The place was good. Went with a friend late evening to get something to eat. I ordered the spaghetti paying extra for the chicken - I don't believed it advertised that it also came with pork but it wasn't an issue for myself. My friend's mushroom dish was supposed to have a creamy sauce however the sauce was more watery than anything... I still rate the experience relatively high though as we got the dish changed for a pizza in no time at all. Decent place with good service

It was a reduced menu due to staffing issues though it didn't bother me as I had not visited one for many years. The server was efficient and professional. The food was quick and the restaurant was calm. For a change I was not seated in a booth far enough away from families so weren't disturbed.

Excellent Food. Visited on a night with only two front of house staff and one chef, plus trainee. But service was excellent, and food was out in about 20 mins. Really fresh tasty food, as well as excellent options for Gluten Free diet. Highly recommended.

15.09.2022. That day I was planning my marriage proposal.💍 I chose the 🇮🇹 Bella Italia restaurant, and I'm not disappointed. The service helped me choose a table and gave me a few ideas(many thanks for that ) 😁. The food was delicious...!!!🤤 Portions served large and hot. Waiting time around 10-15 minutes during dinner hours.👍 Highly recommend this place. 💚I am happy because everything went according to my plan. The future fiancée said YES 🥳

Went in during half term with my young daily and friends. We had extra guests with us which I had forgot to amend the booking however the team accommodated us quickly and were so welcoming and friendly throughout. The deal of kids eat for £1 in half term was amazing and the food was all lovely. Kids came away happy and full, they had crayons at the table given to them all. Plenty if space for us, quick service and kids food came quickly. The team were great with the kids and the new manager is certainly doing a fab job. Thank you for a great lunch (25/2/22)

We had a code for £1.00 kids eat for wasn't told there was different menu. Ordered carbonara with chicken came minus chicken but still charged, our server was lovely. Does seem to have dropped a bit in standards I know its not gourmet dining but looked like needs a good clean. I'm not saying we want go back as daughter likes it and it's close to where we live.

Been today with he family, delicious food and very helpful staff, however only minor things were that some of the meals for the kids the portions are rather large and there wasn't much choice for anyone vegan however they assured me they are having a change of menu very soon and are adding some more options then for anyone vegan. The breakfast at Bella italia is good. I hope there regularly and have very good experiences. Unfortunately there does not seem to be consistency with presentation of the food on the plate. Some days it's is very nicely presented and looks like it should be on instagram then other days it's just put on the plate without any care just piled on the plate along with just a pile of chopped up miss shaped avocado. Food always tastes good.

A small group of us ate here and as expected we got what we asked for as in any Bella restaurant. The staff were very good with the children and the service, in general, was efficient. The food is ok, nothing special - you get what you ask for in these chains, the recipes are all the same. Parking was easy in the Southwater car park virtually next door and is essentially £1 an hour.

Never eaten anywhere where the breakfast is still hot when you are almost finished OMGoodness, best breakfast EVER!!! Staff were really personable and friendly and, as a wheelchair user, I found it very accessible and would definitely recommend. My only feedback would be that the music was a bit loud for my taste but I'm Autistic. I didn't ask for it to be turned down but they may have been reasonable with that request as they were genuinely lovely!

The staff were attentive & friendly & I like the Rustic Industrial vibe to the decor. Vegans well catered for, I had a 3 course set meal which wasn't badly priced. Bruscetta with tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, followed by vegan spaghetti Bolognese, which was really nice with a little kick to it. Ended the meal with the most amazing baked cookie dough with vanilla gelato. I would definitely go here again. Suitable for everyone & child friendly.

