J. S.Friendly and helpful staff. Pizza's are normally excellent, but sometimes quality control is lacking and the pizza can have undercooked sections.

M. A.I usually love Fred's Pizzas but every now and then I have a bad experience where it takes ages for it to be delivered (without any prior warning) and then it turns up lukewarm/cold. Disappointing. A recommendation would be for them to indicate when ordering online how long it will take to be delivered in advance, with the option to subsequently cancel the order if the time exceeds expectations. I would still order again but disappointing on this occasion.
