05July, been told short of staff and may take longer than usual time for food. All staff there worked so hard and at the same time very friendly all the time. Thank you so much, you guys deserve some recognition. Food wise, it was great as usual.

First time trying this restaurant, food was very good. Service a little slow but was worth the wait, would visit again.

I came here with a friend on July 28th, and had a lovely experience. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, who promptly took our drinks and food order. The service was speedy, our meals came out within 10 minutes of ordering. It was quiet when we came though, but even so! The food was delicious, a little pricey but definitely good value for money. Overall, would 100% recommend Bella, definitely coming again!

Bella Italia is very similar to most other big Italian restaurant franchises. The food and drinks were nice and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and had some interesting décor.

Good evening all. I've got another review for you all. I got invited to a colleague's retirement meal out. Firstly plenty of parking. Conveniently near lots of retail stores too, if you fancy some retail spending. Back to the venue. Nice and big inside. Plenty of seating area. The drinks and starters came quite quickly. Slight wait for main meal. Like all similar venues, pricey I think for what you get. However I can't fault what I had. Nicely presented. Absolutely yummy. Portion could of been slightly larger. I was hungry, maybe that's why I mentioned it. Nice and clean inside. Cosy decor. Friendly staff. I was in a group of 15, so someone was bound to have a moan or groan. Nothing too major. The staff were more than happy to rectify. On the whole a pleasant evening. Well worth a visit. But not cheap. Enjoy if you do go. Bye for now. 😋

Excellent service. Mainly pasta and pizzas as expected but good Vegan menu as well. Good value, kids ate for £1 each with 2 adult mains. Sone difficulty deciphering the allergy details. Everyone cleared their plates. A late lunch with family, just by the shops. Interesting beers.

Even though the decor has been updated nicely, the extremely bright lighting spoils any ambience. The welcome at the door and showing to your table was not done with a smile and immediately set a poor impression. Fortunately the waitresses and the food were much better and saved the day. We won’t be in any hurry to return.

I actually only went in to ask to use the toilets. I could see the food tho, and it looked decent. Smelled nice too. Obviously it only smelt nice after i left the bathroom. Nice place, would 100% come back to "use the facilities", if u know what i mean. You know, "droppin the kids off at the pool". I mean pooping.

Lovely little restaurant with friendly staff. Food was excellent. I paid £60 for three meals with drinks, which I felt was a kind of mid range charge. Would definitely eat here again.

Dianne who served us was lovely, excellent customer service, thank you. Shame her colleagues didn’t share her passion for service. Food was excellent, delicious. Newly refurbished and looks good. Nice atmosphere, good food and service.
