Reviews of Ponti's Italian Kitchen

A nice atmosphere and staff are friendly and professional. The food is pretty good, too! Portions are a little small considering the price but it certainly was tasty and definitely not fusion style!

First things first, came as a surprise for me and my girlfriends anniversary and this place did not disappoint in the slightest. Top notch customer service as we made our own pizzas, got some customary drinks and were welcomed with open arms. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone. Saverio was incredible along with the rest of the staff!

Authentic Italian restaurant based in Oxford Street with an excellent atmosphere! Right from stepping into the restaurant to walking out, we were welcomed, looked after and given an excellent customer service. A special thank you to our server Gallert for such an amazing service and recommendations. The food were well presented and did not disappoint; the flavours complimented each other and the fish was cooked perfectly. (I forgot to take a photo of our starters but definitely would recommend the grilled octopus salad and calamari)
The team also went out of their way to make my partner and I's anniversary extra special! Would definitely eat here again and most definitely worth a visit

Authentic Italian cuisine that seems to be well managed. The whole experience was great starting from the welcoming lady who took us for the table, the waiteress, the food and finally the dessert which was tremendously delicious. If There is more than five stars I would give it for the dessert. I would love to call come again.

Lovely restaurant, would definitely recommend. The Manager, Robert was super friendly and welcoming, hardly any wait to be seated. The restaurant was clean and nicely spaced out & the aesthetic is very scenic. The warm atmosphere and top notch customer service is more than enough reason to visit, not to mention the quality menu they offer. This isn't even local for me, but would definitely visit again with friends and family.

I ordered the prawns pasta and it barely had any prawns that were more like shrimp. Quite pricey for just spaghetti. Decent flavor. The service was not the best. It was a empty when we went and we barely had our waiter check on us after he took forever to come get our orders.

Seated immediately. Setting and atmosphere very nice. Food was fabulous, each dish. Server was superb.
Definitely a must when in London.

Tasty plates and good ambience for a relaxed night out with friends or couple. Italian music played even in toilets😂 Will come back surely. There’s also a cool bar downstairs called Perini & Perini👌🏻

30 yards off Oxford Circus is a busy Italian restaurant with a family feel and busy atmosphere. We just turned up and they found us a table to the left which felt slightly out of the main atmosphere which seemed to b to the right of the main entrance. If you're bothered about that of course!
We arrived during Happy Hour (5-7pm) so we got 4x cocktails for £30, which was appreciated.
We had garlic bread and broccoli soup to start. The soup tasted like it had had any taste "overheated" out of it and then we each had a pasta dish, which were quite tasty.
The service was friendly and attentive for which we paid a 12.5% service charge in the overall bill of £83.

First of all, lovely greeting by the front doors, I did not expected to get a table so late Saturday but I’ve was lucky with that.
Now Service by Spiros was absolutely amazing , greeting with smile , polite manner , quiet quickly bring the food to me .
lovely wine( was missing of more spirits on the menu for sure, Because it was too little to choose from a good brands like there was no Martel,or some nice Brandy this is just example.) please have a look into that.
Food 4/5
Service by Spiros 5/5
In general good service really added to total 5/5
Now a one very serious thing- fighting, manager and receptionist also behind the bar I could hear staff fighting walking around in back off each other and shouting to each other about tables slow service and no help .. this is a no no Infront of customers it needs to be looked into seriously. Apart From that food was nice and service also lovely music.
I recommend
