Great products I have been ordering from them for a few years. Extremely tasty and addictive! Brilliant customer service too, I placed an order last week which somehow got lost with DPD. I was in communication with the company over an 18 months period due to our wedding date being postponed twice because of COVID. Everyone who dealt with my account was really helpful and friendly, and provided excellent customer service. They emailed over proofs of the chocolate pizza favour boxes each time so I could check all details were as they should be. I was able to negotiate a delivery date that best suited me. The 4 flavours we chose were delicious and looked perfect in their bespoke presentation boxes. I have ordered items since and will be a regular customer if there’s any gifts I need. Found this company online when my grandchildren and I were searching to see if there was such a thing as a chocolate pizza, there was! Of course we had to order one and the arrival date was eagerly anticipated. It arrived quickly, well packaged and unbroken. It tasted delicious and the grandchildren were delighted with it. They are aged 5 and 2 and they were allowed a piece each at our house then we took it to their house so they could have the rest of it another day, Our granddaughter, aged 2 decided that she wanted another piece and tried to steal one, her mum removed it from her as they were just about to have tea and she had one of the worst tantrums we’ve ever seen her have! Although it was all unfortunate (she didn’t get another piece at the time!) I’m sure you’ll think this is a good indication of how good your pizza is and how badly she wanted another piece! Good quality product, well presented, would make an ideal postal gift, well done.

DPD royally messed up my delivery on countless occasions so I called the company direct and Helen is an absolute dream! She was so kind and bubbly and she put me at total ease. She managed to get me a new order as the order I originally had was sitting in a hot DPD van for 3 days in mid July, not only that to save all the anxiety of another mess up she said she could get someone to bring it to me direct or I could collect it if it was easier as she was actually so close by! Honestly never had this high a level of customer service. My partner loved them so much and if there were more stars Helen and co would be getting them. Absolutely the best quality and ingenious product I’ve seen. Helen had my heart and I cannot wait for her Christmas range to come out because you can bet I’ll be ordering more!

Good ideas and lots of choice. However, chocolate could be of be much better quality Late edit post reply - thank you for your reply. I appreciate there are differing grades of chocolate and cocoa quantity. I also appreciate that my opinion is subjective/relative and not everyone will agree. I bought a few differing pizzas from you, and my over all feeling was that there was a higher than needed sugar content across the range. Maybe clearer indication of cocoa content (rather than in ingredients - so it is at a glance) could help?

I recently ordered a personalised puzza to be delivered to my brother in Ireland for his 50th birthday. I paid an additional fee to ensure delivery on his birthday. The pizza did not arrive until four days after his birthday. I have received NO response to any of my complaint emails or requests for refund. I have had no contact to apologise or explain the late delivery (I have now waited ten days) I will never use this service again.
