B. M.Went at lunchtime with my daughter for her birthday. Traditional American Hot pizza the best I've had in a long time. Service very good. Prices pretty standard nowadays for this type of fare. Toilets very clean.
B. P.Food was decent but overpriced and took a while to arrive in an almost empty shop. Alright quality, tasted fine, but could do just as well or better at most pizza places. Drinks are way too expensive. Cost £31 for one drink, two very small sides and their cheapest duck pizza. Would do 2.5* but I'll be nice and round it up because at least the service was decent ;)
D. D.You know what... Even after all these years... Pizza Express in Preston is still providing the best quality Pizza's and I've never had a bad experience there. I put this down to the fact that Lisa the Manager has been there since I moved to Preston in 1998 and runs the place brilliantly. Always welcoming and fun, great service and Lisa's staff are always attentive - plus the foods great!

J. P.The food and service were excellent!! We sat outside as it was a sunny day - we shared a starter of chicken wings which were tasty. My hubby had a vegan pizza which he enjoyed. My prosciutto salad was a good size and tasty. Reasonable price - would definitely return.

B.We visited last week without a reservation and were warmly welcomed and seated immediately, all of our food was delicious and served quickly and the environment was relaxing for all our family-ages ranging from 7-76! Thank you to the manager Lisa for arranging cake and candles for our double birthday celebrations and Rebecca for her excellent service!

m.It's probably a good couple of years since I've been to the Pizza Express in Preston.
It wasn't too busy although the Restaurant itself was rather noisy because the building seemed rather echoey.
The pizzas (one Romana and one Gluten Free) which myself and my Wife ordered were both very good.
My Wife ordered her pizza with extra cheese- I can see why, as my pizza was rather lacking in both cheese and tomato base sauce- however, I'm very fussy with pizza bases and thought that the Romana base was brilliant.
My only other criticism would be the very inconsistent service. The lady who greeted us and later took our order was very friendly and also very helpful when advising us on allergies. We were both very impressed with her level of service. Sadly her colleague who took over (I think she was the Manager on duty as she didn't have the same uniform on) serving us part way through the meal wasn't anywhere near as attentive or friendly, never smiled and seemed very bored.
I'd certainly give Pizza Express another go though.
