Excellent food, served by attentive staff in a nice Italian environment. View over the river and an old bridge. Plenty of car parking.

Food was amazing. Very fresh, very hot, very fast service. We attended on a Saturday evening, first course was out in minutes. Credit to the staff too, without interrupting they were always on hand whether it was cleaning plates or offering more drinks they were very attentive. Prices are good too, could charge a lot more if this were in a city centre. Quality really good. Highly recommend.

Far superior compared to the clownshow across the bridge. Been here countless times and can honestly say the food has been tremendous every time. Service is fantastic, food is great and the opportunity to take new born babies is extremely well catered for. I would give 10 stars but Google would not allow it.

I went to La Roma this evening with my husband and our 2 friends for dinner. I was very happy with the food, it was very tasty and good portions and the staff were very nice and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We all enjoyed our meals and had an enjoyable night out. Would definitely go again 😀

Lovely pleasant staff and very tasty food. The only downfall which wasn't the restaurants fault was a very annoying customer who chose to keep interrupting my meal several times, and time with my son, with unpleasant conversation which somewhat spoiled my experience out with my 9yr old little boy. I would definitely go back but I'd make sure I wasn't in the vicinity of the said customer.

Food was good and a very pleasant atmosphere. Service was a little slow, but it was very busy. Not happy that 2 bottles of house wine and a glass of wine added to the bill which we did not order. (Had been pre warned about this happening). They did remove it from the bill when brought to their attention. Would go again.

Lovely Sunday afternoon, food was good, service OK, only downside (and its only a small,was we didn't get offered any parmasan or black pepper for the meals), but other wise very good. It was a great place to meet our sins girlfriends parents, very relaxed and the beer garden is a little sun trap Overall very good.

Great Italian restaurant which happens to be diagonally opposite to my old primary school! The food is as authentic as it tends to get here (i.e., some dishes on offer cater to British tastes, while others are typically found all over Italy itself) and is absolutely delicious! My husband was particularly happy to find they had swordfish on the specials menu (which if you haven't tried, you should - it's a very unfishy, meaty kind of fish) and we all loved the wine selection! Another big plus is that they have baby changing facilities. We'll definitely return when next in the area!
