Had dinner there recently for the first time. Surprised with the portion size for the price, but the food was relatively tasty - nothing extra special. General lack of attentiveness from the staff - even though it was only us and 2 other tables in the restaurant. Staff were friendly enough, but little more training on small things (eg. clearing plates when everyone wasn't finished) - expected that level of detail in such a restaurant. Think we were expecting that little bit more from the restaurant so views might have been skewed through expectation...

Only went in for their happy hour special, sitting outside on the bench in the sun. Service was good, graciously accepting that we would not order any food for this time. The menu looked very interesting, and the dishes served to the other tables were very appealing, so we will follow up with a full meal at some time.

Visited from First time as it was recommendation from a local , Ambient 5, food 5, service 5 , noice moderate, price are ok , clinical clean , tasty food and good portion , nice bar area at the from of the restaurant with a variety selection of gin , I had the opportunity to see the kitchen in my way to the toilet , full Italian Chefs in there , clean and safe environment too. I can't wait to visit them again .

A restaurant within an italian food supply shop. Great service, great food, great prices!! Can't recommend enough. (Just keep your head down on the way out to avoid spending a fortune on fine italian meats, cheeses, sweeties lol)

The cooked breakfast options on weekends shouldn't be overlooked. Especially Campioni is a delicious breakfast dish for meat lovers! Due to its location on the road, almost all day the outdoor seating gets the sunlight. Service is always good, very welcoming and polite.

Been coming here since we moved to Sheen 9 years ago - was always a favourite for a lazy lunch, now since covid is a go to as a Deli and particularly for takeaway pizza, definitely the best locally! Every time I step into Valentina is like I am back at home chatting away while having a coffee, getting some unmatchable quality Italian produce or ordering a take away pizza ('nduja pizza is highly recommended for those who like spicy food). This is a truly Italian place serving/selling the best quality Italian food you can find (amongst many other things).

I ordered a range of goodies for local delivery from Valentina in East Sheen online, having chatted to the staff beforehand. Ordering was easy and once they had the order, they delivered it to the very happy recipient within the hour! Really good service and a great place to buy lovely Italian products for a little indulgence.

Used to love this place years ago - the breakfasts were divine! Unfortunately, they no longer serve cooked breakfast so we opted to eat at lunch instead. Pizza was delicious, however basic. The place is lovely and feels authentic, however I feel it has lost its touch and is not the wonderful little hub it once was.

Everything is good. The best takeout we’ve had during lockdown. From homemade lasagna and caponata to delicious breads and cheeses, ham, sauces, and delicious Italian chocolate and pastries.

I have asked white Americano with cold milk and the guy has given me completely cold coffee. I realize that after I taste it, but I was already far to return and ask for a new one. The coffee was very milky so I assume he pour a whole cup of cold milk into one shot of coffee without any hot water in 🤦

The perfect experience. You step into the deli and feel like you have come to friends for a very tasty lunch. My red wine was full of flavour and yet so, so smooth. After starter and main sadly no more room for the delicious looking pastries. I guess I have to come back again very soon.

We love Valentina's! Whenever we are having a catch up in Sheen this is always our place of choice. Authentic Italian food with the best ingredients. Realistically, it's 4.5 stars because it's almost perfect in every way. Creative and well executed menu, helpful, welcoming & attentive staff and reasonably priced to boot! If I could change one thing? Guys, the front of your shop is a beautiful deli with myriad cheeses, meats & lovely things on display. How about offering a self selection of cheeses, meats, etc. from the deli as a menu option? Pair them with desert wine and you have a menu option to suit every customer.

This is a really convenient Italian deli. You can buy gifts such as chocolates or stock up on pasta or get some fresh bolognese sauce. You can sit down for a coffee or a glass of wine. And you can even go upstairs for a decent meal. It opens late so my friend and I love coming here for coffee and dessert because we know we could stay till late. It is the perfect neighbourhood cafe/ restaurant/ bar/ deli. Service is efficient and price is reasonable.

The deli is amazing with a huge range of basically everything Italian. The coffee here is also some of the best, and strongest, I've had. I had an evening meal here which was fine, the dessert very nice but the coffee kept me awake for hours which I think shows it's pretty good stuff.

Good atmosphere with reasonably priced food. Menu has options for all tastes and the portions are generous! Shared a starter between 2 of breads, meats, cheeses and oils, this was delicious and filling. Beetroot ravioli was amazing and highly recommended for those with larger appetites. Would recommend this place for any occasions.

Delicious Italian products and restaurant in one. The staff is friendly and absolutely perfect same as all products they sell and I can tell same about the restaurant. There is just one big BUT! I know it's not easy and cheap to bring good quality products from the another side of Europe, but many products here are extremely overpriced and some of them you can get elsewhere for much better price. Same in the restaurant, £8 for big bottle of Peroni is clearly a robbery!

We’re staying nearby for a meeting and found this. It’s small and busy, full of Italians (guests and staff) and good food. Not sure I chose that well but all was freshly cooked. Great at most here, reasonably priced for London. Will go again. Only issue was the really draughty door which caused a problem for some tables,

Looks very charming, but it is incredibly over priced. It doesn't matter in Sheen as many can afford it. They have aligned them selves with the well off and seem to enjoy the air of superiority, rather than providing for the masses and creating customer driving crowds.

Very nice delicatessen/restaurant. I can particularly recommend the Cappella Romana - but only if you‘re hungry! Otherwise a decent wine selection, a couple of beers (they could probably offer more beers but in this respect it‘s authentically Italian), and a great deli at the front. Recommended!

Upper Richmond Road branch: Excellent risotto, gnocchi was good and Parma ham & burrata starter was great quality. A little disappointed that they didn't have any of the various bottles of Montepulciano advertised on the menu? However, we were offered an excellent alternative - at a very slightly higher price. Great atmosphere with a wonderful, buzzy ambience, has a great local feel. Delightful deli at the entrance to the restaurant offering authentic Italian fare.

I have dined at Valentinas at East Sheen several times over the past 3 years, with companions from all walks of life. The food has always been delicious, of good quality and generous portions. All staff are attentive and provide good customer service. On a few occasions, I’ve seen Chef interacting with the customers, happy to do so and participate in their overall dining experience. The ambience is lovely and reflects the qualities of a family-run business. Overall, the atmosphere is friendly and charming and it’s a great place to take 1 or 6 people. Grazie mille Valentinas!

Nice, cosy atmosphere and always great for drinks, light lunch (panini) and cakes. But, twice at dinner there has been plastic or a tiny caterpillar found within the seafood/salad! This is just not acceptable!!

Authentic Italian shop with classic treats and one of the best trattoria in London tucked away in the back. They even serve the "original" red Peroni! I had a delicious taglietelle "bombe" in tomato sauce, you struggle to find that anywhere else.

Valentina's is a large, cosy family-run Italian deli and restaurant located right by East Putney tube station with plenty of Italian goodies including Marine Ices ice-cream, a plentiful variety of meat (including the world's best sausages, which I really can't talk up enough) and the family's own olive oil, panettone and honey which the owners bring over eight or nine times a year. In the restaurant, I loved all the black and white pictures on the wall, which are genuine family pictures of the Zoccolas (the owners) - think grinning elderly couples, cute babies in confirmation outfits and strutting youths on scooters. We started with a groaning platter of Antipasto Della Casa - great quality parma ham, olives, artichokes, salami, mortadella and mozzarella from the deli downstairs. For my main, I had tortellini with butternut squash and rocket, which was creamy and delicious, although Neil chose best, with a Capella Romana - a kind of meat bombe, with tagliatelle and meatballs moulded into a ball, covered in speck and baked.
