Don’t listen to the negative reviews- super friendly and hardworking staff- thank you Tracey for your excellent customer service and allowing customers to sit where they would like, nice to always see you with a big smile and having a laugh, whilst always being on top of things. Food comes quickly and the quality is great! I think people just need to realise that if a place looks busy then of course it’s going to take a little longer to get your food. It’s common sense. Shut up and be patient, staff are working as hard as they can!

We had a party yesterday in here and I could not praise them enough food was perfect and the staff were so friendly the manager could not have been more attentive and helpful there were 15 of us and a lot of young children and I have never felt so comfortable ina. Restaurant with my children would highly recommend

My favourite part of the restaurant were the toilets. Because you have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get there, which makes it feel like an adventure to use them. Good quality Armitage Shanks porcelain aswell adds that touch of class.

So the first time I ever walked in here, some guy was sooooo rude about having to book more than 24 hours in advance, I didn't think I'd come back. I did, a week later. Came out with my friend for a meal, and had ordered Mac and cheese to share (as well as our pizzas) which it turned out wasn't available. The team were amazing though, gave me a refund and gave us puddings (which were incredible). The team turned a poor experience into a fantastic experience. It's so rare to feel looked after in retail and food places these days, and I appreciate it when it happens.

I was super impressed with the service. For having to serve a group of 20 starving people (just coming from trampolining), staff were very efficient and helpful with all the options (including veggie/vegan options). And the food was delicious. Highly recommend to all.

It was very cold in the restaurant. We had to put our coats on half way through the meal. Other than this service was reasonably good. There was no soap in the ladies toilets at all and the ice cream factory was a mess. Although I do understand that sometimes people let their kids at the ice cream factory unattended and they trash it. There's only so much the staff can do. An OK visit.

£7:50 all u can eat lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Unlimited salads, pizza,pasta and children get ice-cream &a drink included in their meal which was around £5. Difficult to review my experience today because the restaurant had so many COVID restrictions in place. Menu was very limited, it was self service ordering and the staff took social distancing to a whole new somewhat exaggerated level. There was no warm friendly atmosphere and whilst the food tasted very good, it was not an enjoyable experience. I have eaten at many places recently which where COVID safe which better maintained normality.

Been there a couple of times for the week-day lunch buffet. Service is very good. Food was perhaps a bit more disappointing: the pizza selection on the buffet wasn't great, and most of the food was only just warm. The fact the restaurant is open all day does allow you to have a nice meal at quieter times. I would recommend it, my experiences with the buffet probably do not apply for when you order food off the menu.

Super lovely staff and very professional dealing with a big group of 20+ students for a social. Food all came out hot and the wait staff kept updating us on everything and being very knowledge about dietary requirements e.g. vegan. Can highly recommend the vegan pepperphoni!

Went on a Saturday. Staff were mostly in their mid to late teen years. Everyone was nice and friendly. I asked for a candle and a dessert as they don't have cake as it was my friend's birthday. It came out after you give them the signal or ask them to kindly take it out. They didn't sing happy birthday but our group did. Thanks for the experience. Pizza hut is pizza hut.

Dear Lord! If a meal out was rated by the false enthusiasm & volume of the 'crew' member's high pitch voice this would be off the scale! However it was mediocre pizza with a salad bar in need of replenishment. Also (much like other franchises)it felt far more like a industrial dining room rather than a relaxed lunch out for which we were paying (significant amounts)to be able to collect our own drinks, salad & pizza & be expected to tip someone for the privilege.

Nice enough place and staff usually good. Disappointed in the Naked Chicken which isn't naked. Its smothered in oil and herbs which makes it inedible for anybody on Slimming World. It got sent back and pretty-much ruined the evening for one of us who was left only with salad.
