Went there with a friend and was very satisfied. The tea was amazing and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Give it a try, and you’ll enjoy it immensely.

Loved my honey melon dew tea with tapioca pearls! If price was a but cheaper it would be great, but the taste is really really good! I would highly recommend it.
Ps. I hope they also hire staffs who speaks English better, at the end of the day we’re in England.

Polite staff, quick service. The tea is amazing. It is made well. It has a fantastic taste. Personally my favourite is the famous Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Boba Pearls <3

Overall, their boba/tapioca pearl drop is are amazing. The rainbow jelly is hard and sour however, so I wouldn't recommend having that added. The drinks are refreshing and allow a lot of customisation.

Drinks are always super tasty! Queueing inside can be difficult with the lack of space but it's worth itx
B. F.
Lovely drink and helpful staff! Wait time was quite long and price was quite high.
F.
Really wholesome place with hard working and friendly staff. Drinks were amazing and the addition of the post-it wall is really nice. Would definitely recommend.
H. K.
I really liked the tea and the pearls but it was sooo nice
S. A.
Nice drinks so refreshing but slightly high with the prices I think
D. M.
Yes definitely worth a visit if nearby or online. A firm favourite with the family.

Best bubble teas in Nottingham. Authentic teas, not just powdered rubbish with authentic toppings like aiyu Jelly that no other bubble tea place sell

Best bubble tea I've ever had! I go here every single time I go Nottingham (sometimes even twice in a day). The staff are friendly, there is a huge variety of options and the seating area is chill. They have an app so you can order before you get there if you know what you want. I usually get the brown sugar milk tea
W. Q. T.
Taro milk tea from there is one of the best I've tired. Also their Chatime milk tea and roasted milk tea is great. The tapioca pearls, pudding and winter melon jelly are very tasty. Tapioca pearls from there is in standard size, is squishy, soft and sweet. In addition their sitting area is small but very nice, it provides few free boardgames for customers to play with.
At last the staff there are friendly too.

Boba tea. I ordered a taro milk tea with normal boba and regular sugar and it was actually quite tasty. We ordered kyoga balls which were also quite tasty, kinda like a pancake. My wife ordered a chatime milk tea and told the barista she wanted boba but was misheard and got popping boba instead, the tea was tasty but the popping boba made it weird. Will probably go to again, seeing as it is the closest boba to lincoln.

Very tasty, I go whenever I'm in town - staff are lovely and friendly, absolutely enjoy talking while my drink is being made.

Visited this establishment on many occasions due to the convenient location and wide range of fresh, milk, fruit teas as well as smoothies and coffees. On most occasions we have had our expectations met by the friendly staff at Chatime. However, on some of our visits the tapioca pearls which are added toppings in our drink have not been cooked well. Otherwise, Chatime and similar bubble tea shops in Nottingham have become a key part of our social outings.

Hey I'm an old geezer (over 65 that is) and visit my daughter at NTU. She just loves these tea shops and introduced me to them.
Customer service was really nice. The decor was attractive, the swing chair fun, the staff patient even with said "old geezer" having to have explained what's in the selections. The message board looks fun.
The teas are not cheap but they're a nice treat and easily more fun and variety than Costa coffee or Starbucks.
What's not to like? 😃🙂😀
L.
I really enjoy the tea, quite expensive however. The wait is usually between 5-15 mins dependent on number of customers. Lots of variety and the people who make the tea are very nice and welcoming, they also help you pick what you want if you are unfamiliar with the menu. Rated 4 stars due to expense, however, the product Is probably worth it?
M. P.
Lots of options to make your perfect bubble tea. Staff speak English pretty well and there is a menu with pictures you can point to if you're having trouble. The lovely girls working there are happy to make recommendations if you're new to the concept! They also do other desserts but I'd stick to their excellent bubble tea.

A regular stop for us as @ImLouisaMay loves her bubble tea! Nicely breaks up the walk round town & always so friendly, helpful and kind. Great selection and love the brand!
J. C. D.
The promo drinks are amaaaazing. Mango mousse is the best one this season for me 🧡 The setting is really aesthetic so you can take really nice photos and the staff are amazing and so polite. I recommend going to Chatime over any other bubble tea branches ☺

