This Italian on Commercial Way is absolutely worth a visit. Luciano’s is an independent Italian with some beautiful individual touches and massively adds to the Woking restaurant offer. The sun terrace is great for outside dining and they do a fabulous breakfast menu. Our very efficient Italian waitress has persuaded us to re book for Sunday Roast which she says is hugely popular. We visited for a late breakfast which was really and their lunch service was starting as we left, with the table next door to us raving about their pasta. The menu has a great range of vegetarian options and I noticed the SeaBass looked utterly amazing. Well done Luciano’s we have already booked to come back.

Love the decor inside, lots of seating. I think they have a lot of bookings as we just walked in and it seemed like it wasn't the right thing to do but we did manage to get a table. Had the lobster and prawn linguine which was very tasty. However we did wait an hour for food, it was a bit slow but we were given a few free drinks for that reason.

An expensive treat but rarely done. Loved my Ravoli with truffle and tomato and basil salad. Will come back in future. Staff were very friendly and can't wait to try more dishes. But I need to come again. Lol.

Looks fancy, but don't be fooled. Food was average at best and couldn't say I was wowed by the dishes we ordered, had better pasta at the local pub. The mains were brought out before our table was cleared of the previous plates and we had to move them to the side ourselves so that the waitress could put the mains plates on the table.

Our Arabiata pasta and Spinach & ricotta ravioli were out of this world and perfectly complemented by a glass of delicious Montepulciano wine and a Cosmopolitan cocktail. We arrived at 6pm and made our waitress aware that we were going to the theatre and she said it wouldn’t be a problem. We ordered starters which arrived quickly ( but in hindsight a mistake!), but then waited for our mains which finally arrived at about 7:05. We gobbled them down, so not really able to savour. The food was quite tasty, but I really wouldn’t expect to find several pieces of shell in our crab & chilli linguine! ( Good to know it was fresh, but expect better.). People at a neighbouring table waited an hour for their food and were also going to the theatre. It was a Wednesday evening and not very busy! Need to do better!

We come here regularly and always have a great experience. The staff are so helpful and accommodating with my daughter who has has cerebral palsy and complex needs. They go above and beyond to make sure she enjoys her visit. The food is good too. Definitely try the steak with truffle chips. Absolutely delicious!

I have been here a few times and have always had great service and food. I recommend the truffle pasta. Simple food and full of flavour. The wine selection is great and the staff are always attentive, friendly and presentable. I will be trying the organic porridge with earl grey soaked prunes at breakfast as I've heard it's on point. Been here three times now! The sticky toffee pudding is to die for! Unctuous, sticky and delicious. Have had couple of meals here to and it’s just such a chilled place to eat for either lunch, coffee or dinner. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated so you feel quite cosy and relaxed. staff are friendly and helpful. Glad there’s finally a nice restaurant to go to in Woking.

Very cute place to sit outside on a sunny day. We came for happy hour drinks. It took about 20 minutes to receive our drinks, and we had to keep going inside to reorder as no servers came and checked on us. Also ordered water with drinks which never arrived. All-in-all I’m willing to give this place another try simply for the aesthetics, just be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for a drink.

We had the most wonderful lunch. Delicious starters, the most fantastic mains and the wine was flowing. They were happy to answer our questions and service was top notch - Juta was our waitress and she was so brilliant. Would 100% recommend!

Good food good staff. Decorated well although niche. The house red is one of the best in the area, I would also recommend the Gavi. Cocktails need alot of work to bring it to the right standard but the investment of a new coffee machine is welcome. A draft tap would be recommended as would a freezer for glass chilling .The new outside tables look great and definetly a great spot to sit .Secretly this place has the best burger in woking hands down and it should be on the menu Angus beef, smoked cheese, bbq sauce and lettuce with a side of triple cooked chips for under £10 and it comes with a drink .To follow on this bar needs the basic spirits added to it, regardless of its heritage it currently resides in woking. and looses alot of business on various basics (whisky blended and single, bourbon, grapa, creme de menth vert etc etc) also the staff should know what a premier vintage is what makes it so and the difference between blended and single malt. The menu is excellent but needs the total prices to be stated beside the food and the chefs are great actually genuinely nice people. luciano & liam are excellent chefs and run a good kitchen they are very passionate and definetly very nice guys all round. Juta is Amazing too a great host and a graceful aperance round the dining room and mariaca definetly holds the team together I would definetly recommend lucianos to anyone on any budget as they cover a whole range. ( small request please take down the tomato tin posters slight ruins the graceful decor)