One of the better designed with nice decor internally Bella Italia establishments. Service was relatively quick although it wasn't that busy when I went (off-peak). Meals are tasty, well seasoned and generous portion sizes. Bella Italia also participate in the Wuntu offers from Three Mobile. From time to time you can get main meals for £3 or £5 which is a huge bargain for RRP circa £10+ Happy to recommend

Myself, sister and daughter visited on Sunday. My daughter sadly ended up being sick (luckily i caught it in my hands), she fell unwell and we decided to leave. We had only just ordered and received drinks, so food hadn't come out yet and we didn't get chance to eat it, i asked for the bill and two kind staff members both told me not to worry about it and we're very sympathetic saying these things happen. Typical chain restaurant on a high street. Food was fine, service was fine, the mojito was actually pretty good. Decor is a bit more modern than I was expecting, I always thought of Bella Italia being dark, stuffy, and traditional. This is the complete opposite.

We have been to a few Italian places and each time we have been disappointed, the food has always been bland and tastless. This place however was absolutely amazing. The best Italian food I have tasted. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable setting. I can't wait to go back.

Nice food but service was slow. We waited over 30 mins between starters and main meals, with children this is far too long! We ordered refill drinks but trying to get anyone's attention was nearly impossible and when you did they just didn't arrive back with drinks. Toilets were clean but social distancing wasn't observed well with large groups of daytime drinkers allowed inside to pay with no masks and shouting and cheering right next to our table!

Food is OK, its a typical chain experience. Food is hit and miss, as is the service. The staff try hard but can be slow to serve. I had to ask three times for things and wait for the bill. I never understand why they bring the receipt over then make you wait 10 mins to ask if you need the card machine!

We stopped by Bella Italia whilst visiting Telford as we had a voucher for kids eat for £1. It was a great deal because both kids got 3 courses and a drink for £1. We were served by Tonye and I have to say that she made the visit perfect for us. She was really friendly and she was fantastic with our kids, took the order from them directly and made sure they had kids cutlery(she mentioned that she has kids and it shows in her work). It was our first visit since lockdown and we where made very welcome... We where shown to our table which felt safe and socially distanced. We where eating on a special offer which was excellent value, Emilia our waitress explained all the other deals as we kept seeing things coming out of the kitchen that took our interest.... A limited menu due to social distancing in the kitchen YET still a good range on the menu. Prices are very reasonable, great 3 course set menu for £15.99 which is basically a price of 1 main meal you’ll get in most places nowadays but here I got a starter main and a dessert for that price! Food was really good. Amy one of the girls that served me and my family was amazing. My 18 month old has a dairy and gluten allergy and she got out the allergen folder. She Glyn us all clean cutlery and said the kitchen was going to be all wiped down so no cross contamination. My child really enjoyed her gluten free pasta dish. We went Saturday late afternoon when it wasn't too busy. After being given our menu we waited ages for someone to take our order. Eventually gave up and went and asked for someone to come and do this as we noticed they were taking orders from people who had arrived well after us. They still took forever and it seemed they were dealing with people closer to the bar first! The garlic bread starter didn't have much if any garlic. The mains were tasty but very small portion of chicken. We then waited ages to be offered a desert menu . Again gave up and had to go and find our waitress and ask for one and only then were the plates cleared away. The food did arrive quite quickly once we had ordered. Our bill was extortionate for what we had and even with 50 percent off mains was still very over priced. The steak at almost £20 arrived with 3 mushrooms and some fries. The waitress we had was friendly and accommodating once we had their attention. This is the 2nd time we have eaten here and the service has definitely not improved and the food wasn't as good. Finally could I suggest that the toilets are maintained a little better?

Unfortunately what I ordered first I couldn’t have but I was very appreciative that they came to explain the salsa verde wasn’t in stock and the pesto they would normally exchange for wasn’t vegan - very happy they said that rather then give me something that wasn’t vegan! Beautiful food, reasonably priced but you feel like you get what you paid for. Service is impeccable and the place is well looked after. Slight mistake of giving me a kid's brownie for dessert but they slotted it (not me) and just gave me another. A great dining out experience.

