Service was good. Food tasted good and was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would criticise is when you order the food I thought it would come with a bit of side salad. Even for presentation. Would go again. Feel for what you get a bit expensive. Particularly the drinks but that may just be me .

We called in for lunch again. O decided upon the chriatmas festive menu. 3 courses for 18.90. I have to say the food was lovley. Fresh warm and appetising. And great value for the money. First time I went to this Frankie & Benny's. It was a busy night but I didn't mind. Food was amazing, came in piping hot and all came out at the same time for us four. Only reason I put 4 stars is because I wasn't a fan at how loud they play the birthday song. I understand it's what they do, I just don't do well with busy places and loud sounds. My anxiety just hates it. Like I've said I've been to other Frankie and Bennys and they've never played their music too loud where its actually got to me a bit. Luckily it doesn't last long. Honestly, if you want good food and don't mind loud spaces go here. Staff were nice too.

I ordered for delivery through Deliveroo, 5 minutes before orders shut, and called after to ask them to remove the chillies from my Arrabbiata and add extra peppers - aware this was a big ask so late, but the lady on the phone was so lovely, and the chef was happy to oblige. Having worked in a Frankie's myself, I'm amazed they managed to keep chirpy so late, but this is by far the best service I've had from a delivery, a real pleasant surprise compared to the usual. Thank you again, guys, keep up the good work! Will definitely be my go-to for future meals. 🥰

Not a bad meal at all! Me and my partner are both vegan and there are some nice choices. We had the bbq jackfruit wings which we really enjoyed! The vegan hotdog was nice, as were the sweet potato fries, my other half had the vegan burger which was tasty but not the best vegan food we've had out. Four stars as the meals were lovely and good portions, but there was quite a long wait for food and we noticed none of the drinks were labelled as vegan which would be a helpful addition to the menu.

I've avoided this place for years thinking it only served over priced burgers and It was actually quite expensive, but we went with a 50% off voucher (food only) which actually made it very reasonable. It was a great way to get us through the door as we would actually go back. Felt a bit cheated by my veggie pizza as I found it quite small but it was delicious. Bathroom was clean, staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our experience there.

What can I say, this is now my first choice for a meal in Stoke, my daughter really wanted to to go out for her birthday and wanted to try TGI Fridays after the Manager there was absolutely horrific he almost ruined her day, then we saw the glowing sign of Frankie & Benny's and thought why not let's give it a try, soon as we went in we were greeted with a smile and seated straight away, our party of 6 had drinks and starter within 10 minutes, the staff are super polite and incredibly professional our mains came out hot and delicious 10 minutes after the starters when we requested them, being able to pay online is awesome so there is no awkward waiting around for the bill, the birthday girl enjoyed her meal that much she insisted on finding the server and tipping her personally.

Our waitress Charlotte was absolutely brilliant she was so friendly and attentive with the perfect personality for her role. Before lockdown, I somewhat got bored of Frankie & Benny’s, nothing wrong it’s the restaurant just I went WAY too much, anyway I wanted to say how I have rekindled my love for Frankie’s from one meal. I went in for click and collect and seen straight away, food was hot, service was great and food, my god was amazing!! Even when warming the food up in the microwave it was moist and so good. Seriously, I am impressed with how I got bored with it to loving it in one meal! Seriously thank you F&B’s!!

We had a further long wait for our tables to be cleared and we ordered some deserts and waited some more.......the food was good but the service/waiting times not so good, we were in there for over two and a half hours.

We had a discount percentage of the meals which made the price reasonable. Possibly wouldn't consider it value at full price. Overall it was good. Kids also had a balloon as we left!

