We came around 4 in the afternoon and there was only a few staff about. The manager took us to our seats and we ordered immediately. Our orders took a while, especially the dessert. The chocolate brownies are recommended. The prices are middle range and affordable.

Fantastic night out! Food was lovely and came out fast. The staff were so sweet and caring, very accommodating. We were looked after by Cher, so funny and hospitable! So friendly and welcoming!The toilets were in good shape, the accessible and other toilets had really nice interior. Atmosphere was good, music was at the perfect volume! I really recommend the espresso martini and the brushetta.

Came to Bella Italia today for lunch and was not disappointed at all! Food was so quick to come out, staff were really helpful, we went for the two course set menu at £14 a head and some drinks, all in, £48 for two which is very reasonable! Much more authentic Italian food than other competitors. Definitely recommend!

Ate here today with the kids for half term. Kids eat for £1 when the adult orders a full price main meal. Kids meal is 3 courses plus a drink. Keeley was our waitress and she was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the prawn pasta which was unbelievably gorgeous, the pic is from a half eaten one. Big portions and great value.

Always a good experience. The food is great and the service is very attentive and polite. I've asked for a meat-free calzone and got one even though it wasn't listed on the menu. Deserts are great too and even vegans can find something sweet to enjoy. It's a great place to visit whether you're just shopping and need a break or need your Italian cuisine fix for the night.

Decided upon Bella Italia for a late lunch, looking for a set menu, after having enjoyed previous meals at other venues. From the moment we were “greeted”, we were met with a stand off attitude from the server managing our section. This was continued throughout our experience from the way drinks were placed on the table to when we received our bill. Though this would be somewhat more understandable during busy service, we were one of about 8 tables in on a Monday afternoon. More so, it appeared we were the only table receiving such service. Nonetheless, we were pleasant and tipped. Food, drink, and pricing were great, therefore 3 stars.

Me and my friends visited for an early dinner on Wednesday. The place was quiet at the beginning but then more people came in. Service was quite good, food was just good. We had 3 different kinds of pasta. Overall I would go back for another quick dinner.
