This is an excellent restaurant. We visited on a Sunday lunchtime. The place inside has a greate atmosphere and is setup in a contemporary style. The food itself was brilliant and the service was superb. We were looked after by Adam and the team and were blown away by the high level of service and the attentiveness of Adam. We did enjoyed our lunch in Casa.Suprisingly restaurant was very quiet and empty.It does have great interior and it is beautifully done.I remember when it was different restaurant where Gordon Ramsey come for rescue...Casa looks much better and definitely not need rescue,need little more warm welcome.It does need time a being know as modern Italian. Food was lovely.It is great to go to Italian restaurant and not choose only pizza or pasta.Casa have great potential to be amazing place for pleasurable-amazing experience on plate and good drinks. We will definitely be back.It is at the moment one of my favourite Italian restaurant Thank you

It was quite expensive and is flirting as a higher-end restaurant with attentive service and pleasant decor There were regular and specials steak offers which we chose but were disappointing. The usual story We asked for the beef steaks medium rare but they were firmly medium. The pork steak was very dry and closer to Well-done. We could have asked for them to be changed but it delays the meal and is embarrassing At this price point they should be getting most or all of the 4 covers the steak they asked for. It made the meal quite an expensive disappointment If I went again I would stick to what they probably do best - the conventional pasta type main courses

Lovely elegantly decorated, beautiful lighting have to say I did like the table set up.. 🥰 very friendly staff, took our coats of for us, beautiful menu not too confusing like some, 2 for 1 cocktails 🍸 and a lovely raspberry Gin for me🍷 Meal was ok had a lovely juicy garlic bread probably the best I’ve had, we enjoyed our meal it was lovely. I booked my birthday dinner here and it’s the best decision I ever made. The staff were so accommodating; from the free glass of Prosecco and shots of limoncello, to putting candles on my cake and bringing it out for me, I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Everyone absolutely loved their food and finished their plates! An absolutely amazing experience, and I cannot recommend it enough.

We came here because of a voucher on Groupon but we will definitely be back. We’d walked past the restaurant many times and thought it looked nice but we were quite surprised at truly how nice the decor was inside. The service from the staff was exceptional and the food was delicious.

Had a lovely lunch here, the food was perfect and I was really impressed with the service, they were all very attentive which I often find lacking in many places nowadays. Did have a Groupon voucher, all logged on system through our booking so automatically removed from total bill before they brought it over. Looking forward to our next visit!

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. This is the first time I've been and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The waiters were attentive and gave us their full attention. We weren't checked on constantly because they could see we were talking, so it was great. There was no wait to order, food arrived quickly and the bill was received straight away but we certainly didn't feel rushed. The food was priced above average but it was well worth it, perfectly cooked and served immaculately. If I was being super critical the bread that came with the olives and balsamic could've been more varied/ better as it was just chopped plain white baguette bread. So some artisan bread wouldn't go amiss. I would definitely recommend this place, refreshing to have such an excellent experience. Thank you!

This is one of the better and finer Italian restaurants in Nottingham. The interior is classy and perfect for a date or family lunch/dinner. To start with, as a wine collector, I can hands down say it has the best wine selection of all Italian restaurants in Nottingham. Both red and white wines go perfectly with the food options. I would recommend the Chianti red for pork and beef dishes and the sancerre white for fish dishes and dessert. For food, the portions are extremely generous. The meat starter to share can easily feed four even though it states meant for two. For mains, it's a work of art. For someone who travels to Italy every year and can vouch for Italian food, this is as good as you'll get. With the generous portions and delicious food, the price tag is quite affordable. Finally, the staff are lovely, welcoming and most importantly, engaging. It's not an Italian restaurant if you aren't made to feel welcome. At the time of this review, I would highly recommend and this tops a 5 star.

Nice venue my food was tasty. The dish my wife contained chilli we made it quite clear to the waiter that didn't want it with the chillies. He assured us her that would have the removed. Sadly this didn't happen 😞. So spoilt the visit for us.

Great night, good service and good food. The staff seem to be good humered and not afraid to have a laugh, attentive bit not fawning over you. The food was all freshly prepared, tasty, and plentiful. Nice restaurant aesthetically. Definitely on the cards for another visit.

Came here as a group of 9 for our friends birthday. Served by Franko, nick and Adam. Absolutely breathtaking. There’s literally no other way of me describing the experience. It was truly amazing. We all had starters and mains with a fair few drinks including 4 cocktails for myself and 2-3 bottles of wine ordered by one other member of our party. The food was indescribable. A true taste of Italy on our doorstep. The servers were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met who clearly have a vested interest in making your experience the best possible. I wish I could give way more than just five stars I will absolutely be returning.

