The best pizza in Preston in mine and my wife's opinions. This is after buying from them 2 weekends in a row. Very tasty dough and toppings, beautiful pizza. It is just a lovely experience eating pizza from this restaurant. Thank you making amazing food. I had finished my pizza before I started writing this but my wife had one slice left. 😋

This was my second visit. The first time I was here I ordered a pizza and my husband ordered bolognaise which were fab. Our server was very entertaining and it was a lovely experience. This was before lockdown, the first one. The second time I visited, umm not the same experience... Maybe it was a busy day. My. Soup of the day, wish it was served in a smaller bowl or something.. The chicken wings appeitizer was good. For main, Linguine and Penne arrabbiata were OK. Desserts were perfect I must say. Although everything was good, something about the experience was not as before... Hence the 3 stars. Maybe because I didn't order pizza this time. 🤷

Really nice food, always enjoy it. Not had the pleasure of eating in the restaurant yet as we order from the lunch menu for local delivery but can certainly recommend spaghetti pescatore, its with a good amount of seafood and spice, its beautiful. Their calzone's are also very delicious. Always a weekly treat 👍

Went in expecting basic pizza parlour. Met by staff warmly and shown to table. The menu was more than I expected and the food presented was of an exceptionally high standard. It was beautifully presented with exceptional flavour. The portion size was just right to enjoy 3 courses. Will definitely visit again.

We visited the restaurant twice. We had the early bird special on Saturday evening, the meal was excellent and the waiter very attentive. We visited the following lunchtime, the food was still excellent but the same waiter didn't offer either black pepper or parmesan cheese, we had to request this from a different waiter. If he had the restaurant would have got 5 stars.

My favourite restaurant! Always amazing food and definitely the best pizzas I have ever eaten including in Italy! We have been coming to Vito and his team here and in Bamber Bridge for over 11 years and I cannot recommend this restaurant or their team enough!

Tried this place for the first time. Overall, the experience was nice, as it was a cute place, and one of the servers was very entertaining and enjoyable to speak to. However, it took a while for our order to be taken, and the first server forgot to bring out our drinks, only bringing them after we had already received our food and asked again for them. Appetizers were delicious, but we didn’t enjoy our main pasta courses as much.

Came here with my nephew and parents for lunch I wad surprised how busy it was for a midweek lunch, which was a good sign. Waiter clearly enjoyed his jod was very welcoming service from all the staff was lovely very accommodating. Food was good all round everyone enjoyed it, well priced and food came promptly. If I had to complain about anything it was slightly cramp, but I didn't feel like it was and issue.

Randomly dropped in as we were passing and hungry. They cleared a table immediately for us. Staff were pleasant, friendly and good natured. The food was absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection. Visited for the first time and enjoyed the experience we had here. Quite loud, felt as though I had to shout to have a conversation whilst having my food. But the atmosphere was great 😊 The garlic bread and the starters we had were really good, and made me excited for the main - however I was really disappointed with it. I had chicken and pasta - the chicken was dry and the pasta could’ve been cooked for a bit longer. Service was relatively slow. However, I feel like I just chose a “bad” option for my main, because everyone else’s food looked really good! I will return, but for the pizza 🍕🍕

We had a fantastic history lesson from our fantastic hosts and plenty of banter! Would recommend to anybody looking for a quality meal in a lovely setting and with great service.

The food was lovely. I would not suggest this venue for large groups as it seems to cause confusion with orders and delays between courses. Even prebooking a group of 12 caused is to wait an hour and 20 minutes between entrees and main courses. 2 orders were wrong and one was forgotten. The tables with fewer people seemed to be served much more efficiently and seemed satisfied. Servers were apologetic for delay however did not explain how they were helping or did not initially tell us that there would be such a long delay.

Very good food, one of best pizza in UK! They never disappoint you, and don't forget to ask about home made desert. Since they get rid of the young inexperienced waiters the service is A+ ! The menu list for deserts could be done more nicely, with pictures than on a A4 plain paper.

I've always loved this place and rated it 5 stars, tonight was my first night off since October 2019 and I booked a table for me and my partner, unfortunately quality seems to have dropped significantly, the garlic bread was luke warm when it arrived at the table, i returned my main as it was cold and the salad was brown, when it was replaced the main was hot and tasty, however the salad was still brown and apparently it was the vinegar they put on it ( I've worked and assessed in hospitality for years and there was NO vinegar on the salad the lettuce and cabbage was OFF!) my partners steak was minimal for the cost and not the tastiest, I did feel sorry for the 3 young girls who were doing their best, smiling and being amazing whilst other staff where trying to allow walk ins in to a fully booked restaurant, I'm hoping this was just a one off bad experience that wont be repeated again as it wasnt a cheap night out

I will be honest the pizza look very good , although is not what I have ordered . Ive received a pizza with anchiovis ,mushrooms . When it suppose to be a 4 cheeses with ham artichocs and augergines . So I was already with the cheese flavour in my mouth , when with disappointment , after been already back inside once cos I could no see aubergines , when at first bite was not the 4cheeses , I lost passion really , and I gave it to a homeless in the city ! No good at all ! Sorry Antonio , im easy pleased , but completly wrong order , I wonder if my pizza went to someone else . Ciao !

Better than the plethora of tacky outlets that seem to do everything - you know the sort of place they have plenty of in Preston open till stupid o'clock in the morning - Jacks of all trades but masters of none and usually greasy crap in a box. Nice inside, with pleasant enough staff and a clean kitchen that can be clearly seen which is always good; at least you can see how clean the place is. However, I ordered a take out which was hot and ready when I arrived. When in Ashton I usually go to Antonio's on Watery Lane nearby - don't think they have a website or do deliveries but I usually call and collect when in the area. So I am comparing with Antonio's as they are similarly priced, have a similar menu and are just 100 or so yards away. The pizza was fresh and the bread component exactly what I would expect from such an outlet. However this is where the the similarity ended. I expected more salami and didn't find a single olive on the pizza despite it being listed as an ingredient! Chilli - really? You could have fooled me. Minimal cheese. The coverage of the topping fell between an inch to and inch and a half short of the rim of the pizza all the way round (that's 2 to 3.5 centimetres in new currency). Pleasant enough but I don't like paying for crust. Do you? Effectively a 10" pizza became a 7"-8" pizza because of this. Just got the impression it was the minimum they could get away with. Not a great experience. Shame really as it looks a nice place to dine out. If the take out is anything to go by then I have to say I will continue to shop at Antonio's. One thing I will say is that Gusto Italia's pizzas are preferable to the Jack of all trades outfits that deliver greasy crap in a box. Definitely preferable. So if you're ordering from there just make sure you tell them you actually want to see plenty of ingredients all the way to the edge of the pizza if possible - minimal crust. Gusto Italia just wasn't worth the money for the amount of ingredients and pizza coverage. Don't think I will be going again.

This place is the BOMB. Proper Sicilian food cooked the Sicillian way. Excellent ambience and great service from Nando and co. From starter to desert I found the service amazing I brought my mum and two children starter and child's main amazing my son was busy colouring mains so delicious two perfect pizzas and my eldest had Bolognese he had a massive main enough to fill him up and more than enough for tomorrow . Desert what I can only say my son could eat as we are absolutely stuffed he had icecream and it looked awesum. We where that happy with drinks and two course plus ice cream and drinks 49 pound for 4 people deserved the £10 tip great staff great restaurant differently visit again.
