I loved this branch, it was easy to find a spot to set, thanks to the staff, the food was excellent and well done, the salad station was of many types and all refilled, finally, it was easy to pay using the app. There was enough space to park in front of it ( free of charge).

Pizza Hut is actually a really nice place to eat out later in the evening after the kids have all gone to bed. The staff were all super friendly and attentive. The icecream factory has been improved significantly since I last tried it and the toppings available made it really good option for dessert again!

Came very late just before closing time to get some 241 on cookie dough with Meetkat food voucher. Excellent service as it was empty. It has been refurbished inside and is very modern now. Cookie dough were excellent with my preference for the salted caramel.

We were delighted that all sauces were changed to vegan apart from the blue cheese! It opened up so many options for us, the vegan pizzas were delicious, we just missed the vegan cheese cake from the menu. The vegan ice dessert was so good! I came to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday and everyone gave my daughter a warm welcome. Giving her the attention she deserved on her special day. Our server was particularly warm and friendly and made the whole experience wonderful.

Easily one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! Despite the current situation this restaurant has remained open for Takeaway/Delivery. The staff are super friendly and are doing everything they can to ensure we stay fed. I had a BBQ Americano pizza, it was delicious! The base was crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, generously topped and served piping hot. Will definitely be back for another!

Visited during the buffet. Pizza was cooked so nicely! Reignited my love for pizza hut actually. I was in Telford visiting family so I'd not actually been to this branch in a long time! To say the least, it has had a huge makeover! I actually worked at this hut in 2010 and it is almost completely different. Both sides of the restaurant used to be elevated. Now only one side is raised (the left side as you enter the restaurant) so I guess you could say it is more accessible as the wheelchair lift has now gone. The bar area seems totally different too. The salad bar still looks just as it did however. All of that being said, it still has the same vibe it had as it did when I was a child with the triangle style windows (actually taco shaped from it's former life as a tex-mex restaurant in the 80's) and still feels quite comfortable. The staff were great, really friendly and made sure we were happy, which we were.

This pizza hut wants you to order your food on an app which is a faff and in fact the staff had to come and help me with the app leaning over my friend. She had to help multiple people whilst we were eating on other tables. My point is why not just take the order? It took her longer to help me with the app order than it would be to jot it down and take it herself. There was 5-6 staff twiddling their thumbs, chatting, this looks unprofessional. The food was lovely and the staff that served us were really nice and helpful. I think the food ordering just needs looking at to improve customer experience.

Went for a meal. Everything is done online now so you download the app, select your food (Starter, Main Pizza, Dessert) and drink all through the app. A server will drop you a glass for your drink and plates for when your food arrives. Quick service and food was delicious.

WORDS cannot describe the way I feel when it comes to pizza hut. I have a deep routed adoration and love for the chain which will be with me for as long as I live. I am a slave the to hut and a servant to the pizza. When I imagine bliss pizza hut springs to the forefront of my brain causing a euphoric buzz as I feel the pizza coursing through my brain. You cannot out pizza the hut nor can you avoid the inevitable addiction to the hut. Every where I go I search pizza hut's near me. I long for pizza hut Evey waking moment of my life. I end off my review with this. If you are contemplating going, GO if you don't want to go, GO if you want to go, I need not advise somebody of such intellectual prominence so I leave it to you, to carry on the legacy, enjoyment and salvation of the soul pizza hut carries on it's broad shoulders of justice.

Pizza Huts are pizza Huts you know what your going to get before your arrive but you tend not to leave disappointed. Still think it's wrong that I possibly look forward to the salad bar more than the pizza but it's something different. Although I do think on the buffet all the pizzas should be crustless. Only because my wife gets annoyed when I pile them up instead of eating them.

Good service, clean, easy to park. Enjoyable experience with the kids. The self service drinks, salad and ice cream makes life easier with picky kids. All these areas were well maintained otherwise we wouldn't have used them. Nothing worse than going to use these facilities and other people's kids have messed them up.