We had booked a table for 6:15 but we were early and they were very accommodating and let us have a table at 5:45. The restaurant was very busy but we didn't have to wait long to order or drinks or food. One of the waitresses came across as shy which could be misconstrued as a bit rude. I wasn't too impressed that she had very long hair which was not tied back, whilst waiting on tables with food. As for the other waitresses they all had their hair tied back. Food was lovely but was luke warm rather than hot. We had a good voucher deal and the puddings were really worth the money. Overall a good meal and would revisit

Came here for a breakfast with my daughter, from the point of arrival service was swift and very customer orientated. Our waitress was Sammy who couldn't do more to make our visit comfortable. From a person whose job it is to audit international customer service and standards, the service Sammy provided was top notch and worthy of this review. Had half of a 12inch hotdog, realized the other side of the bun was rock hard,( they told me it’s frozen bun so the microwaved it and it went hard) so they said they’d sort it out, so I took their word... fast forward 20min they bring the bill and said they knocked some of the money off. I realized they just knocked 3 pounds off. Knowing that I would have finished half of the fries I had left and the sausage itself and leave the bun! I can’t believe it they didn’t ask me if I wanted a new 6 inch or just some fries! They just took my order.

This is the first time that I have ever been to Frankie and Benny's, and I must say, the food was really nice. The portion sizes were good, and the food was freshly made. The only criticism that I would have, is the sky high prices, they are really over-priced, as are all restaurants of this type, thankfully we had the 2 for 1 Meerkat meals which proved great value, would definitely go again, but only with the Meerkat offer.

I always enjoy Frankie and Benny's, just not quite as much as the 'good old days'. They have become a little more generic over the last couple of years, making their menus simpler, their marketing more cartoony, and their music more like a radio station. With all of the above, they used to be more in the style of a stereotypical American Diner, but have lost the edge. This is the only reason they lost a star! The food is excellent, the wait staff are always friendly and helpful, and the restaurants - certainly this one - are largely kept to a good standard, making them very inviting :)

Not a regular customer. So didn't know there was a extra 1.50 for chicken. Would of been nice to be informed. Lady on arrival... I askes to be placed where there was not little children. As I was out with my older children, which she did whilst explaining this is a family restaurant. (with what I felt was attitude) I'm not silly I do know this. Her attitude is why I write this review it left a bitter taste in my mouth and it wasn't the garlic bread that was lovely.. The young lady who served us was lovely and very accommodating. Said sorry for the wait although we feel It was not too bad of a wait considering they looked understaffed and very busy. I would recommend this F&B a tweek here and there and it would of given it a 5

The food is the best especially the breakfast but it is so over priced I went to Frankie and benneys with some friends and someone orders a breakfast bap and it was £4 he said he could go down the road from were he works and buy one that is twice the size for £2. I think the food and staff were excellent, but the excellent value associated with Frankie & Benny's is missing since the latest menu was introduced. £3.15 for a cappuccino with more froth than coffee is a case in point. It is supposed to be an American/ Italian restaurant, but they don't do hot dogs at weekends because it is only on the Monday to Friday lunchtime menu. I had to order one off the kids menu and that was £7.75. I will continue to use the restaurant, but I think the proprietors need to look at the pricing structure.

Witnessed the most appalling treatment of staff today at Frankie and Benny's. Poor waitress was knocked off balance and a drink was spilt, ever so slightly, over a customer; who then proceeded to milk the accident for all it was worth while this poor girl was resiliently trying to help. She was a true testament to what waiting staff should be; polite and contentious despite the fact this man, for want of a better word, was a complete arse. It was very obvious that the customers unnecessary aggression really upset her but she carried on straight away and was polite and smiling when she served our table 10 minutes later. The manager was also so understanding and behaved exactly how I would have hoped, by giving her a big hug. If i'd have known, I'd have tipped them massively! Such great staff and excellent food; I only wish the people that ate there were the same.

I like Frankie & Bennys and I used to go the restaurant in festival park, however I will not be going anymore, the place itself is nice I like the Italian theme, the music, the tables and toilets are kept clean, and the staff are nice, the downside is the menu has changed so most of the menus we used to order are ethier gone or the meals have being downsized, and the price remains the same, if you have never been then you will find it ok, if you go on the weekends my advice would be to pre-book as it can get very busy, parking is great too and their is disabled access.
