Reviews of Pizza Hut
Visited here on the 19/03 for a meet up / date night, haven't been to the hut in several years, the parking area was well lit, and the restaurant was clean, the order on the app from your table is a good idea, easy and clear to use.
The salad bar was a bit disappointing, not a massive choice of items, and some bits looked like they'd had better days.
the garlic bread, onion rings, pizzas and macaroni cheese ordered were really nice, each item arrived hot.
The desserts ordered went down well, although the cookie came out a little burnt all around.
we were asked several times if everything was OK, which was good customer service but it got a bit frustrating, simply as it happened so often, mainly when mouths were full. . .funny moment, the labels on the sauces made us all giggle. . .
All in all we enjoyed our visit and will be visiting again in the future.
I don't think I've seen the staff stop moving since i walked through the door. They are constantly cleaning or attending tables. We arrived 45 minutes early for our booked table (on a Saturday no less) but were greeted kindly and seated efficiently. My son has additional needs and i felt the staff showed compassion when he had his little outbursts.
Food was delicious and served promptly. I opted for the 16.99 meal deal which consisted of one pizza, a side a refill drink and salad buffet. My son had the childrens menu option for 6.49 which compromised of pizza, ice cream factory and refill drink.
I can count on less than one hand, how many times I've eaten out with my son. For once, this was a pleasurable experience and he is 5!
Pizza was extremely greasy and a bit crispy on the edges and the chicken a bit soggy on the plain fried chicken. The spicy chicken was lovely. This was a take out
Staff very nice, place look beautiful and I love salad bar. But pizza is not tasty at all. Dough is hard and sticky to my teeth, tapping is look like row veggies and burned spinach. When I eat this pizza I fell piece of paper in in my mouth no taste at all.
Food was good but service variable. Asked two or three times if the food was OK, it was but poor customer service towards the end of our meal. Whilst I still had drink to finish and my grand daughter had only just got her ice cream and without requesting it, the bill was presented. I would had another drink but obviously our visit was terminated despite the outlet being quiet.
Went for lunch at 1:30. The pizzas available on the buffet menu were luke warm and were not replaced that quickly so it was a bit disappointing. The kids loved the ice cream station.