One of my favourite bubble tea shops in London. The quality is consistent, and they never get my order wrong. So many things to pick from the menu as well, and the staff are nice. I find that the queue is not as bad as cuppacha and happy lemon, probably due to the location? I’m not sure aha, but I have always loved chatime. Usually my go to when I’m in chinatown! Their QQ topping is definitely a must try
P. A.
I tend to love it here, the keya balls and the milk tea are the best but some of the menu can be sold out. Also some things aren't as they seem on the menu.
L. C.
Always seems like a busy place whenever i go in so service is a little slow sometimes, but that can't be helped and i dont mind waiting when there is the post-it note wall to look at and places to sit up the stairs. Many different flavours to choose from that the staff are friendly enough for a bubble tea shop. I love coming here, but i suppose it would be good for them to have competition as its the only bubble tea shop in Nottingham city centre. Matcha milk tea is my favourite~ Would recommend this place!
P. C.
Great food and drink served with great customer service. I sometimes come here to study with my friend because the sit in area is so relaxing.
V. K.
Albeit a little expensive most of our drinks were very enjoyable. It's a good option that you can customise the level of sugar and ice. My new mojito drink wasn't as enjoyable, but the brown roasted sugar, the honeydew melon tea and chocolate milk tea wth pudding were great.
N. G. C.
Staff tries their best to get orders out fast specially during busy times. Cozy place to chat with friends and there's a swing! Bobas are really good and hits my sweet tooth. The posted notes are a sweet touch for the place.
D. B.
Love their roasted milk tea but they are not consistent with how it tastes, sometimes it’s super good and sometimes I feel like I wasted my money.
N.
Come here almost daily to get my milk tea fix, tried the tiramisu milk tea today and it was amazing, little on the sweet side but I did ask for regular sugar, its limited editon so get it quick! The staff are lovely and always give good recommendations. My genuine favorite however is the oolong milk tea with no ice and regular sugar.
H. S.
I’m not really a big fan of the pearls but I love the popping boba but when I try to buy some it’s sold out so hopefully it comes back early
i. T.
Great selection of different drinks, you're able to customize pretty much everything about it
A. r.
It's an amazing tea place to visit, having a variety of drinks that suits everyone. It's quiet and a perfect spot for dates or relaxed study. But please make sure to maintain the quiet, don't distract others around you.
S. L.
ChaTime generally makes good bubble tea: taro, no ice, less sugar, with QQ is my favourite. I particularly like this Cha Time and I remember being around when it had just opened a few years ago and drinks were half price. I still make a beeline for it whenever I'm visiting Nottingham, and also recommend it to many others! The decor inside has also been upgraded since I was last here, very nice! Oh, and I also appreciate that this Cha Time allows the loyalty card, which the one closest to where I live doesn't!
D. K.
Absolutely love their bubble teas. I have got to admit that for someone who didn't used to like milk teas, I've grown quite fond of their roasted milk tea. It's so delicious 😆
Y. L.
There is NO wifi here.. They taste alright, but don't have a very rich taste. Chatime is not that good with pearls. But they have tables to sit with friends and can play board games. Also there is a toilet.
A. L. R.
Their roasted milk tea and durian milk tea are my fav! Very friendly staff, open until late compared to other places.
J. J.
Boba tea here is nice. Sometimes it’s a little powdery. Although boba pearls are fresh and have a great texture. The taro tea is awesome.
A. J. A. H.
Further inside got place for seats and table. You can wait while waiting for your turns of drinks.
Got lots of tea options for cold and hot drinks. Delicious kaya ball and eat while still hot. Nice!
M. H. (.
Amazing tea, quite "western" friendly in terms of flavours. The seating is nice, as well as the selection of board games
T. x.
Nice bubble tea and staff but they never seem to actually have the my melody cups advertised for the limited edition drink
M. B.
So many drinks to choose from, staff very helpful and polite. Good quality products on sale.

the tarao flavour is nice, the Chat tea is not so special. quite a lovely place to hang out.
N. S.
The tea is very tasty, tapioca is mediocre, but the shop has a very nice vibe to it and the seating area is a nice addition.

(Translated) The store is very spacious and has a lot of seats.
You can sit and rest for a long time.
It’s the sunrise of Taiwan’s precious milk, not bad.

(Translated) Milk tea may have been Britishized, but it is very bland and very sweet. We recommend menus other than milk tea. If you want to eat milk tea, it is worth eating with no ice and 0% or 20% less sugar.
(Original)

(Translated) They have tea and hot chocolate, the prices are normal, the bad thing is that as much as the sugar, ice and the balls go apart
(Original)
Tienen té y chocolate caliente, los precios son normales, lo malo es que tanto como el azúcar, hielo y las bolitas van aparte
