The food is always good as you'd expect from Papa John's, but the service wasn't great to be honest. The Web site said that the food was ready for collection but when I arrived it wasn't. I was told 8-9 minutes so I waited in the car, but it wasn't ready for 15. Not a major delay but I'm just being honest. I was also asked for my name 4 times and was addressed with the wrong name all in 90 seconds from the same girl, which I thought was shocking customer service.

Of the big 3 franchise pizzas places Papa John's is easily my favourite. Tried the Warrington outlet for the first time this evening and the experience was broadly positive. Ordered online and the process is very straight forward. The tracking service is a nice touch if a little gimmicky. The food arrived within an hour of ordering but needed a couple of minutes in the oven as it wasn't hot enough. Both Pizza's were nice and tasty. I felt like mine could have taken some more toppings and sauce. The menu really does cart for everyone and has an extensive vegan offering.

Have had good food from here many many times. Prices are good pizzas better than the big names, deals are spot on. Even mistakenly placed an order for collection in error close to closing time and started to wonder where my food was. The staff kindly delivered my order after leaving work. Now that's service and it was my mistake

Great taste, but extremely irresponsible and poor service. The taste of Pizza is very good, but frustration is guaranteed with their poor service especially if you call them for anything. I ordered pizza and there is a delay of 2 hours for delivery, but the staff over there did not bother to give a courtesy call to mention about it. I was simply waiting for the pizzas that I ordered, after one hour, when I called, the lady informed that there is another hour delay and simply asked me if I would I like to cancel the order. This is not the first time that I had this poor service from them. In the past, when I ordered from my friend's house, although I clearly mentioned about the change in address, they messed it up. The persons who receive the calls are extremely poor at understanding the customers, don't know if it is due to their inability or due to the poor reception of voice due to surrounding noise etc. Consider yourself lucky if you get the order rightly delivered to your home without any of these issues. Good luck. PS: I will still be ordering whenever I feel like eating Papa John's pizza and checking my luck occasionally with them, but ideally prefer another delivery centre with better services.

We ordered three large pizzas, cheese & tomato, the works and chicken club. All the pizzas were really tasty and filling. The three pizzas were enough to feed four adults and a child, with left overs. The delivery was as quoted, 40 minutes. All in all, both the pizzas and service are worth the five stars. We'll definitely be returning to Papa John's.

Ordered from here last night and is the first time I have ever had a papa John's pizza I am usually a domino's pizza person well not any more the pizza was delicious from here the base was fresh tasty the price was also brilliant for a 12 inch pizza the only thing was the sauce on the base was a bit sweet not that it was a bad thing. I will defo be returning to papa John's to try other pizzas on the menu.
