It’s a wonderful little Italian restaurant in Caversham, Reading that serves authentic Italian food 🍝 I had this delightful creamy fettuccine ai funghi. Perfect amount of cream and just the right size. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. This place never disappoints🍝

I had beef medallions in a red wine sauce, with veg and potatoes. It was all cooked to perfection and one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in a while. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious food, not sure why I left it so long after dinning here for years first time returning. I went for the meatballs to start, the sauce was delicious just needed a bit of bread to mop it up. Then had the tri gusti pizza with chilli, everything so fresh and delicious. I won't be leaving it so long till my next one. Great takeaway service was ready on time and still hot when I arrived home.

A good Italian restaurant not too far from the centre of Reading. Had a spaghetti Bolognese which was good. Decor is also good. In fact 'good' is the word that best expresses this place. My only gripe is that the head waiter isn't that friendly, but they're quite civil so there's no problem. I had come to Papa Gee's which is a highly recommended pizzeria just over the road. But it's closed on Mondays ... so I ended up here.

Went here 26/5/21 and it was so great! Would come here before all the lockdowns and have always had pleasurable experiences. If you like italian restaurants you'll love Quattro. I find its made fresh, and tastes beautiful! Ive come here many times with my family and went with my partner recently. The only thing that changed is the masks, of which all staff were wearing them properly too. Very happy with the service we recieved and the quality of the food and drinks too

I've been meaning to write a review for AGES for this place. It is, in my opinion, the best run restaurant in the area - of which, there are many! The staff are always incredibly friendly, despite how busy they always are. The food has never EVER disappointed me or anyone in my party, and it is always served promptly, without fuss and with enough time for diners to enjoy the experience and to not feel rushed. The management- incredible. They treat you like friends, remember your name and spoil you on special occasions. Absolutely amazing. Awards should be given here!!! Definitely our go-to date night / take guests / family outings / everything place.

Absolutely outstanding pizza! We had a Margherita, a Inferno and a Tre Gusti with a side of mozzarella sticks in breadcrumbs. All cooked to perfection and it's one of the best pizzas I've had. Thin base, soft crust, juicy cheese and fresh toppings. (Due to Covid it's takeaway only at the moment - the collection was Covid safe throughout). Nice also to chat with the proprietor while waiting for collection. We'll definitely return either for takeaway or, once things are less terrible, to eat in the restaurant. Thank you.

One of the best & most authentic Italian Restaurants we've been in for a long time, no others are better in Reading than Quattro's. None of your fresh/frozen pizza's here. Lots of choice, scrumptious pizza's cooked to perfection. Its light, bright & airy, clean & very comfortable. The staff too are very polite, patient, friendly, helpful and fast service.

Tables were a little to close together and if sat in the far corner you may not see waiter or waitress as often as you like. Food was hot but the bowl in came in not so had to eat quick as pasta doesn't stay hot long anyway. Lovely wine and the decour is good

Excellent food, wonderful desserts! Went here this evening in a party of eight and really enjoyed it. I had risotto marinara which could have been dicey but was actually delicious. This is not the first time I have been to this place. However, one particular occasion that put me off this restaurant. I ordered chicken risotto. This had been the third time I had ordered this dish as I was impressed with the taste. However, this time, the dish came very salty....uneatable salty. The staff offered to cook a new dish, but he was not apologetic. To make it worse, he said 'Our food is always good' ....such an ARROGANT comment!!! I have been having this dish for many times and I know that it is NOT ALWAYS GOOD. Papa Gee is just opposite to you. Do you realise that customers have choice?Take care of your customer and your customer will take care of you.

Delicious food and gracious hosts, there is no higher standard for a restaurant than we see at Quattro. The appetizers were delectable and the main course both unique and savory. The profiterole and coffee were an excellent end, the whole thing was topped with a shot of limoncello on the house.

I have been eating at Quattro's for many years -sometimes 2 or 3 times a month, sometimes every 2 or 3 months. The 2 brothers who own the business are always very welcoming and regardless of whether the place is rammed (which it regularly is) or quiet, their attention and service is always just right, they never seem to get flustered. The Pizzas are a particular favourite of mine (they are nothing like the soggy ones you get in large chains) and my kids love the desserts. I see the same faces eating there time and again. Nothing but praise for these guys.

Tutto buono, staff professionale e gentile, tempi abbastanza veloci. Posto pulito ed accogliente, anche se la zona non è delle più belle ed è abbastanza scomodo da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Espresso da £2.15 un po' eccessivo (anche perché non era chissà cosa), ma alla fine tollerabile nel complesso. Sicuramente consigliato.
