S. H.I love Rene's just released 'Mastering Sourdough Pizza' course. It's well shot, well graded and has great audio. The additional info, history points, guests and recommended kit and ingredients really add to the learning experience. Can't wait to start my first sourdough and up my pizza game!!

The pizzas highlight is the light and airy, slightly chewy sourdough base that come with a lip-smacking, truly amazing tomato sauce. It's the simplicity of the pizzas with quality ingredients that really stand out. Cancel that Easy Jet flight to Naples, you have the real deal here at Rene's Pizza Place!
