What a fantastic dining experience! We visited the restaurant for our festive team lunch and we were all blown away. The hospitality is second to none, we were met and greeted by a lovely hostess who offered to take our coats and showed us our table which was perfectly set for our tasting menu. The service was impeccable from start to finish with strong attention to detail. The food was what one would expect from a high class restaurant, freshness, presentation, taste, temperature, choice of crockery etc. were all top class. And finally the personal approach from the team at Frescobaldi made it really special. Thank you

We were supposed to be visiting Italy in July, and this would involve a visit to the vineyard at Nipozzano plus wine tasting. Alas, with the pandemic scuppering our plans, the next best thing was to visit Ristorante Frescobaldi. I was very excited, and it did not disappoint. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the interior is spectacular. Sadly due to customs in Dover holding onto wine stocks longer than expected, some of the wine on the menu was not available (Vecchie Vite), but we were given an excellent alternative (Perano 2015) and this just means a reason to return! At the end of the night, Vincenzo invited us to look around the wine cellar and took the time to explain some of the wine. A really nice touch! We look forward to our next visit.

There was a miscommunication on the menu for St. Valentine which was handled professionally. At the restaurant, the food was incredible, the service is professional and friendly, and the atmosphere is very nice. It is expensive, but definitely worth it.

Service needs much improvement. The waitress doesn’t smile at all and shakes head on our back, also heavy handed as well, not very professional. Judging from the previous reviews, it’s not her first time, which made this evening a regrettable experience really. On the other hand, food is okay. Wine is indeed fine👌🏼very pleased with the brunello, the only thing recommendable I suppose. They do masseto by glass by the way, was told it’s the second restaurant in the world that offers Masseto by glass. It makes sense I guess considering Frescobaldi owns Masseto. What a shame, very fine wine, yet regrettable experience.

Found this place after wandering down Regents St looking for a quiet place for a drink out of the crowds of Carnaby/Kingly St. Beautiful place.. I was there with a friend and we stayed 3 hours. The service was exemplary and the terrace outside is gorgeous perfect for summer. We didn't eat so I can't review the food, although I'd definitely go back there to eat in the future.

Absolutely loved the place, the interior design, and the staff! Everything bout my night was beautiful. I am a huge fan of truffle, so I ordered their truffle fries along with their truffle pasta and they were amazing. I just wish they increase the portion of the pasta lol. Not a fan of dessert but I was convinced to get the brûlée and it was ah-ma-zing definitely would recommend.

Went to Frescobaldi for my birthday and can honestly say it’s one of the best dining experiences with a large group I’ve ever had in London. We were 18 (outside) and despite that our lovely waiter Vincenzo was super on the ball, friendly, knowledgable. So happy I followed his advice on the choice of Prosecco, food and wine as they were all excellent! Also a big thank you to Silvia in guest relations who made it all happen despite my multiple changes and requests.

One of my very favourite Italian restaurants in London. Great location in Mayfair with close proximity to lots of shopping and sites. I took my family (7 people) here for dinner a few months ago and it was just perfect. Could not have been better and I could not have asked more of the wonderful staff who are all incredibly well trained. Food was incredible, very good atmosphere which feels rustic but also stylish as well. Could not recommend it more and I will certainly be there again before long. 5 stars without a doubt!

Highly recommended for a romantic meal or family dinner. Went here for lunch on a Saturday - it was rather quiet, and staff was very attentive. The pasta was excellent. Only thing to note is that they offer you olives and Parmesan cheese as you are seated without mentioning this isn't complimentary - we were a bit surprised to have been charged £10 and £5 for these respectively. Highly recommend the octopus starter and the beef cheek pasta.

Food was "OK", i was expecting a lot more for the price to be honest. The fish I had was quite tasty but a) the portion was tiny (it did it came with potatoes but had 1 small one, cut in half) And b) pricey (my fish was £32) for a small fillet We also ordered the wine flight but they brought all three glasses at once with little explanation of the different types so really should have just bought a single bottle All in all it was an ok meal, I was happy to pay a premium for the evening out as it was for my partner's birthday, but for £200 for 2 people I was expecting a lot more.

Lovely spot for Italian cuisine in Mayfair! Located on a quiet street off Regent Street, it is equally ideal for a leisurely (business) lunch or a romantic evening. Ristorante Frescobaldi has a pleasant atmosphere to match the service and offers an authentic menu with excellent pasta dishes. The pick 'n' mix treats with coffee are a nice added touch to the experience :-)

Lovely food with great service. This feels like a traditional Florentine dining experience 2mins from Oxford Circus, and that alone is a remarkable achievement. We had lunch with our two children and they were very helpful and accomodating. Even allowing us to order "off menu". I started with the Burratta and had the seafood risotto as my main. Both prepared and presented perfectly. The coffee was also excellent and with free sweets for the children this was a super experience. It's certainly not a cheap meal but I think it's worth spending a bit more in London.

I went to Frescobaldi with friends to celebrate my birthday the other day. Could not have wished for a better evening. The meal was simply delicious, beautifully cooked and presented, generous portions too, wine was excellent, price reasonable and service first class. Having found out that it was my birthday the head chef Roberto treated us all to an amazing mille-feuille with a candle and a Happy birthday song for me - it was just perfect. Thank you!

This restaurant opened recently in London, ideally located between Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus, a small pedestrian street under a building in Regent Street allows the "gourmets" to leave the noise and the fast moving environment of central London in order to spend a peaceful time for the lunch or the dinner. The quality of the menu is excellent. The quality of the service is excellent. Waiters are coming from different countries and therefore are speaking a lot of languages which can be useful because "clams" (english), "molluschi" (italiano) or "palourdes" (français) are not small oysters if you ask for a description and speaking and listening to native speakers waiters who perfectly know the habits of their country is a real plus. The restaurant is quiet but not too. Do not expect to eat a pizza, it is a real italiano ristorante. Do not know if we can share information of the price, but if you take a starter, a main course, a dolce, and an expresso, it is about ten times the price of a take away piece of pizza. Downstairs it is possible to have a private lunch, dinner or just apero after work, have no idea of the price for that.
