Fantastic coffee, and a great selection of cakes. I was spoiled for choice, but eventually went for the chocolate brownie, which was very tasty. The service was quick and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. With a lovely view of the city while sitting outside it is a great spot to sit and people watch.

Wow, just wow! I’m absolutely blown away with the kindness and care that I received. Food and coffee was delicious. There was one handsome lad who was very polite and was helping people left right and centre, a real credit to the place. I didn’t catch his name but he was a young ginger lad. I will be returning soon to try their selection of cakes which I didn’t get to try this time but they look amazing none the less.

Cafe Bar Marzano is a great place to meet up for a coffee as it’s right in the middle of town. The staff are lovely and friendly and always offers to help carry trays over. Great selection of alternative milks such as coconut, oat and soya. I highly recommend

Amazing cafe! Fantastic team, always incredibly helpful they definitely deserve some recognition. I've been coming in for years and they've seen me through 2 small children and provided great coffee and cake when it was most needed. They even offer to bring it over, they really are fabulous.

Well situated cafe in the heart of the city. It's a great place for meeting people and having a drink, can often be difficult to sit down at peak times though. The Staff are always lovely and exceptionally helpful. The coffee portions are small but tasty and the selection of cakes are disappointingly predictable, a wider selection would set it apart somewhat.

We do have a coffee here often when we are in Norwich, always enjoyable, the only thing that is letting them down is that the leather seating are starting to look old and tired the last time we went in June.

Very rude staff, we purchased food and drink from the cafe and a male staff member (I am a female) came to me and had a go at us for a coke. They sell coke! Not to mention others who literally were sitting there without food and drink did not get this treatment. Normally I love this place and visit frequently but I am very disappointed with the Wednesday staff, no smiles or enthusiasm at all.

The coffee is very good here and the selection of hot & cold drinks and light bites is also very good. It's a great place to sit outside on a fine day and watch all that goes on around the forum or cosy up inside on the sofas in colder months. The staff however aren't particularly friendly as I have found on many visits and they often close early.

We often come in to Marzanos when in the city as there is easy access for my disabilities! The staff, especially ‘little Lucy’ are always happy to help and offer to carry the tray for me. Best coffee in Norwich!! Would highly recommend.
