Always a super friendly waiter here. Helps with recommendations and doesn't mind swopping ingredients around. Nicoise salad with extra roasted peppers and eggs. :)

Had a lovely meal here before going to watch a show at The Mayflower. The waitress was really helpful making sure my daughter got her pudding before we had to dash off.

Food was really nice and with this eat out to help out incentive is such good value. That being said their social distancing precautions are far too strict. I know it's of huge importance due to the current climate but EVERYTHING has to be done via their app (you can't even view a menu which IMO is very bizarre 🤷‍♀️) Why not offer paper throw away menus like every other restaurant. I wouldn't mind so much but the connection isn't always reliable in West Quay so there should be a contingency plan. Also asked for plain cooked pasta for my little boy (weird but that's what he likes!) Was told it had to be cooked with a little butter & I agreed as i didn't think that would be too bad. However, when it came out it had been cooked in very strong garlic butter so my little boy wouldnt eat 1 bit! An apology was given but we were still charged for. They weren't as attentive as usual and yeh it's half price but you still expect a certain standard of service.

Food was absolutely delicious - it was me and my mum for lunch and we each had a starter, main, and dessert, all of which were great. I had the cannelloni and it was just perfect, one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. Service was speedy and the waitress Monika was wonderfully friendly and enthusiastic. Excellent job guys!

Not being local to Southampton, my other half and I were looking for somewhere nice to go for dinner. Me being vegan, we checked out every menu in the food court and finally settled on the West Quay Pizza Express. The food was wonderful, waiter was very friendly. I'd never had a vegan pizza so delicious in my life and our desserts were just as fantastic. After we'd finished our meal the chef came over to us, he'd taken the time to draw us a nice little picture which only added to our enjoyment of evening and service. Would be highly likely that we would eat there again if ever we're in Southampton again. Best dinner date ever.

Fast service and friendly helpful staff. Good range of gluten free options, including pizzas. Good place to take the kids out for a meal - if they start getting bored, you can just take them for a walk around the upper level and watch all the people below.

You must get the cheesy garlic bread. I kid you not this is the best thing on their menu. If you're getting a pizza I recommend them all. My other half loved one with olives and artichoke when she typically hates these. For £11.95 you can get a main and entrée and share too.
