept their distance when there were interactions. In addition, I could see that staff were thorough on wiping down all surfaces as soon as a table was vacated, which was reassuring. Our server, Emma, was super attentive, friendly, and thoughtful - she made recommendations based on our preferences, was quick to bring everything as well as to ask how things were and whether we needed another drink, and even thought ahead to whether we had to take public transportation when bringing a box for us to pack up our leftover pizza. The two pizzas we got were delicious and prices were decent (and an even better deal with the Eat Out discount). Overall very impressed with our experience here and we will come back again hoping to see Emma!

We have eaten here several times with great service and Pizza in London. This week our only method of payment was via my phone which had the battery die before we ordered. As we explained that we had to leave as we couldnt pay but were going to come back another night, the staff insisted we ordered on the house and allowed us to come back and pay the next time we were around. Pizza pilgrims is arguably the best pizza in London even just for the quality of the dough alone. The menu has expanded and it was hard to choose and the food was generally delicious. There was however two duds - firstly was the guest pizza where I was all pro potato on a pizza but this was very floury and completely overtook the rest of the pizza and was reminiscent of school lunchs. The second was that the underneath of the garlic bread was burnt (not charred) and it wasn't pleasant. That being said we still really enjoyed our visit mainly as the staff were super friendly and helpful

If I could give it 3.5 stars I would...Ok, first of all, the service was great. I got the pizza in minutes. I ordered a Margherita as it’s the best, simple pizza, to assess what was the fuss about. Now on to the crust. It was a very nice crust: fluffy, doughy, very good elasticity, Neapolitan, true to its origins. But the first thing that popped in my mind was that very thick outer ring (around 3cm)...and little sauce/mozzarella ratio...I was thinking how can I eat the end crust (cornicione)t? And here lies the "tragedy" of pizza pilgrims, in my opinion....And I think that they are trying to cut corners in costs: I probably got 20g of mozzarella and very little sauce...I tried but I could not simply cut a spice and fold it so I can eat it with the outer crust. Simply, too much outer crust, the ratio was fairly poor...I had to eat a lonely crust...with little to no sauce and mozzarella...Disappointing. I understand that this place tries to serve authentic Neapolitan pizza and that simple ingredients are better. BUT, you do not have the quality of ingredients that they have in Naples...so why serve it in that style? Please reassess the ingredient ratio consistency and a smaller outer crust so that I can get a good ratio of ingredients when I fold and eat the slice...And ingredients could be of a quality...mozzarella hardened very quickly, and the Tomato sauce was a bit too salty, also could have done with a bit crispier crust. As the outer ring was not that crispy. Don't cut corners...

Nice location. Pleasant enough staff. Very limited menu! Petty basic dinning experience. No frills here. All drinks served in well used tumbler glasses noticeable well dishwasher worn. No tall glasses for beer and to my surprise no wine glasses. Pizzas served unsliced and when we asked for a pizza cutter we were informed that these can not be given to dinners for safty reasons. So all the meals had to be taken away again to be sliced. The outside has a covered area with lighting and heating with a nice touch of fusball tables. Inside there is a lower level with more fusball tables, pinball a Nintendo and various other games. However expect to pay a time limited fee for the privliage. £5 per persom. The ladies can be found on this lower level. The gents are on the dinning level at the far rear of the building. Remember to turn of the tap before leaving though! I don't think I'll be going back any time soon. Very very average venue and food.

It's a cafeteria - style place with some outside seating. We got pizzas and starters, which arrived fairly quickly. Overall, the idea is similar to that of Franco manca and the pizza style is similar. The pizza dough was pretty tasteless (and undersalted) and much of my pizza was charred, which made it bitter. Chewing on the crust is therefore a sad experience. The toppings were a bit weird - the broccoli was lump and bland although the sausage was ok. The arancini were mediocre and we didn't eat most of them and the calzone starter was mostly puffy white dough with a bit of cottage cheese and something like pancetta in the middle. Not sure what the point of it was. The beer (Moretti) was good. The disabled toilet had no toilet paper, which didn't change despite our request to replenish it. The waiters mostly hung around together, chatting. We got the bill promptly after we asked but then had to go to the register to pay since no one came. Considering the wealth of options around, there isn't much to come back for and we won't.

Hired the downstairs for a work do, £32 a head get you exclusive use of their downstairs area with giant foosball, games, Mario cart and karaoke along with three drinks each, starters and pizza. There was more than enough food, leftovers can be boxed and taken home and the night was good fun.
