A. o. a. G. T.Enjoyed our GOAT and Supreme pizzas. Had a very long wait for our dessert though (over half an hour), when the restaurant was not busy. Unlimited free salad is always a bonus. The cookie dough sharer was nice, we had the white chocolate & caramel and cookies & creme to share

I loved the selection of pizzas, and they kept bringing out new ones so every time I went up to get more, it was fresh. There was always a good choice of thin and deep pizzas. The salad bar was great as well.
Everyone I was with thought it was great, and the person who brought our drinks order was absolutely lovely and kept popping round to make sure we were okay.
I thought it was brilliant value (I did eat an awful lot!) and will happily go there again.
S. A.Walked in to be informed by the staff they were really behind on orders and getting tables ready and it would be half an hour before we would have a table. Then once we sat down, we were told our food may also take over half an hour. To be honest for most people this would be a bad experience, but I honestly appreciated the upfront honesty
Food was as expected. Service had been a lot better than I experienced in the past. We were taken care of by the young lady and gentleman, didn’t get a chance to thank them, hope the manager passed on my regards

The team are always happy to accommodate us when we say we prefer table service, and Chris is always very happy and helpful and even entertains the kids while taking our order! The staff are very friendly and happy to give us countless sets of cutlery when our kids inevitably throw them all on the floor. Chris is very good letting our 4 year old help with the card machine and the kids loved their vegetable stickers today. Thank you!

We had the all you can eat pizza lunch which was easy as we ordered from the QR code on the table. It was really good value for money. The pizza and salad bar was fresh and the ice cream was tasty with lots of topping options.

The only thing which I would ask for which wasn't available was alcohol free beer or cider. But as this was literally it, we were incredibly impressed!

K. F.Pizza Hut Castle Marina staff were very helpful and friendly when approached for a large corporate order placed a few days ahead of when it was needed. All staff were aware of the order and all were able to answer any questions that were put forward. Thanks to Claire, Jenna, Gemma and all of the other staff that made it possible.
Everyone enjoyed the food and I will definitely use this venue again and trust that they will be efficient with the order.

T. C.I visited today with my daughter who is autistic and can be challenging at meal times, and at times I leave the restaurant as quickly as possible before she gets to stressed. Today we were looked after by Chris who is an absolute credit to the company. Staff like this guy are very hard to find. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable and not only me he had such a fantastic soft and genuine approach to my daughter, nothing was a job for him he did things to make us feel like we were just the same as any other family even with her complex needs. We eat out once a week for a treat for her away from her brother and sister just father and daughter time and I can honestly say I have never ever met such a kind and thoughtful member of staff. This guy really is a rear gem and you should be happy to have him as part of your team. Food wasn’t amazing but we will return to the restaurant in hope that we get to see Chris again. E. W.Visited tonight with my partner, and we made use of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme and also Meerkat Meals (2 for 1). With these offers, it was a great, cheap, filling and tasty meal. If we'd had one or the other, I'd have been feeling like the meal was OK but overpriced for what it was. With neither, I'd have felt it was a massive ripoff (see receipt photo (£60 vs £40 vs £17). We ordered 2 sides (classed as starters), 2 individual stuffed crust pizzas, 2 desserts and 3 soft drinks. Due to covid, the menu has been shrunk, choice of pizzas wasn't great but you are allowed to swap ingredients. You can't get refill drinks and salad bar is essentially, do you want the staff to bring you a small bowl of green salad (cherry toms, lettuce and grated carrot), potato salad or coleslaw. If you want more salad, it's a £1. No choice on what you get, no dressings etc. Drinks and salad bar previously a big pull for me and without def made the experience worse. Service was good, speedy. Make sure you register your car reg if you park. Food itself was all tasty (especially the stuffed crust which I'd never normally upgrade to but with the savings we splurged) but soso overpriced. It's like Pizza Hut expect people to go there with offers so purposely price everything exorbitantly. Just makes everything complicated. I also dislike that they only offer individual or sharing pizza sizes now. They used to offer a broader range. Would recommend but make sure you can take advantage of an offer!!

It must have been a while since we ate out for pizza as I was surprised at how expensive it was, the food was generally OK, service was good and the bottomless drinks was fab considering how hot it was. The salad area was a little untidy but was kept fairly well stocked.
If you visit this restaurant make sure you register your car to avoid a parking fine.

R. M.Absolutely brilliant. Went for a walk down the canal with my boy, upon reaching Castle Marina I said we could go to Water's Edge or Pizza Hut. He quickly chose Pizza Hut.
A great decision.
Given the current climate, I wasn't sure what to expect - hadn't booked, didn't have a face convering.. No problem. Waited at the front door having rung the bell and stood at the requested spot. Met by the waitress who greeted us and showed us to our table.
She went through how to order - you download an app and place your order and pay on the app prior to eating. Promptly received food and drink by the equally attentive waiter. Flawless service and probably the best experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut.
The only negative was the atmosphere being a tad flat, but that's down to the need to comply with the modified conditions - it was 2pm on a Friday.
Waiter said they'd been open two weeks and it was slowly getting busier in that time frame.