We went as a party of eleven people. From the time of booking through to the end of the meal the customer service was spot on. We all ordered different dishes and were impressed with the fact that all eleven meals came to the table promptly and all were hot. Everyone agreed that their food was tasty, well presented and excellent value for money. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. This branch of Bella Italia is a credit to the chain. I for one will definitely be coming back and judging by the other 10 empty plates I'm sure I wont be the only one. When ever we visit Bella Italia in Telford, Southwater we are always greeted by a wonderful you man named Alessandro. He is so friendly and welcoming . The other members of staff are very nice too and they cannot do enough for you to ensure your visit is a fantastic experience. The food is really well cooked and presented and the flavours are so good that you always have an extremely tasty meal. Nothing is too much for the staff to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your food and drink however Alessandro takes that extra step to make sure you are truly enjoying your experience with no unsavoury disturbances as he did this evening. He was kind enough to sort out a very uncomfortable situation with a group of rude , young girls . He dealt with it efficiently and professionally . Thank you. Your staff are a credit and Alessandro is a real asset.

Lovely meal at Bella Italia Southwater! We visited as a family of 8 for my birthday on Thursday (15th) and had a great time. The food was lovely, great portion sizes and all was hot. Really lovely meal at Bella Italia Telford. Warmly welcomed and seated at a nice table promptly. The decor and atmosphere is really spot on at this restaurant. The food was amazing, calamari, pizza and cookie dough absolutely 10/10 but the service was a let down. We didn't mind this because the food was excellent, but the management really need to address the waiting staff and overall running of the floor. Food was waiting at the kitchen service window for a long time before being collected to go out to the tables. We visted on a quiet Sunday evening and would be worried to visit at a busy time, but, because of the top notch food we will definitely be back. Grabbed a bargain with 2-4-1 food using tastecard discount too, but could have used our meerkat meals offer too. The great thing too is that if you can't finish all of your pizza (more room for pud) you can ask for a takeaway box to take it home! :)

We went for a meal before the cinema. We were shown to a table which felt in the way - we moved to another which was very drafty and moved for a 3rd time - the waitress Carla was very helpful and cheerful. We ordered our meals including a bottle of wine - Carla had to return 3 times as the wines we chose from the recommended menu were no longer available. The manageress Amy asked us about the meal as a matter of course - and made adjustments to our bill without us requesting this. The pizza we ordered was delicious. We visited Telford Shopping centre on Saturday 17th October and were served by a lovely young lady, Amy W on the receipt. She had dealt with our enquiry via the telephone the week before and it was such a pleasure to have been served by her. The menu had very limited choice from what we remember but we know we are going through uncertain times. Although the lady wore a mask for the whole experience she was very personable and recommended a new dish with chicken and garlic pasta and it was delicious. there was only one toilet in operation but again Covid. We didn't plan on having a dessert but we were gently persuaded and we were so glad we were, tiramisu was out of this world.

We came here after watching Downton abbey. On first entering the restaurant we was seated and at the same time asked if we had any food allergies which is good. We then sat down and decided what we wanted to drink. Then after a bit of time they then came and took our food order. The starters took a few mins to come, the starters were nice just the BBQ sauce for the wings was seperate so the chicken was plain in areas. We then waited a bit of time for the mains, we ordered pizzas the guy came and gave us our pizzas but gave us no pizza slicers, we asked him for some drinks and he got one of them wrong, we then had to ask for the pizza slicers. The waitress we was been served by before we asked for the drink to be changed and she did that for us. We then ordered pudding, which did take some time to come but they were nice. All in all a good experience and the waitress Amy was friendly and made sure everything was okay but the gentlemen serving was not good at serving or listening.

Firstly I ordered the potato pasta dish which arrived cold, secondly myself and my girlfriend noticed that a lot of empty tables with previous customer plates, cutlery, bottles that hadn't been cleared up, tidied up ready for the next set of customers to arrive. Bella Italia in Telford is a nice place to visit if you're in the mood for pasta / pizzas / grills. The venue is pretty nice with a decent layout for small parties and large. The only negative I would say is sometimes it can feel cramped if it's busy as tables are close by to each other if you're not on the sofa seats. The food is good for the price and the staff are very friendly. Definitely try out the duck pasta if you go (Marco Polo)
