L.Called in here, and had a takeaway "7 inch regular salami & onion pizza". It was made with the freshest , most tastiest dough, and other ingredients possible, and was delivered into my eager hands very quickly, and piping hot...😋😋😋😋😋.... And at a very reasonable price of £4.20p. It was just the right amount for my needs, and I don't think any other pizza takeaways do pizzas in this size - but it's perfect, if you have a small appetite...So, these guys have been doing pizzas on this site since 1984, and Thier pizzas are still as good as when they first opened.... That speaks volumes about how good they are, at what they do...👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰. Would highly recommend...😋😋

I.A perfect combo of friendly staff, very good service, reasonable prices and delicious food! We went for the half-half giant made of one part Al Capone (hot) and the other chicken tikka for only 11.40£!

S. R.I'm Italian, although it's not a real Italian pizza, the dough is very good, crunchy, high as a fried pizza.
As for the ingredients, sauce and cheese, they are very abundant and very tasty.
I also like my 3-year-old daughter very much. She leaves the nursery school and asks me to take this pizza.

B. G.Poppa's is a great pizza place. Their pizzas may not be in a traditional Italian style but they are super tasty and piled high with toppings. I've only ever ordered deep pan and it's always been delicious.
I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

H.We always walk past this place but never tried it. Amazing pizza and great value for money. There are seating areas at the back but we got ours to take away. Highly recommend it if you are in the area. It's not greasy and the ingredients are plenty and high quality. We got two gigantic pizzas between the three of us, and we still had leftovers! We will be back very soon!

H.Forget the rest this is the BEST, Been a regular for over 20 years and still never found a more tasty pizza, OK It's not a "traditional" thin base pizza, but that's what I like about it, base is always light and fluffy and when cooked the edge is lovely and crispy, with plenty of toppings and cheese. The staff are really friendly, I was worried when Pizza Hut opened opposite Poppa Pizza this year that they would muscle their way in and force a local independent business the close, but thankfully the owner has said it's made no difference to his business. Phew!!!!
R. S.For those who love pan pizzas, this is definitely the place to go! The pizzas are made fresh with loads of ingredients you can really taste. The smell of the baked cheese on the pizza is aromatic and makes every bite absolutely satisfying! For those who can take spicy food, be sure to try the BBQ Chicken Wings as they taste great too!
This place has awesome food, homely environment with friendly staff and a price that's easy on your wallet. They definitely serve the best pizza in the world! It's a real pity I live so far away... :(

You can't get any fresher, deep pan, high stacked, toppings on a pizza. Pizza hut 10 yards away is dead and this family run place is thriving through word of mouth alone!

S. R.I've been coming here about once per month for the last 35 years. As an independent they are much better than the chain pizza places around. They have a small restaurant as well. Wouldn't dream of getting a pizza from anywhere else in the area.
