Arrived at the Hotel late around 9:30pm hungry and tired. Luckily the restaurant's last order is 10pm. Friendly staff and dishes came out quickly. Loved the Carbonara and dessert. Spot on. Got my fill and had a good restful night at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel

A lovely restaurant for afternoon tea, enjoyed by myself & my daughter. Staff perform excellently; polite, friendly and attentive. A superb selection of delicious sandwiches and mini desserts accompanied by decent prosecco and coffee. Air conditioning perfectly set in a spotlessly clean, modern & spacious setting. We will be visiting again.

I had a lovely meal at Fratello's while staying at the DoubleTree hotel. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection, and not greasy at all. I opted for the Biscoff cheesecake to finish, a fantastic choice. The service was efficient and the staff had a friendly smile.

Fratello's is definitely one of our favourites, underrated, often quiet, friendly staff, best pasta me and my gf have ever had, carbonara to die for, pizza is lovely too, nice red wines, (though she prefers the rose now) only down side is parking can be challenging at times due to it being inside a hotel but it's free, other than that I definitely recommend it.

Four of us went for afternoon tea,It was very good with a good selection of sandwichs and cakes too much for us to eat ,, but we asked for a box to take away, Would recommend it but service was guite slow,

Was disappointed with how I was treated by the host and waiters. From being ignored at the podium for a table, to then being cut off mid sentence to he could answer the phone for a pointless conversation. Once I did get a seat, it took over half an hour for my drink to arrive, and food took forever. The table next door even had their order lost! The food was good, but probably only worth eating here as a last resort....