I've been here twice now and both times were fab. The first time I had the avacado caesar salad from the lunch menu and the second the eggs benedict from their breakfast. Both meals were absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced. It was also so lovely to sit outside in the sun in the outdoor seating area. The interior is also beautifully decorated and staff are very attentive. Such a great addition to Woking and will definitely be back.

Disappointed - Over priced and small portions. Truffle Chips came out cold so had to send back, which meant we couldnt eat them with our mains. Go to Latinos across the road instead, amazing food there and cheaper.

We had a lovely , romantic dinner in lucianos on Monday evening. From the initial welcome we felt looked after. There’s a good variety of Italian wine on the menu, same goes for the food. I have been here multiple times since it opened and it is now one of my favourite restaurants. The staff and management are lovely, attentive and the atmosphere is always cosy and warm. I had the Black Truffle pasta on my first visit and I now find it hard to try anything else on the menu because the pasta is SO GOOD! We have eaten here twice in the last month and both times the food was lovely & the staff very professional and friendly. There are 2 improvements that I would suggest 1. There is a bar that isn’t really used , you could easily have seating at it and around it to make good use of it. It feels just very functional the way it is at the moment 2. They had no non alcoholic beer either time we had dinner there which is very surprising as so many people now choose to not drink We will definitely be back - hopefully a non alcoholic beer will be waiting

We went for dinner, and enjoyed some delicious and unpretentious food. I had the prawn cocktail to start, and to follow the gnocchi with Gorgonzola (Sophie Loren) my absolute favourite thing !!! We also were spoilt with free Bellinis and ordered a lovey Italian red ! The restaurant is cool, with fun artwork and nice ambiance. The staff were funny and enjoyed serving us, attentive and just wanted to make sure we had a good time. I really enjoyed my trip to Woking, it was really easy to get to, we came from london on a direct train straight from central to check out this new spot ! I will definitely be retuning ! So manny things on the menue I want to try. And to top it all off it’s amazing value for money, especially compared to london. super easy to get to, and back as it’s next to the station that runs till 12 am ! Thank you !

Me and a group of friends went to Luciano’s the other day for dinner, we all had a fantastic experience! The complimentary Bellini was delicious, I chose lychee. We all shared 2 plates of focaccia, perfect amount for us all to nibble on before our mains. For mains I had the crab linguine, I would definitely recommend. The side of truffle chips were also so yummy! The staff were very friendly, seating us straight away and giving us good recommendations! I have to say the Singapore sling I had was also delicious. Overall I had a 10/10 experience at Luciano’s, I will definitely be returning!!

The last time I took a moment after a mouthful of food to think ‘crikey I feel lucky’ was in Lipari, Sicily, in a small ‘Nonna’s cooking’ restaurant under the blistering Mediterranean sun. The time before that was at Luciano’s, Dorchester, where I ate a meatball so good I wondered if I had actually slipped to the Aeolian Islands (my father assured me it was only the £6 negroni talking). This time it’s at Luciano’s in Woking where they’ve only gone and done it again. Wow. As reasonable as Italy, as tasty as Italy - if I didn’t have to jump on a dim South Western train in an hour I might possibly believe I am in Italy. Tonight I’ve had: no alcohol, a Cherry Pomodoro - one so fresh I might have pulled the tomato off the vine today - a Wiltshire Pork Belly that reminded me how lovely Wiltshire can be; and of course, pudding. What I love most is that I feel comfortable here, I could be at home. I’d even pick the same Sinatra. We live in a culinary chaos I feel these days with such complicated approaches to every varying cuisine that I rarely get to eat something simple and perfect. Yet when simplicity is done perfectly it is the best. Why don’t restaurateurs get this? Whoever runs Luciano’s certainly does, and I look forward to more opening so my laborious tenures on cruddy British rail networks can at least be met at the other end with a snapshot similar to that concluding image in Ratatouille, tearfully appreciating life’s most exquisite beauty, found in the most simple and succinct of flavours, available affordably in this darling restaurant. To Luciano’s. I’m tempted t’miss the train and stay here eating tiramisu all night, but I think the charming staff might eventually get weary of my enthusiasm. Can’t wait to come again!!

