Really great place, we did take-away. Be prepared to wait long time for your food to be ready and make sure you check your food as we were missing pizza and had to travel back to get it. Otherwise, great service and people.oh and their takeaway is given in paper bags which will break if you don't hold your bag from the bottom.

I can't thank Christian and his wonder team of attentive staff for giving my son the best 9th birthday ever. The staff were more than happy to bring out the birthday cake and sing happy birthday to my son and decorate our seating area in banners. Its the little things like this that go a long way. The service was impeccable and the food amazing with a great range if choice and the best thing is it was well priced too and in this current day and age it helped a lot. I've always been a fan of Frankie & Benny's but they out done themselves and im so personally thankful to Christian and his staff for being part of my sons special day. Thanks guys.....I owe you a lot.

It's been awhile since we last visited here and wow what an improvement to the interior decor. It looks so open and bright inside. Staff were brilliant and the food equally as good.

First time visit to this Frankie & Benny’s location and it was a good experience from fast food to helpful friendly staff service. We used a valid discount code offered via the Mobile app for the restaurant and saved 50% of all mains for our table. The food quality was good and tasty, good value for money and was served rather quickly after ordering it. The drinks were tasty and again served quickly, one Mocktail was the same as another separate drink and was told by the waiter that they’re pretty much the same drink but under another name? The tiramisu dessert was still frozen but full of flavour. The portion sizes were average as expected from this franchise. Ideal place for friends and family therefore would recommend a visit. Located next to a cinema and entertainment place with plenty of free car parking. Highly recommend

We were seated quickly and order was taken. We ordered dough balls and stuffed potato skins to start. The diugh balls were tough and chewy, the potato skins were tastless. We ordered a classic hot dog and mac and cheese and a portion of onion rings for mains. The hot dog was meant to come with ketchup and mustard but was plain. The roll was doughy. The mac and chesse was ok. The onion rings were very greasy. The restaurant was pleasant and clean ans was nice to listen to the music when we could hear it over the screaming children at the next table, although thats not the restaurants fault. Would I eat there again only if it were the last place left

It was busy and we hadnt booked but we were seated straight away. We could have ordered and paid via the app but the service was so good the staff took care of everything and we didn't need to. The food was good and came quickly. And the staff were delightful. We came here for dinner after having visited the Ninja Warrior playzone next door.

Not as good as it used to be, but then after such a long closure it is to be expected....but the staff there are friendly and helpful. Smaller menu choices than before, food arrived quickly and was nicely cooked... Looking forward to returning when they are back to full strength.... Took family to Frankie & Bennys on 27th Sept disappointed as personally love their Salmon in creamy Risotto we were informed they didn't have the Risotto but offered jacket potato instead at least 2 of us wanted the Salmon and herb salmon. All my party enjoyed their starter's. First time I've been disappointed at this Restaurant as i was really looking forward to their Salmon meal.

Went for a solo lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Had the Nashville Chicken Skewers for a starter, Seared Steak Salad for main and treated myself to the coffee and 'Small Delight' deal and had the blueberry cheesecake option. Everything was fresh, delicious and cooked to perfection! Service was excellent, restaurant and toilets were super clean and the background music was played at just the right volume 🎵🎶👌Would recommend and will return again with the family in the future. A huge thank you to the team that looked after us so well on Saturday. There was a large group of us and we were able to pre-order our meals to reduce fuss on the day. A lovely big space to enjoy, slightly separate from the other diners, allowing us to party freely and them not to be affected too much (we hoped)! Staff friendly and helpful, food great, with plenty of choice to please everyone. Our own birthday cake no trouble and birthday song played twice at ideal times. Good location for family arriving from different parts of the country. All well kept, clean and colourful. Top marks!

I took my Mom here just for a change. We fancied steak, we ordered steak. To be honest we were both really impressed as it was cooked perfectly! I had rare & Mom had medium rare. Both couldn’t have been cooked anymore perfectly! The only thing I can moan about, I had a bottle of bud, the bottle wasn’t as chilled as as it could’ve been & the glass wasn’t what I would call sparkling clean, I drank with it but it really could’ve been better. The waitress was very attentive, polite & efficient and we both tipped her. Overall pretty good but could be better on certain things.

This was a fabulous experience; we have been to many different Frankie and Benny's and we are exceptionally pleased with the friendly, kind and efficient service. The members of staff are always there when you have a question or require service, they listen when necessary and show a polite attitude to others around them. The food was great as well!

The reason I always come back to a Frankie & Benny’s is because of their wide variety of meals and drinks on the menu, The wonderful 50’s/60’s music, and the most beautiful cheesy bacon fries one could ever wish to devour. In the last year, Frankie’s Watford (and I’m sure all other restaurants) have lost their unique restaurant music and have served me the WORST Cheesy bacon fries I have EVER tasted. 1) the portion was a lot smaller with no change in the price, 2) there was a tiny amount of barely cooked bacon on the top, 3) a small garnish on top with that horrible bit of cheese you get at the end of a packet. I explained the issue to my waiter, in hope that he would offer me a change or a refund! He instead shook my hand and promised to take care of me the next time I come in. No sir. I won’t be coming back. Frankie’s and Benny’s is not the great restaurant it used to be. I also had a Long Island ice tea. That was alright. 3/5

Typical F&B's the young man who served us was friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand was not the best. The dough balls were under cooked and the garlic butter not very garlicky, they did swap it out for a pizza base garlic bread which was cooked but not very garlicky. Would not race back there.

Food is OK, depending on what you chose - but can be a bit greasy. Be aware though that depending on the time, they can frequently (every 30 mins) stop everything and loudly all staff sing happy birthday to visitors. You get the feeling that the staff must hate it!

While great to see the new vegan range it fails to deliver. Nothing terrible but at the same time it's not somewhere to go for anything special. The price could be better for what is served and there was a massive issue with the music here. The volume seemed to go up and down in the middle of the songs.

The place was relatively empty. We were greeted and seated in no time at all which was great. We ordered some dough balls to munch on whilst waiting for the mains. We then ordered another lot as we had scoffed through the first lot of balls and had to wait some time for these to arrive. We all ordered various things off of the menu, I went for a philly cheeseburger. I asked for extra cheese as the cheese that goes in this is more of a liquid american type cheese. However, when I got my burger, they had forgot to put the extra cheese in it. The standard of the meat was okay and the service was fair enough. One of the girls I went with said it was okay, nothing more than that though. It didn't do anything to make me comment oooo or ahhh it was what it says and that is an American diner. I would go back here again if friends really wanted to but it would not be my first or even second choice to be honest. Prices were very good though and they did have specials on which is a bonus and cuts down the bill considerably.

Not great, been here several times as I live so close, came here for breakfast last week, had a "big breakfast" Tomoto was raw, mushrooms cold, toast was bread and butter, service not great, didn't ask how food was and when I mentioned when he came to collect plates my comments he said "he would have a word with the chef" like that's going to help me, yes I should of mentioned this before the plates was taken away but as I was sitting at the back of the restaurant I felt like I was just left, very difficult to get anyone's attention and it's not the first time I've had that problem, especially when they were busy but they werent busy when I first came in, they did get busier through the time I was there, son fell off the seat and had a nosebleed, yes that's my fault but no one came to see if he was OK, the family on the next table were more concerned then the staff, I don't go here very often but I will have second thoughts about coming back again which is a shame as its so close and convenient.
