Had breakfast with a friend here for her birthday and the waiter, Mo, picked up on this and made her feel so special. He is our waiter every time we go and is always so nice and attentive. Great service, great food.

For a chain restaurant you can simply not get better then here for a really personal and lovely lunch/dinner out! Recently went down there with the Mrs. and kids was served by Maria. Who was super attentive and always had a smile while she was under an extreme workload. She had a good recommendation to start out our meals off with the mozzarella stick which were hot and delicious. Felt like she brought the sticks right out of the fryer to the table. The rest of the food came out at a reasonable time. Thank you, Maria, for the hospitality and making our family time a moment to remember.

I absolutely love this frankies... food always hot and nice but the customer service you recieve from Mo and Joanna is always perfect. Nothing ever too much .. I can't sit on a high table so they moved us with no issues... something you want to add or take away from your meal they will do there best to do it... cocktails are amazing..pizzas tasty.. if you want a warm welcome and excellent customer service this is the place to eat. Mo always makes any visit feel like a special occasion. I have been going there since my little boy was a baby (he is now 5) and we are treated as part of the family. Mo always makes a real fuss of my son who always looks for him when we visit. Very family friendly restaurant and you are always greeted with a smile even at breakfast time 😁 A year after my first review got to say that Mo is still an asset. Frankie and Bennys are luckily to have him.

Brilliant experience. Walked in 30mins before opening time with my two small children. I was able to take a seat and order food even though the restaurant was not officially open. Which was very understanding as I had two hungry children! The staff were polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was good! They even gave me some discount at the end and a card for a free starter next time. It’s a brilliant place to take younger kids and I will be returning!

Came to visit family and had a gift card to use so decided we would stop at Frankies. The big franchise turned us away, we rang the smaller one and spoke to a lovely lady confirming they had space. Well the food was amazing for the price it is, and the service was outstanding ( a young red headed girl from Bulgaria unfortunately forgot her name). Had an amazing vist to my local frankies. Joanna and Moe were amazing! I had chicken pamiana which was tasty and the quality is good. The childs mac n cheese portion was such good value and having the option for veggies was excellent. That went down a treat, then had this amazing suprise of happy birthday! Moe and Joanna came out and made a big suprise and it just made my day! Absolutely amazing Moe and Joanna!!

Went frankie and bunny's with my parents and my 8 month old little boy. The man who works there with the pony tail was so friendly and lovely. My little man is weaning at the moment so we fed him some pasta and he saw, he bought him cheese out to try and also gave him a free fruit and jelly pudding. He was very friendly. The food we had was very yummy also. We had a happy dining experience

A friendly welcome when we arrived and seated very quickly. Good service when taking the orders and helpful when we had some slight changes. The food looked good but was a little greasy, tasty none the less but it spoilt the meal. Prices were ok, 5 people ate for about £20 a head with a drink and dessert. Overall it was a pleasant experience but wouldn't put Frankie & Benny's at the top of my list of preferred places to eat.

Myself and Husband went in on the 27th of January for my last meal before my upcoming c section. The staff were wonderful, in particular Mo. Very accommodating and once he found out we were having our little boy the next day they very kindly gave us some free deserts and a voucher for next time. Loved my super special mocktail too. It’s rare you find such amazing service as a whole - great food, great service, great experience and great setting. We will be back for more :).

Best food we have had this month. Took my partner and my son to Frankie and Bennys for dinner and i have to admit we were very impressed. The food was brilliantly cooked and came out promptly, we were asked if we wanted the kids food to come with starters which it did. We had the calamari and the garlic pizza bread which was fantastic. The mains were carbonara which was packed with very tasty and succulent chicken and a meat pizza which was gorgeous and packed with flavour. Our waitress Joanna couldn't have been more helpful. She interacted with us and treated us with great care and respect as well as joking with us and sold us some great pizza chips which had she not sugested them, we would never had known absolutely great service. We were sat near the bar and my partner was able to get her wheelchair around with no issue to go to the bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience and left with a smile, my boy even got given a ballon in the end. We will definetly return and highly recommend Frankie and Benny's in Hampton to everyone looking for a fantastic service and great food.

Had been so excited to finally come back for my favourite carbonara that is always spot on here, & my lunch did not disappoint. I visited with my little boy & my best friend today & from the moment we stepped in the door our visit was a very enjoyable one. Waitress was pleasant, fairly slow in terms of ordering and wait times for food and drink. Nashville chicken was tasty and spicy. Pizza was average, the food is overpriced for what you get. My partner had a burger which was tasty but very few chips on the plate. The staff were very accommodating of our birthday girl and delivered the birthday cake.

Service was very good in general. The waitress looking after us was polite and attentive. Two request for mayo were forgotten about by another waiter, which let the side down a bit and I have up asking in the end. The food was on the whole very good. My friends vegan garlic bread and vegan burger looked good and he said was very tasty. My starter of Calamari was superb and one of the best I have had. My main course of Italian Hot Pizza was quite stodgy (probably undercooked) which spoilt it as otherwise the toppings were very nice. Would go back again, but would certainly skip the pizza.

I can’t fault this place, especially when Mo is on shift! He’s so attentive and we generally always come as a large party. Nothing is too much trouble. Very good service from Jo, as usual, and extra sausages for me. The wife did request vegan sausages, and although Chris cooked regular ones, they were changed very quickly, mistakes happen, and a bonus for me as I got the spares. Breakfast here is always great value for money.

Monday lunchtime around 2pm was quiet but still nice atmosphere, greeted quickly upon arrival. Had food from lunch menu. Good portion sizes. Staff friendly but not intrusive, no extraordinary service to report, only negative comment was as so quiet we did finish drinks part way through lunch but no service of refill or desserts. Paid via app in the end.

Giving 3 stars because it's usually good and the staff were nice etc, however this particular visit was a bit disappointing. My partner ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which came out late, cold and didn't taste great and I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which was just warm enough if you ate it straight away, which was easy to do as it was such a small amount.. Unfortunately we left hungry and sad 😢 ha. But usually a really good experience.
