First time visiting the Trafford Centre site and it was almost as good as the piccadilly site. The pizza base was slightly undercooked but it was tasty nonetheless. Great service friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere depends on the company and we had great company so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great menu, service and quality ingredients … sadly all these key “ingredients” didn’t guarantee a great pizza. It was fairly thin, but so chewy it dominated the meal. Think I was just unlucky and will try them again.

A couple things which bugged me was the service charge, the way they just feel its ok to add the 10% when you ask to pay by card, felt it was abit of a sneaky way to add this on, you have to ask for it to be removed. Also tad bit stingy with the toppings on the other pizzas we ordered and £3.30 for a can of coke that was day light robbery, even if it was served with ice I wouldn't of minded but £3.30 that's a joke.

Food is amazing, I eat pizza everywhere and this is the best there is. Service is always great as well. Martin in particular is always really friendly and you are never kept waiting. Food is also served quickly, which is great when you have kids. Lastly, it is actually very well priced, for me and 2 kids, pizza, deserts and drinks was around £25 which I was actually surprised about when I got the bill as could t believe how cheap it was considering the high quality food and customer service

Large tasty sourdough pizza, friendly staff, baby friendly place. Recommend!

We ordered pizza - it took around 45 minutes for it to land on our table. The food was tasty and enjoyable but we didn't appreciate the wait or the automatic addition of a £2.50 service charge, which we only noticed after we'd left. And only because we asked for a receipt. The server didn't mention it and we didn't look at the bill before we paid. I wouldn't rush back to this one. The one in Manchester city centre is better.

We were a massive group and it was Saturday evening, Luckily we found this place. They managed to fit us in a table, really nice customer service. They had gluten free and vegan options which is ideal to me!
