I’ve ordered from Pizza Room Mile End twice, the first time I got Springtime, which is a combination of mozzarella, cherry tomato, rocket, and cheese shavings and the second time I got a simple Mozzarella pizza. For Springtime, I requested for additional basil and chili oil which made the pizza x100 better. One of the best pizzas that I have ever had 😭 and it’s not greasy at all like other well known pizza companies and they can even cut your pizza in a heart shaped too!

First time at the restaurant and will be returning. My husband and I dropped in for quick bite. I'm celiac and the waitress (Ciara I think) really took care of me and made sure my allergies were catered to. It’s not often I can eat in an Italian restaurant, but she made sure everything was prepared separately. Food was delicious, the salad is very fresh.

The pizza is pretty good and I like the menu, especially because it comes with 4 vegan options! But the vegan mozzarella is very plasticky, doesn't taste nice, and the Red Hot Chilli Pepper pizza, meant to be spicy with two chillis indicated in the menu, had no spice at all. Also, I would have liked the base to be crispier. This is all to say it's not bad, but it's not an ideal pizza. Also, because the venue is small, be prepared for a lot of drivers and people collecting pizza, which means that if it's called outside you will feel chilly.

My husband and I went last night for the first time with two of our friends (one of whom has been lots of time) and we had an excellent meal and experience. The Pizza Room does make an effort in providing an excellent service. They provided a free starter snack (corn nuts) and free mints at the end. However, it falls short in the following: checking often whether customers have sit on their tables and are waiting for the menu; being prompt when being asked about the bill; bringing the card payment machine when bringing the bill and the mints, instead of two separate trips (sometimes you just want to go, or you want to move on to doing more interesting things, like a walk on the park). Their vegan pizza was pretty great. The vegan cheese felt pretty cheesy. Their actual cheese can stretch for like a meter (saw it on my partner's pizza). I'm only slightly disappointed that their dough/crust is not as yummy as CIRCLE&SLICE's pizza, which remains my favorite. All in all, I'm glad to have them on my neighborhood. I look forward to coming again and to hopefully see those customer service details improved.

Once again the Pizza Room did not disappoint! Great Christmas party there last night! It felt very cosy having dinner in the newly opened room upstairs. We were welcomed by the lovely Ciara who looked after us so well throughout the evening! All of us loved our different pizza.I was the only one to order a starter (garlic bread) but everyone had a bit and loved it. Same with the Nutella pizza at the end (loved the pistachios on top!), noone could resist! Overall great food and first class service (we got served very quickly despite being a busy Friday night). Everything we wanted from a pizza, great base, quality toppings, top sauce. We shared an All Seasons and a Summer, which seemed to be a popular choice based on the other diners. A pleasant space and service, and blown away by the Tiramasu. There are a few pizzas we have enjoyed in London, but this is the new leader for us. An update after a few return visits, still worth the five stars, if anything I enjoyed the pizza even more and Tiramasu was soooo good.. light and fruity (and reasonably priced) glass of Prosseco topped it off nicely

We used Uber Eats last night to order x 3 pizzas. They arrived upside down and completely smashed. After calling the Uber driver and being hung up on we called the restaurant. The lady at The Pizza Room was amazing. Quick to apologise, find our order, confirm our address and re send food. She explained we would perhaps need to wait 35-40 minutes but the food came in 20 minutes and included a free desert. This was excellent service and the pizzas were fab. I would highly recommend.

True Italian pizza, very good taste. The dough tho sometimes seems to be quite different, we use to order by delivery so we don’t know if is a different pizza maker sometimes, but is always good and digestible. They have also nice dessert, I believe there are homemade. Kind staff, nice and cozy place inside even if is pretty small. They got some tables outside to dine as well.

Unassuming little pizza place not far from the Surrey Quays Overground station. Service is friendly and fast, the menu is simple but good. I normally run through Victoria Park and saw this cosy place, just a few meters away from Mile End station, which looked very good. I had tried the delicious cakes and coffee of The Coffee Room, so I wanted to try this place as well, as it seems the managers know how to run a business, providing an excellent customer service. I had the All Seasons pizza for takeaway, and seriously, it was amazing. Great portions and good value for money, as the quality of the ingredients and the pizza base were outstanding. Hopefully, if there are some sunny days coming up, I could grab one and eat in the sunshine in the park.

I used to really like this place, but it feels like it has become a victim of its own success. The quality of the pizza has dropped, many of the staff seemingly don't care and can be quite rude, while the prices are increasingly excessive (especially if you order through Deliveroo, where they add £2.50 to the price of each pizza - that equates to almost £30 for two delivered pizzas!). I would still quite happily eat here, but there are much better options nearby (e.g. Brixton Pizza on Roman Road).

It's difficult to find a good, affordable pizza in east london. THIS IS THE PLACE! pricews are good and the quality is outstanding. THey are also on deliveroo if you live in the area. It's all about the base, the base, the base. This place has 48-hour sour dour pizzas, gluten-free and now wholemeal bases. I am a white bread man usually, but I have fallen in love with this places bases - they have a lovely flavour, unlike any base I have had elsewhere. My particular favourite is the salmon and caviar pizza on a cream base. The staff are friendly, small range of excellent wines and beers, some very yummy home-made desserts (the pannacotta is my favourite)

Like pizza? Go here. Like it spicy? Order the Summer pizza. Have your life changed. I've ordered many a take out Summer pizza (I honestly have tried other flavours, but that one is a beast and my partner and me freaking love it) from this place and have never been disappointed. It follows that I took my mum, brother, partner, 2 nieces and 1 nephew to the place because I enjoy it so much. Unfortunately for the unsuspecting staff, I took them all at the same time. For this, I apologise. However, it was fantastic. While I forced my partner to share the Summer pizza, I added in a caprese salad to compromise and that too is just delicious. The kids had a brilliant little deal of a margherita pizza and a ball of ice cream at a really reasonable price (the number escapes me at trhe moment). The pizzas even came out heart shaped (aww) and tasted really good for a classic cheese and tomato. Fabulous value for money, but if you're eating in expect to have a very crowded table

On the small size, this pizzeria is nice and cosy, with cheap deals during the week. Child friendly, with salad options and an extensive wine menu for such a small place. They do take away and deliver home through uber eats. Pizzas are big, even the small ones, salads are ok but I would have prefer mine with more green and less chicken. Avoid coffee is made with nesspresso capsules and is as expensive as proper expresso coffe.

I'm a regular costumer at the coffee room and also went few times to the pizza room. I was very disappointed tonight after I've found out there was a kids menu (kids eats for free Monday to Friday if tou subscribe)after asking for the bill..so when confronted the staff, the lady at the till asked the guy who serv d me: oh, didn't you tell them? And all they said was sorry.. she did indeed explain the promotion, but obiviously was too late at that point..
