Visited Franco Manca as we were staying in Southampton before going on a cruise with the bonus being they had vegan options. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Clearly labelled vegan options including a special of the day and all the wines are vegan friendly too. The pizza were fantastic so delicious they offer vegan Violife cheese and great value too. Can't finish my review without mentioning our server Rafa...he was brilliant at front of house, friendly yet professional and very enthusiastic....would we come back... definitely so we will see you next April Rafa when we come back to Southampton for our next cruise... Highly recommended.

Customer service excellent, one of our pizza's was over cooked on the base so our waiter replaced it straight away and refunded the cost of it! The drinks are very reasonably priced too.

As an italian, I can say that at Franco Manca you will eat a proper pizza. Lovers of the pineapple pizza stay away, at Franco's you will find good quality ingredients of the Italian culinary tradition. The dough of the pizza has no comparison with the garbage Domino's, Pizza Hut and Papa John's sell. Highly recommended.

Food was excellent as always. Initial service was great but after being seated it went down hill. We had to finally ask someone to take the order and they were not busy at all. As I say food was great as always and when we did get served the couldn't do enough but we had to flag again for the bill. Mainly one staff member who wasn't as efficient as the others. We will be back though as its definitely value for money with the pizza and drinks.

Delicious pizza and at an amazing price, the desserts are also simple but very nice with what they do. I would definitely recommend the lemonade as well. The service when trying to get the bill can take a while but I love this place and would recommend it to anyone, by far they do the best chain pizza. Perfect for a meal out with friends or a quick bite to eat yourself.

I came here after I was told this was the best pizza place in Southampton. My first impression was from the server Heather who was amazing and made us feel at home. I had my dog with me and they brought out some ham and did not make us feel like we were imposing. Getting to the pizza...this is the real deal, I have eaten pizza all over the world having lived in NYC, and can highly recommend the good. The ingredients are all organic and locally sourced and I felt super full up after. All in all a wonderful place to eat can be for a date or just to grab a decent pizza.

Love it here, pizza is great, made there fresh, authentic toppings too and sour dough bases, lovely and soft and pieces are more than reasonable! Both for food and drink, the drinks are great too, must try their Prosecco; coffees are also good. The staff are lovely too, keep going back, my fave place to eat.

Came here for my birthday dinner- the service was great, staff were really attentive. The pizzas are amazing- really delicious. The ingredients all seem really Fresh and you can see the chefs making the pizzas on site. It is kid friendly, they have colouring in for them to keep busy with. The kids have a menu of pizza, drink and ice cream FOR FREE! The decor is stylish and minimalistic. The only thing is the menu doesn’t have many options but none the less I highly recommend this place, it’s a little gem.

This is a very good place for it pizza. You can see on live how they prepare your pizza. The mass is handmade and it is cooked in a stone oven in firewood. Very good taste and it is not expensive. The staff were very kind.

We had a take away for my family and found that out of the 4 pizzas 1 was so covered in oregano it was inedible. 2 pizzas were acceptable as you have to take into account that they are deliveries so not quite as hot as you would expect and rather chewy. The 3rd pizza was very light on topping and somewhat burnt in places! Overall I wont order again and I can't recommend delivery.

Visited today for lunch with a friend and couldn’t be happier! It only took less than 5 minutes for a table after joining the queue using the QR code and we had a lovely table in the sunshine. The service was faultless and we were very well looked after by our waiter who also seemed knowledgeable of the wines when my friend was struggling to decide ☺️ The pizza was absolutely delicious as was the watercress pesto on the side. Unfortunately they had ran out of the Sfogliatella but I was recommended the panna cotta instead which I enjoyed probably more than I would have the Sfogliatella! The prices are unarguably worth it for the amount and quality of the food and service you receive and I wouldn’t hesitate to return soon! ☺️

Every time I have been to Franca Manca, it's been perfect. Consistency in this day and age is rare. Tonight was no exception, the service was friendly and professional, the food was perfect. It's reasonable and affordable and the delivery of food is speedy.

This is my favourite pizza restaurant in Southampton. The pizza is delicious and fresh, and they offer brilliant gluten free alternatives. Some tables can be slightly cramped, but we had booked in advance and found it to be fine. The drinks options are slightly less conventional - they offer 'homemade' cola instead of branded alternatives. If you're in the area and are looking for cheap but delicious pizza I would highly recommend. They also have good student discount ;-)

One of our favourite restaurants in Southampton. The pizzas are beautiful and fresh, the menu is simple for all courses which add to the ease and loveliness of this place. The staff are always lovely and it is all pretty cheap considering where you are and the quality of food and service. However, the restaurant has too many tables packed in and you're constantly being bumped from behind by either another customer or the staff coming to or from the other tables. Had a fairly substantial delay in an order once and they offered to take it off the bill, without my request. The Southampton Franco Manco is in a fairly good location too. The first visit was a while back when they were just opening, we got two pizzas and two drinks. When it came to us paying, they said no, it is on us and just spread the word! So we got the meal for free which was amazing!! I visit now regularly once per month, if not I Deliveroo it on a busy month. The interior is crispy clean and it’s not too big that staff are running around, they are calm, welcoming and very friendly. The sourdough pizza is lovely and is cooked fresh in front of you in the stone oven! Atmosphere is ALWAYS positive with customers and staff interacting and laughing, enjoying great food and drinks! Cannot rate highly enough.

Excellent fire oven baked pizza with minimal grease, the right amount of ingredients and very tasty dough. The tiramisu and the lemon cake we had were also excellent. Spent around £15-16 per person with the most expensive pizzas, a glass of good rose wine and a dessert. With just the pizza I would still be full. Overall very good value for money and great tasting food.

A day trip to Southampton with a trip to the Town's shopping centre WestQuay. Franco Manca is technically outside the centre on the Terrace and adjacent to the Podium car park. The main shopping mall is located adjacent the mukti-story car park. Stayed for about 4 hours for £3.50 Franco Manca is as expected. Food was on par with the rest of their franchise. Their staff were attentive and ideal. Went the extra mile when they were informed my daughter had an allergy.

Finally a real Italian pizza in Southampton. There are not many options on the menu, but the traditional oven-baked pizzas are delicious. Prices are very low as well! Highly recommended! I debated not leaving s review as why do you want to share the secret. But this place deserves it we visited Saturday night I culdn't rate this restaurant highly enough. Both from a food and staff perspective. Food service as of great quality and taste and it's great to see fresh food cooked in front of you. Staff will look after you and care. The host on the night had the balance spot on. Be prepared to wait for a table but the wait is worthwhile.

I had a couple of pizzas tonight and they were delicious, the blonde lady at the till was very kind and the price no too high. Franco Manca has the Best Pizza in Southampton, a Great customer service and good price also. If you want a taste of Italian Pizza just go to FRANCO MANCA in West Quay.