S. R.This Pizza Hut branch is very clean and they are on top of dealing with having to run a business and Covid restrictions. The food is really good, the Pizza although a tiny overcooked was made up by a soft thick dough, and tasted great. The ordinary size is small though. The sides of Chips, sweet corn, and a Potato salad with bacon bits were all very well made and good to the taste. I ordered a Gingrt ale and it came in a bottle next to a frosted glass with big handle which I thought was a nice touch and good to cool you down when it's hot. Be prepared that if you go in as a couple, the tables for two are real small. Your own elbows may knock your partners drink over, so watch out.
Joking apart, this is a nice and clean restaurant for a family to enjoy a Pizza for lunch or dinner.

One thing I am disappointed at, they have stop the unlimited soft drinks and salad, I can understand the salad as they are now served by the bowl but the drinks you have to order just like before they had the drinks station installed, also there are no flavour combinations as the drinks station is out of action for now.

Food was standard for Pizza Hut but our server seemed a little down for a reason and our starters arrived after we finished the main pizza. Salad bar is ok for selection but the vegetables are generally fresh which is good to see as not all restaurants have fresh salad bars. Prices are a little high to be honest

D. B.It's your typical Pizza Hut with standard decor and seating. The staff were friendly and helpful and we didn't have to wait long to be seated or for our food. I would criticise that they weren't very quick at coming to sort out our desert order and when we asked for one to be taken away we didn't end up getting it as we had been given the bill and paid up first and completely forgot we were still waiting for something.
It's worth noting the car park is one you need to register your vehicle when you arrive at the restaurant otherwise you'll be fined by the private parking company; one we all know and love, Parking Eye! But on the positive side, Pizza Hut make it clear on entry that you must do this and there are signs around the restaurant to remind you in case you were just too excited and hungry to notice when you arrive.
D. S.The staff were great, my kids had fun and the pepperoni feast is as nice as ever. Only issue this time and previously is that the bottom layer of the pizza base was very tough to cut with a knife and fork. Tasted fine though.

c.Summary - Nice and modern inside, but food is a little overpriced for what it is and service isn't great. Also no full-fat coke for the free refills!
Food - For me the pizza was fine, typical Pizza Hut, and the salad bar was okay - but things like that make me wary in terms of freshness and cleanliness. One important thing to note about the pizza however, they only had deep pan when we went.. really? A pizza restaurant that runs out of base types.. and of course they don't make them, that would be silly!
Service - Basically, 2 of us didn't get any food when it came! The waitress thought we said salad, despite asking again and repeating twice our order. The floor manager corrected everything and knocked it off the bill, which was good of him he was a nice guy. The moral here is, don't hire people who don't know English very well. And no the place wasn't busy so it wasn't like it was too loud to hear, and no it's not racist to state the facts. If I worked in France, I'd be expected to speak French well. So many places these days are going cheap on customer service. Hire better people, and pay them a decent wage.
Drinks refill - No regular coke/Pepsi. Why? I know why. So they can bend you over the table and charge you for each glass of coke you want. How dare I that I want sugar.

s.It's okay when you get staff that can understand you. We had been waiting over 30 minutes before the food came out. I ordered our food and everyone's came out apart from mine. When asked, she said that I didn't order one for myself, which I clearly did as mine was 1st one I did. The garlic bread was cold so asked if she would change it, but never came back, so I asked for the manager. He was really helpful and I got my order within minutes. When it came to paying the bill, I was only charged for the 2 kids meals. My partner and mine were on the house plus drinks too, a saving of £37. Thanks Mr Manager.

We order the 8.99 lunch buffet for all 4 kids - unlimited pizza, drink and ice cream but because my daughter didn't eat the ice cream had a few sips of drink and a slice of pizza he just charged the basic kids basic buffet lunch of 4.99 for my daughter ... great service thanks, kids can't wait to go back x
b. b.First time I've ever been to Pizzahut, I'll be back again soon! Really really friendly staff, I'm vegan, so the guy went and got me a vegan menu, explained all the options and sizes. The food arrived very quickly, the guy showed me it all and I was on my way. Food was amazing, best pizza I've ever had and the jackfruit rolls are lovely. I had takeaway but the restaurant looked lovely too, nice relaxed vibe.
10/10 I will deffo be back!

A. R.Best customer service I have ever received! Thank you to the manager for giving us free deserts for 9 people!!! They showed a general concern..Beeing Muslim..they provided a place to pray... This could have been a disastrous day due to finding chicken in a tuna pizza ( all 9 people Beeing Muslim and only eating halal meat) . The manager was very upset and offerd free deserts..