Great quality Italian restaurant in Woking! Both mains and desserts were fantastic and the environment is lovely. Wine selection is very good. The Amarone we tried was perfect but the Bellini cocktail we had in the beginning Is the only thing I wouldn’t recommend and suggest to be looked at improving. Table service is good, but there is room for improvement, but as it’s a very new place I’m sure it will get there very soon. Overall highly recommended and looking forward to go back soon!

Just returned from a wonderful dinner at Luciano’s. All three courses tasted amazing - the flavours were just wonderful. Can thoroughly recommend the baked tagliolini and tiramisu. There were a couple of items missing from the menu but that’s not surprising in the current climate - just means I’ll go back again to try them next time. If you want great food, great service and a great atmosphere then this is the place to go in Woking - we can’t wait to go back! A big thanks to the chef and all the team (especially Utah) for making it such a great experience.

Well we arrived expecting the worst after reading awful reviews.. didn't find anything particularly bad..the staff were super attentive..maybe because place was 3/4 empty but they were very good to us. The food was ok..nothing amazing nothing terrible... Large portions...not terriblu Italian but as it's not expensive..can't say anything bad about any of it .. Might return for brekkie.. Might not They do need to sort the tunes out...we had everything from nivarna to Madonna to 50s music...all a bit odd

Had an amazing experience at Luciano's with my partner on New Year's eve. The food was fantastic as well as the service! What a great addition to Woking town centre. I had a pork belly served on lentils and my partner had the ragu pasta which were both quality dishes. Not too sure what restaurant some people went to but I can assure you that this place was amazing and really good food above all- If you're a local I would highly recommend dining here. The Marilyn Monroe images were pleasing to the eye as well as the comfortable red couches :-) . We will definitely be coming back to support Woking's local business :-)

My partner and I had a lovely meal at lucianos on Sunday. The Sunday roast was delicious and we’re never seen a Yorkshire pudding as big as the ones we had. The food waiting time is minimal which had us pleasantly surprised due to a fair few other guests in the restaurant. Only thing I was disappointed with, the only desserts available Were ice cream based ones due to them being sold out throughout the day(we was really looking forward to the cheesecake).however, All the staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel relaxed and well looked after. Although it’s a new place, things are well organised and there’s a good system in place. Can’t wait to have another meal here in the near future :)

We went to Lucianos for lunch today and ordered a beef roast dinner each. Wow! The meat was to die for. It was a huge portion that had been slow roasted, was really tender, and was so full of flavour. The accompanying vegetables, roast potatoes and huge Yorkshire pudding were beautifully cooked and presented. Best roast we have had for ages, and very reaonably priced. We will definitely be returning!

Looks like a fancy restaurant, but the food and service isn't there. Missing the balsamic vinegar from a salad, waitress brought regular vinegar in a plastic bottle. Hostess told waitress off at the table. Food was quite middle of the road, felt like I've had better dishes at pubs. Menu very hard to read and overly pretentious, wouldn't go back in a hurry.

Didn't dissapoint, delicious food at affordable prices. Would definitely recommend the Nonna's Meatballs & Tiramisu (which tasted similar to Carluccio's tiramisu). Amazing cappuccino! Crab linguine seemed to be made with homemade pasta, judging by how incredibly thin it was, but I might be wrong! Don't really understand what the obsession with Marylin is but she's a Diva for sure, so I guess you can't go wrong with her! Staff need a bit of training but have potential. Would definitely come back just for the tiramisu & cappuccino!