$ TELFORD $ Nothing like before I understand it's bad timing and I hope pizza hut can survive this and aventually go back to normal. #we had to cut our own pizza using a butter knife There were only 4 choices of pizza available The pizza has shrunk to micro sizes and most of the salad wasn't available The refill station is no longer available and the prices have shot up ! Not often I give 5 stars but this particular Pizza Hut deserves it. My daughter broke her arm yesterday and was down in the dumps. Took her out for retail therapy and lunch. Ample parking around the restaurant should ensure no difficulties obtaining a space. The outside looks reasonably well maintained and the manager (a polite and well-spoken girl) even opened the door for us on approach. The service is excellent, the staff are attentive and caring and we were checked on multiple times during our visit to confirm that everything was good. The free entertainment (puzzles and colouring pages) for our child were quite welcomed. The food itself came out in reasonable time, although I was disappointed to discover Pizza Hut no longer do pasta in their salad bar, apparently this has been gone a while though. The food was hot when delivered, adequate warning of the hazards was given and the taste was as good as remembered. The toilet facilities work, but need significant TLC. The baby changing room sign still has a female parent as the image and the changing table has no holding strap. The flush-chain in the disabled toilet looks corroded and rusted, with dirty marks around the hole into the raised cistern as well. The toilet seat itself in the disabled toilets is cracked on the underneath and loose on the hinges, whilst the sink is missing a grate to prevent objects falling down the hole. In the mens' toilets the situation is similar: sealant is coming away around the sink units and the mirror is cracked on the fixings and wobbles. One cubicle has a loose handle and the other appears to be missing a locking mechanism. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant for the service and the food, both are above par, but would suggest holding your toileting until elsewhere.

Well, it was a while ago, but I remember the wings being good, the pizza felt very small, the salad bar was okay... and my favourite part, a child running head first into a table and knocking himself out for a few minutes. Literally, this kinda stuff only happens in Pizza Hut. It's classy food for scumbags like me.

My husband, son and myself decided to go to Pizza hut for our tea, when we got there we were met as soon as we walked in by some very friendly and helpful young girls. We had to wait for a few minutes before we got a table, but we were handed the menu's to look at so that we had an idea about what we wanted to eat when we got our table. Once we were seated the young ladies were very helpful and really looked like they were enjoying there jobs. We ordered and the food came out quite promptly, it was well presented and tasted really delicious, it wasn't that expensive. i would certainly recommend it to anyone else and i will definitely be going again.

Even though its quite expensive so we only go rarely on a special occasion, but its usually good. But on our last visit a few weeks ago they got our order wrong 4 times, and kept bringing out the wrong things. But, we were offered them to eat for free as they were already cooked. Which some of our party took advantage of some of it. They were very apologetic and even gave us a further discount on the final bill as a good will gesture. Servers are usually very helpful and always cheerful. Service can be slow when they're busy but u should expect that. For those not aware, when its busy the place is usually very loud. To the point where u struggle to hear the person ur talking to across the table, loud.

Unlimited buffet was fully stocked up at all times. Being vegetarians there was always enough to go round unlike the Bullring branch where they keep running out and customers have to wait a long time for pizzas to arrive. This is a brilliant place to take the family and the pizza is always of a great quality, although the area where the sprinkles for the icecream are based was a complete mess. I understand that sometimes members of the public might spill some but over the 1.5 hour stay in the restaurant, the sprinkles were just left all over the floor and all over the icecream station, and despite having a number of staff around not doing much at points other than standing around, the mess was left until we left atleast.

Visited Pizza Hut on Tuesday 16 March 2021 to collect a Pizza that we had ordered earlier by phone. Pizza Hut is closed for indoor eating due to the Covid restrictions but is still doing take away and delivery. On arrival you enter Pizza Hut , wearing your mask , and there are desks across the indoor entrance. The staff member then will take your payment and give you order in cardboard take away boxes. We were given a second Pizza of the same type free ( a special offer on Tuesdays according to the staff) . The Pizzas had been cooked quite a bit before we arrived and were rather dry compared to the taste when we have eaten in there in the past.
