What a great place! Boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere nice to eat before our train back, slightly worried about time and this place was perfect! Pizzas came within a couple minutes of ordering and we're absolutely delicious, wish they were cut but this wasn't a big issue. The vibe from the place was great slightly modern and rustic, staff were so lovely and welcoming it was a great experience. Especially loved the dips you could get on the side as my favourite topping is pesto - you rarely see the option anywhere! Definitely going again when I go to Manchester. To top it off, the sorbets were so refreshing and a perfect way to end the meal 10/10.

As a vegetarian, I am in a constant search to find some interesting new flavour. This place, right at the heart of the centre, was on my wish list. Had the buffalo mozzarella on toasted sourdough pizza bread for starters and relished the pizza with dry tomatoes, potatoes, onion and mozzarella. I was intrigued on how potatoes would go with pizza but surprisingly it was tasty. The only let down was the amount of oil on the pizza. I usually like the pizza a little saucy with a slight drizzle of oil. Other than that, the cheese was melt in the mouth kinda and pizza bread was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

Probably the best pizza I've had in the UK. With proper fresh dough and baked in a stone oven. They have a big variety of pizzas including vegetarian options. Absolutely delicious. Their homemade lemonade is amazing as well! Definitely recommend!

I tried it yesterday with a friend. It was his suggestion and my first time being there. The pizza was amazing. The staff were nice. The price was great for what we got. The pizza sizes were ideal. The location was two minutes walking from my hotel so it was perfect for me. I hope to try the pizza again on my next visit to Manchester

Quite possibly the best pizza we've had, and we are pizza fiends (we have a pizza oven so are always looking for inspiration!) Great selection of other bits on the menu too and lovely busy atmosphere inside! The clearly know their stuff and the quality of the ingredients was incredible.

Best pizza in town. FM manages to rewrite the book, nothing left to chance, everything you expect but rarely achieve to the highest degree like here. Service, ambience, cleanliness, great food, extensive booze and cocktails menu. Perfect 🥰

First time i visited franco manca in Manchester, i previously had pizza in the London restaurants a couple of times. Over the years i think the pizza changed a bit but you can tell they still use good ingredients. I really enjoyed mine even though the crust was slightly undercooked. The organic lemonade was also realy nice. I'd definitely go back when im in the area again.
