Went there after been let down at local Turkish restaurant they excepted us in on short notice 19 of us were welcomed in and sat down we got drinks straight away and once we ordered did not have to wait long for food and the food was excellent so nice and tasty and hot will be going back just want to say thank you to the staff they were 1st class well done amici

Usally head to Sambucas, but friend recommended this place. Much better value, service and experience. Went for the lunch meal and got lasagne, arrived piping hot and was pretty tasty (no complaints). Went fot potatoe skins for starter and you seem to yet a mountain of skins, by the end of the meal i was absolutely stuffed. Really great service and lovely decor. Only thing to bear in mind is the sheet lack of parking around.

We phoned Amicis tonight after being let down by Lezzet to see if they could take 19 of us as a last minute booking of course they agreed, the food was beautiful and the service outstanding, nothing was a problem they let us take in our own cake and even gave us cream, we will be back xx

My experience of the food was great. The service is ok but it is a very noisy venue. Prices are quite high but it's worth it for the food. Service could be quicker, however they were very busy at the time of my visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Early evening customers can get a 3 course meal for only £7.20 on the early bird menu which we had, there were About a dozen of us and all our food was acceptable, drinks were a bit more pricey though.

I really love italian food and this restaurant is one of the best of the country. I had Tagliatelle 4 cheese (formaggio) and Tiramisú. They were so delicious. Also there is a T.V. to watch Football in live.

Exceptional as always. You don't get 5 stars on TripAdvisor fir as many years as this place has had unless you are. There pastas are to die for and real stoneware thin pizzas ,its so lovely to have a mix of Italian and Greek dishes. We ordered the amici special meze last week it was unreal and enough for 3 not 2. Just had a Sunday lunch delivered and it was delicious. It was ordered for 3pm and turned up exactly on time and still hot enough to eat. There was plenty of meat and veg and 2 Yorkshire puddings. Couldn't eat it all... delicious

It is family owned and I adore this restaurant. They are Greek and their greek cooking is brilliant.. plus lovely friendly service. they do Italian food too... (Ive not tried it but the kids love their pasta Nd pizzas) their English Sunday lunches are fantastic!!

I recently moved to Forest Hall and heard lovely things about Amici. Tried it today for the first time (collection) and used their app which was really easy to use. The food was delicious!! The minestrone soup was amazing and the pizzas were perfect, not greasy and had plenty toppings. Large portions of potato skins and chips, loved everything. Will definitely return.

We used online ordering for the first time yesterday. We have visited the restaurant and had takeaways in the past. The meals arrived at the estimated time and were red hot, tasty and delicious. Wow. What a fab restaurant. Superb, authentic food. Wonderful staff, really 1st class service. I have had a few lunches and dinners here and been there for a party too. Spacious too so you won't feel crammed in. Greek family owned and the food reflects this. Highly recommended.

Went for my mother in-laws birthday and been a few times before. Really friendly staff and amazing food. Visiting again today 1st October 2019 for my sister in-laws birthday meal. Calzone pizza is by far my favourite thing to get here as it's full of flavour and perfect.

Lovely restaurant with lots of character being part of the train station. We were in a large group and all got perfectly cooked, delicious meals. The staff were very attentive and the meal worked out pretty reasonable. Would definitely visit again.

Nice local Italian restaurant, menu has changed since my last visit so had to try something new from lunchtime special menu which I enjoyed ( a pasta dish). Pity my niece found a hair in her pizza to eat around. The 5 of us all enjoyed our meals.

Always great tasting food here at this renowned, family run business. They keep a canny pint of Peroni as well. Food always comes out hot and they don’t hold back with portion sizes. I always have a pizza which, has quite a unique flavoured base👌 No waiters rushing round and the staff always have time to stop and talk no matter how busy. Quite good value as well, esp the all you can drink, Prosecco lunch🥴 The NYE party there is an absolute MUST !! Five stars from us !!

Terrible Customer service. Staff more interested in table with large birthday celebrations and neglected the other diners (no offence birthday people). We waited ages for attention, did not get offered coffee or deserts (my little girl was devastated). Complianed to staff at counter, no apology or discount for bad service. In fact, staff were quite arrogant and defiant. Poor customer care, we won't be back, despite good food.

Nice. Good food and very easy to get to. For me anyway. As a local I know what I am going to get. The most enjoyable thing is pretending it is someone's birthday so they play the song and embarrass them. They get free ice cream but the joy is seeing their face when they get humiliated.

We go regularly for the early birds special which is great value and quality. Half pizza half pasta a great alternative at other times Parking can be an issue if your a bit late and we find on occasion it can take an age to get the bill, neither of which has stopped us returning.

Been coming here for years, not so much in the last few years though as it's been a bit hit-and-miss at times. That said the food is usually excellent for the price especially the early bird deal, and other than a few booking issues (including calling my girlfriend a liar!), they have good service. Decor could certainly do with updating and it's very cramped, so I would recommend for a cheap but tasty value for money restaurant, but it's not fit for a romantic date.
