One of the best food that you could possibly find in town, carefully served and made with professionalism. The taste is amazing, I'm always full but sorry that it's finished when I leave. Definitely a must have experience. We always go there as often as we possibly can. Compliments to the chefs 👨‍🍳 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We had pre-booked our table. It is few 100 metres from the main road (a short drive off A46 & A52). The restaurant is beautiful with few dedicated parking slots. We parked along one of the adjoining streets. There was a small wait for about 10 minutes, when they served us drinks. The ambiance is amazing and staff really friendly. The menu had a great spread with price range that could be described as moderate. We loved the seafood platter and the garlic bread as the starter. The mains were excellent too. The portions were liberal that we were left with no space for desserts. The service was fantastic. Overall it was an excellent dining experience.

Had a fabulous meal and a great experience at Venezia. We visited for a birthday meal on Sunday late afternoon as a table of 3. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The food is amazing, I am not a huge fan of Italian food but my family are and we were all blown away by the quality of all of the dishes we ordered. A thoroughly good time enjoyed by all of us. Our first visit last night which was recommended by friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary, What a great place, greeted at the door by friendly staff,lovely drinks and great food. We will definitely be coming back. Another great evening last night at Venezia, great food,drinks and service.

Visited for my birthday but was quite disappointed we have eaten here several times before but it seems since it opened they are resting on their laurels and not trying as hard as they used to to offer a pleasurable dining experience. Although the food was still quite good it wasn't exceptional, the service was poor and the waiting staff that served us lacked any sort of knowledge. When I asked about the special of the day which was monkfish there was no attempt to try to encourage me to order this by explaining what was on offer when I was told 'it comes with vegetables' I would expect to be told how it is cooked what sauce it comes with but I hadn't got a clue and neither did the staff. There was no real warmth or friendliness from anybody that served us they clearly lacked experience and customer service training, the whole thing seemed very rushed. We won't be coming back anymore: (

Amazing place! We went there with all our families after a small wedding ceremony, the food was absolutely delicious everyone was enjoying it so much. The atmosphere was warm and romantic, would love to visit again soon! (Recommend their lobster pasta, pizza and tiramisu!)

I would give this 10 stars if I could. Service: polite, professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for higher quality staff! Ambience: perfect. All diners were seated in the same area which really made for a great atmosphere. Menu: vast selection of delectable delights! Had a night here a few weeks back. Place as improved massively. Waiter was very good, advised us about a sister restaurant in town. I had crab filled ravioli, nothing but divine. Told everyone I know to go try this dish. Was on specials board so not always available I guess. .

Second visit in a couple of months and was so impressed I thought they deserved a second review. Outstanding food quality, environment and ambience. Wine list contains a couple of gems. More than anything I was so impressed by the customer service. After only one visit the waitress, Helen, remembered us, and was so welcoming. She was attentive, helpful and very friendly. Every other member of staff wore a smile and said hello. Parking is a bit of a challenge, as mentioned previously, but this place seems very popular. We sat down at 6.30pm on a Saturday and most tables were full, so parking issue to be expected, although it really wasnt a problem, just limited. Well done! Again!

Amazing food and service. The only downside to our evening was that we ordered 2 pizza and 2 pasta off the menu for our kids as part of the 2 for 1 deal as it was better value than ordering off the kids menu. Only to be told when we got the bill that this only applies on tables less than 6 people. This is not mentioned on the menu, it only says 'Terms and conditions apply'. Who knows what the other terms are but I would have expected the waiter to advise us when ordering that the offer isn't valid.

Fantastic, went to Venezia for the first time after finding it on trip advisor, the service was great, staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was some of the best we've had, wife had the muscles starter, the best we've tasted in the UK, amazing they're so fresh so far from the sea. And the cheesecake was to die for! There was also a great selection, enough to make us want to return to try different things. It's rare you get seafood this good so far from the ocean. The venue itself was clean, modern and yet had that old school Italian charm you'd expect from a family owned restaurant. All in all VERY happy, was our first anniversary meal and it certainly didn't disappoint. We will be back!

Really recommend this restaurant, surroundings are very relaxing although very classy inside. We had the Sunday lunch menu which was absolutely lovely, I had the Pate to start , followed by the bourginon, finally the Almond Parfait with chocolate sauce, Richard had the Goats cheese to start, the Calazonne ( eyes bigger than belly I think🤣, it was Huge) followed by the Pannacotta. Bottle of wine, 2 cappuccino, complimentary biscuits and chocolates. At no time were we rushed or pressured, plenty of time given between courses, including 10% gratuity, this is not automatically put on the bill so is optional the Grand total £80. So for 3 courses, bottle of wine, coffee for two will definitely be going back.

Excellent restaurant. Booked a 60th birthday party for 25 people. The managment are professional, adaptable and very welcoming. We had an amazing time. The staff are great we had a group consisting of 12 children, and nothing was too much. The food was amazing and the service outstanding. Visited on 4 July, first day of lockdown easing, as you may well imagine we were unsure what to expect. There was nothing to be concerned about. As an Italian I strongly recommend this restaurant, its food and people are authentic. The menu offers a vast choice to please everyone, and the service is soooooo Italian. You can connect with the waitresses, discuss pretty much anything, and have a good laugh. A bit pricey but the quality and portions are excellent.

Top class Italian restaurant. Don't expect the standard Italian fayre dished out by your standard Italian 'chain' restaurants though. This is quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. They are proud of their restaurant. Friendly with superb customer service. They specialise in fish dishes and have specials too. Prices are a little more than average but worth paying. Worth a visit and close to Radcliffe-on-Trent, Bingham and not too far from Nottingham. We will be going back regularly.

The administration block of the defunct Saxondale Hospital is now an airy, light, modern Italian restaurant. Disabled ♿ access and loo. Modern and clean. Catered very well for my GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE requirements. Freshly prepared an cooked pizza 🍕 and pasta in generous quantity. They do take out food too. Bonus.
