We were two people, we had a great treatment from the Staff, who was lovely, and food amazing. I was impressed by the food 's quantity, usually restaurants serve small portion. If u go for a small trip in this gorgeous city, you must try this place. 😊

The restaurant is in a good location, easy to reach and plenty of public parking nearby. There was a lot of choices in the menu, there's something for everyone. The food arrived quickly, it was hot and delicious, you can tell it's genuine Italian food. The atmosphere was good, no noisy tables, and we were able to enjoy ourselves.

Large selection of dishes catering for everyone's taste. Went as part of a larger group and everyone enjoyed their meals. I especially enjoyed the hazelnut crepe for dessert!

I suggest saving your appetite as they have very generous portion sizes (which is rare for Italian restaurants) and the food is very tasty. The staff were really attentive, friendly and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely eat here again if I visit Norwich in the future.

Being Italian, and brought up in a cafe bar, I rarely eat at Italian restaurants to avoid the almost inevitable disappointment. However, I was pleasantly surprised. We played it safe with Pizza Margherita for my wife and son and a classic lasagne (I would have had gnocchi but that would have been too much of a risk) for me. The pizza went down very well and the lasagne was pretty good. The actual lasagne was tasty but a little undercooked while the accompanying sauce was piping hot so perhaps chef got his timings slightly wrong, but I still enjoyed it. Home made tiramisu to finish was gorgeous. Overall, a really nice evening. The owner/manager reminded me of my father whizzing around like a coiled spring but supremely professional and courteous. Staff were well drilled and polite. Finally, I loved the decor; traditional without being overly twee. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or go again. Take it from a guy who knows. Ottimo!

I really want to rate this place higher but honestly it was... fine... I mean, yeah, it was good... Good service, nice atmosphere, child friendly, accommodating, decent food, absolutely nothing to complain about... Wonderful food and very amazing starters, especially the garlic butter snails. I'd recommend going during the weekend as it was quite quiet when we visited during the week, if your looking for a good atmosphere. But there's nothing that would make this place any better than it already is :) It seems to be a hidden gem in Norwich and the locals should be flocking to it!

Really great food here. Enjoyed everything about the place including some menu items that you don't see everywhere. Covid precautions seem good and there is some outside seating. My daughters rated it very highly also.

Excellent service and some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten. Very welcoming on entering by the owner. We had a choice where to sit. Our order came extremely quickly and was piping hot. Large portions so maybe ordering a side of chunky chips was a mistake but I still managed to eat them. Deserts were also very good and filling. Overall 100% evening and hope to visit again when in Norwich.

Lovely venue, pleasant staff, good food. Couple of bits of feedback: more accessible toilets needed as they were upstairs, reduce the number of meals on the menu (they all sounded lovely but there is just too much choice and I feel that it might be overwhelming for others as it was for me!) The food was more on the expensive side but was top quality and very delicious and filling! Would go again and recommend for hearty Italian food!

Visited for the first time and was very impressed. Whilst a lot of the menu had mushrooms (I'm allergic and I didn't check as I've completely forgotten how to eat out at restaurants due to coronavirus apparently) they were more than happy to leave mushroom out of the gnocchi dish I had, which I am very very grateful for! Our desserts (Nutella pancake type thing) were very nice along with the mint teas we got! Thank you for a very nice meal out.

Myself and my partner visited Norwich to see my daughter that is attending University at UEA. We found Pinocchios on Google and visited due to the great reviews. My main was a seafood dish and I was very, very happy with the good portion size when it arrived and I must say it was absolutely divine! I am a real seafood enthusiast and rarely find a venue that reaches the standard I would hope for BUT Pinocchios reached that high standard comfortably, the meal was utterly, utterly delicious, the portion sizes very good and the decor and atmosphere really super. Even the garlic bread topped with cheese was something very, very special! Whenever we visit Norwich, we will most definitely be visiting Pinocchios! It’s an absolute must for us from now on! I simply cannot recommend it highly enough!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Pinocchio's Restaurant and plan to go there again. I enjoyed a large "Volcano Steak" that was served on a hot stone and allowed me to cook it to my own preference. My partner ate a Seafood Risotto which she claims was cooked perfectly. I'd highly recommend trying out this restaurant if you are looking for a fine-dining experience.

A lovely Italian restaurant in Norwich. Food was authentic and delicious, and the service was attentive, friendly and courteous. It has a wonderful ambiance. The portion size was spot-on, and leaves enough room for dessert without leaving you too hungry. Prices were decent too, averaging £9 - £12 for a decent sized pasta dish. Good selection of wines and beers also. A definite recommendation if you want a great meal out.

Had a lovely meal here recently. There were a couple of little hiccups with the food but they were sorted quickly and the service was great. Fantastic choice of food on the menu and everyone at the table said how tasty it was, not to mention getting plenty of food as a portion. The food is incredible, and the choice is amazing! You will not regret going to this restaurant. The service was great, every member of staff would ensure everything was okay without it feeling as if they were bothering you. The cosy, family feel mades it a great place to eat with family or in smaller groups. The portions of food were incredible, and it had no effect on the quality. Most definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in Norwich. For certain, I will be dining at this restaurant again.

Decent food, good location. They were a bit shorthanded on the night and there was a very loud birthday or hen party right next to us. The two waiters on the ground floor (they also have a quieter upstairs floor) were a bit overwhelmed because of that big party and nearly forgot about us. As a result had to wait for the food.

A lovely italian restaurant run by two Italian brothers with an incredible menu full of delicious dishes that have that authenticity that comes with experience in the kitchen! Lovely atmosphere too with beautiful murals of Italian scenes so you can forget your in Norwich and visit the Italian coast while you dine.

Great Italian food and pleasant atmosphere. A more than worthy alternative to the nearby Pizza Express chain, and a more diverse menu too. If you find yourself on St. Benedict's Street in Norwich and you're in need of a good meal, this is one of the best restaurants in the area to go to.

Kind of disappointed, ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and received 4 small meatballs on an enormous bowl of spaghetti covered with a tomato sauce with no real depth and not very memorable. I would say the pizzas are pretty awful but the pasta dishes good. My tip is go to Pizza Express if you want a better pizza but avoid their pasta dishes. The toilet in Pinocchio's is up a long flight of stairs so not disabled friendly.