Went for a friend's leaving do and couldn't of gone anywhere better in my opinion. Lovely interior design, very bright and welcoming. The food was delicious, I had the crab and chilli linguine, with everyone enjoying what they'd chose and the pricing was superb too for the quality. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the very short manager with glasses, think his name was Sherwood or something, was a delight. 10/10 will be returning.

Absolutely amazing place. We visited tonight whilst our kids went to a concert nearby. The staff were fantastic, food amazing and fab atmosphere. Very relaxed with great music. If we visit Nottingham again we will definately go back.

My girlfriend and I went into Casa on 24th April about 8 pm. Was very busy, but seated straightaway. Several waitstaff, that were prompt, polite and attentive. I had monkfish and my girlfriend had meatballs for main course. Both were generous size portions and tasted delicious. Had garlic bread with it. Small, but also delicious too. Dessert: My girlfriend had chocolate fondant. It smelled, tasted and looked delicious. I had cheesecake - this was a disappointment. I love cheesecake. This tasted a bit 'doughy' to me. Hardly any biscuit base. Overall: Was excellent. Would we come again ? YES !

Amazing food in a beautiful restaurant. If it wasnt for groupon, i would have never known it was here in Notts due to it being located on upper parliament street which i never really walk up. Thank god i found out. What a find! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a tree in the centre. Every member of staff we encounted was lovely and so friendly! The food is excellent and cooked fresh. We ordered a side of cheesy garlic bead to come out as a starter instead and it was that good that we ordered more to actually come out as a side with our mains! I only had to look around and a member of staff came straight over. We had beef stroganoff for mains and it was the best we have ever had. Theres nothing worse than chewy beef, well not here! this is steak pieces with a generous amount of sauce and mushrooms! I can only imagine what their steak dishes are like! The staff also checked on us during our starter and main (which i love as its a must for me). You know that awkward moment where staff always ask how your food is when you have a mouthful of food and you try to answer?.. well this staff member asked, saw my awkward mouth full of food moment and told me not to worry, they will come back (love!) I honestly give Casa 10/10 and we will definitely be back! Please make sure you visit! Alot of reataurants are opening in Notts but this one should stay!

Apart of past that I ordered had to much garlic flavour, the place is fantastic and 5 star for the waitress that attended me it's a shame that you can't give a card tips, I will come back to try other's dishes maybe the chefs was feeling a bit garlic that day.

New Italian restaurant in town. And how to say, the service is exceptional ! And the food is delicious. We’ve had a goat cheese with meatballs to start with, the lasagna and the montenara pizza as mains and we finished with the profiteroles to share. It was delicious and reasonably good priced. We will be back for sure !

What can I say, I had one of the best flavoured Italian meals at Casa Italian. The seafood stew was amazing, in fact everyone had a great meal and it was the 2nd visit for some of us in 2 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I'm next in Nottingham I will definitely eat here again. Grazie ragazzi 😊

We arrived very early and had drinks at the tables near the entrance - very pleasant. We were then taken to our table and it seems our early arrival put the staff off their stride and it seems we were forgotten. Once the menus eventually arrived everything was back on track. Food was very good and the staff were very nice. One small issue, no one seemed to know what a biscotti was, surprising for an Italian restaurant.

Loved my experience here. The service was excellent - after realising that the cocktail I want wasn't vegan, I was offered a custom cocktail made to my liking. The staff were so lovely about it and the cocktail was delicious. For food, my partner and I went for the delicious vegetarian (vegan) risotto with a shared side of veg. Would highly recommend.

Meals don't come with veg chips etc just the chicken or steak or fish etc that u ordered, they don't tel u this tho. so u end up ordering extras once your meal arrives. So depending on your budget it ends up being expensive. Your also allocated 2 hour slots so bare this in mind if u want a relaxing cosy evenin with no rush. Staff are gr8 tho!!

Very relaxed but efficient staff provide an excellent atmosphere. Our party of four ate 2 chicken, dishes, duck tagliatelle and salmon with prawns. All equally delicious. The wine was good, the panna cotta yummy. We'll be coming here again.

Fresh ingredients. Warm welcome and beautiful decor. Menu varied and 4 pizzas later our table were happy. Tummies full and empty plates all round.
