Friendly atmosphere and nice staff. Good sized portions and reasonable prices that you would normally pay in a restaurant/brasserie. Outside terrace bar is also a bonus. We ordered the Pollo Milanse, Chicken Burger and Chicken & N'duja Penne Pasta and couldn't fault any of the dishes, they were really delicious. If you are having a dessert, would highly recommend the Lotus biscuit cheesecake, it's on another level 😋

Food was delicious however man behind bar in white shirt serving me charged me for two garlic breads and when I was querying it I thought I was going to get into an argument with him as he was very adamant I had said two garlic breads got a refund but he left me feeling rather shaken. Meals came out and the meals were literally thrown on the table before I had chance to ask for Parmesan cheese the staff had all disappeared.Apart from that the food was very tasty customer service could just do with improvement.

My Fiancee, Mum and I ate here today in the Conservatory as we were with our two dogs. Made the booking with Jenny and were seated and served by her and Michael. Brilliant staff that are a credit to you, food was great also. We will be back and can’t recommend this place enough. Steve, Michelle and Brenda.

2nd time trying and on both occasions been disappointed. Very over priced for what the offer and I would say a very limited menu. Kids menu also has no option of starters. We won't be trying again. The food in the Hive is fantastic at Ribby Hall and quality pizza from Papa John's so no reason to risk this restaurant again for us.

The food was really nice as were the staff, who were very friendly. It was let down by service though and it took two hours for a main and a dessert. Also a bit disappointed in the lack of a drinks menu, cocktails they used to make here didn't seem to be available anymore. Food was as expected for an Italian but not a patch on the old menu when it was The Restaurant and the tapas (which was great) has gone too.

Would have been more stars but we went for breakfast and whilst quite busy, the coffee took ages to arrive, and was not as hot as it should have been when it did arrive. The food, which was fine, took even longer to arrive meaning more coffees were required. At least we got the discount from the Govt. scheme so still came out happy.

Lovely meal once again at Terrazza. We visited a couple of weeks ago with family and there were no complaints at all ........ apart from when they had run out of Sticky Toffee Pudding for my Mum ! Very pleasant service and good food. Also catered well for my daughter who is a Coeliac. Will be returning again soon.

The staff were so friendly and the food was really nice. I wish I got the name of our Waitresses as she was great. Our only complaint is that the food too way too long, it looked like there was only one chef on so that could be why.

Disappointed today. We visit regularly for the Sunday Roast dinner as it is usually excellent. However today we were shocked to see an Aunt Bessie Yorkshire Pudding on the plate in place of the usual homemade version. Hope normal service will be resumed next time.

Had a great meal here tonight. The prawn and baby clams spaghetti dish with lemon, garlic, wine and chilli was beautiful. The garlic and mozzarella pizza bread is also very tasty! Staff were very polite and attentive. I saw the other reviews and nearly went somewhere else, but my experience was completely positive. the option of al fresco dining is great. It’s a lovely setting.

I'm extremely suprised and amazed by this restaurant after the disappointing reviews of some people. The Terrazza demonstrates the true meaning of Italian cusine such as the fresh, local and simple ingredients and their cooking methods can make an amazing dish. The restaurant meets people's needs such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and still makes a delicious, hearty and flavourful dishes. The restaurant staff are very professional and hygienic like the restaurant and friendly with children , which means this is a good family restaurant and even the children's options are still high quality. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and modern decor and beautiful crockery and cutlery which matched the high quality food. One thing to note is that some of the food is very salty and that is only thing to fault about the restaurant. The main menu of the restaurant offered classic Italian dishes and such as calamari and fresh pizza. The pizza is probably the best I've had, the dough was very fresh and quite thin and the marinara sauce tasted authentic Italian and the pizza had the perfect amount of cheese. The pizza was cooked in a pizza oven in the dining area with a skilled pizza chef who obviously knew how to make real pizza. The drinks menu was also outstanding aswell as the dessert menu. If I could give it 10 stars I would for the amazing service on a busy saturday night and still the food was a pleasure and an honour to taste. Also for the good hygeine which is important to me and the amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend and go back again. Out of many restaurants in the area I believe this one of the best Italian restaurants and one of the best value for money.

First visit here with the family. We went after going to an event at Wild Discovery. It was busy and atmosphere was good. Starters really nice Polepette meatballs and Calamari, kids meals really good too kids both enjoyed the food. They went for chicken goujons and Bolognese tagliatelle and they ate the lot! Garlic breads were good but would say a little on the too thin side for me. Next onto mains. I went for the Primavera Pizza which was fantastic mozzarella,chillis,spinach and goats cheese combo was excellent. Wife ordered chicken Milanese but when it came it was somewhat underwhelming. Came with a garlic butter pool on top of the chicken served with chips and salad, very dry so sent it back. Normally this dish would come with a rich tomato sauce (certainly has wherever we’ve eaten before) so needs a re think on the menu as should be a chicken Kiev! Would we go again ... maybe, food was nice but was just expecting it to be a little bit better ‘Italian’ experience than we thought. Needs some work there to create that full Italian feel to it, theming restaraunt and tables etc (no black pepper, table dressing, surrounding decor etc for example)

Thought it was only fair to write a review after my fourth visit , this restaurant has got better on each visit I have been and has to be one of my favourite restaurants around my area now , food is fresh and tasty and reasonably priced and The staff are brilliant , if you are in the area and like authentic Italian cuisine then this is the place for you , personal favourites are the gourmet burger and the calzone pizza . Booked last night, visited today for lovely catch up with friend, warm welcome by Michael, attentive service by young waitress and beautiful food. Cosy spacious environment. Couldn't fault it, good helpings, ended up being there over 2 hours,so full but relaxed!! Thankyou....yes we'll be back!
