So so so impressed by the manager and his team at ASK Worcester! I mention in the comments when booking my 12 yr old sons birthday, that he wanted to be a chef when he was older and it would be cool if he could meet the chef as a birthday treat. The manager arrange for my son to not only meet the chef, but to learn how to make his own ASK pizza, other lovely treats - the manager and his team were amazing all going above and beyond!! ASK and it is sometimes given pressed down and running over!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Had a very pleasant meal in a group of 9 with 4 children in the party. Staff were polite and friendly but be careful if you go with tesco club card voucher/codes, as they will not work if it is a special date (mother's/father's day, summer solstice or if the moon is in Jupiter) so it is best to call first to make sure your visit doesn't fall on a Christian or Pagan Ritual to avoid disappointment. Food was very nice and service was reasonably quick (the restaurant was relatively full). The venue was clean and in good order with men's, ladies and a separate disabled toilet. There was no sign of any reminence of the covid social distancing measures. Note, if you are in a party of 6 or larger, there is an 'optional' 10% service charge added without this being brought to your attention. Everyone in our party was happy with their meal and enjoyed their stay. We will be back on one of the few days of the year where there isn't a celebration made up by marketing companies 🤑 or religious events which invalidate our tesco clubcard voucher 😉😁

Ask Worcester. We Had a great evening, we did wait a long time for our starter, we where then told the ticket had been lost, however Caroline who was serving handled the situation very well and we had free drinks and fries! She was great and so helpful, and gave us such a lovely customer experience. The food was also very nice!!

Had a lovely dinner tonight served by Maddie. She was so friendly and helpful we felt really welcomed. As always food was great, I had the fresh Prawn pasta and my boyfriend had the calzone, great flavour but not quite spicy enough for him. Had an amazing meal with my mother, wife and 9 month old daughter. Had the Christmas set menu at Worcester on Saturday . Starter rated 10 out of 10 mushrooms Al forno. . Sweet also 10 tiramisu was our best ever . We have had lots of meals at Ask previously and always happy however this latest main meal let the experience down. Had Pollo Milanese roasted chicken in bread crumbs but was tasteless and bland and not seasoned enough with only small amount of mushroom sauce. On returning home and seeing the example on line of how it should have looked it was obvious that ours wasn't roasted enough possibly rushed as busy and the herbs as appear to be illustrated in photo were missing. Wish I had taken photo but will make them aware next time I visit.

If you love Italian food this is definitely the right place. The Worcester location has plenty inside sitting area but not a lot of outdoor space which for the summer sunny weather is a shame. On the last visit the desert really exceeded in aspect and taste. Portions are really generous and not very pricey.

The one time I felt being disabled wasn't an issue! I have been to a couple of Ask restaurants, and although good, I have never felt the urge to review. The staff, seem like a happy family working in perfect cohesion. They were attentive and gave service with natural smiles and grace. One member of staff (incredibly tall female with glasses, if you visit she's the one)was a fabulous addition of friendly banter and made our evening a great memory. All of you at Ask Worcester keep up the good work, and I will see you on our next visit!!

Been visiting Ask regularly over the last few years. The original branch in Worcester years ago struggled and really wasn't good, but the quality now really is very good overall, almost surprisingly so. Across all courses, its possible to have a really tasty meal that is genuinely italian in flavours and cooking. On our last visit, there were a few hiccups with serving times and 1 or 2 dishes, but the customer service really was top notch and was sorted promptly and with no fuss. The manager Lee is a credit to the establishment and went out of his way to ensure that these issues were addressed. This commitment to excellent service and maintaining standards permeates throughout the staff and is extremely refreshing to see in a chain establishment. Being able to use tesco clubcard vouchers is an added bonus too.

Nice food except the one meal which was a bit bland, good service too. Good wine and beer too. But the place is really noisy. It s like being in a school canteen. Everyone struggling to be heard over everyone else cos there are very little soft furnishings to absorb noise. A why do restaurants think not having a ceiling so we can see all the air con ducts and pipes is nice to look at? .. OK place to meet group of friends, would not recommend for an intimate meal with your partner

Great food, good service. The best part of the meal was the calamari starter and the slow cooked lamb pizza. Our waiter offered us a taste of the homemade lemonade but I would not recommend it as I like sweets drinks and the lemonade was very bitter.

Previous bad impression from a Colleagues leaving party completely changed by the 5* treatment we received yesterday when celebrating a friends birthday. Food was delicious and service was excellent despite the fact you could see they were busy. Our waitress Gabriela was so lovely and really took good care of us. Can't fault!

Reasonably attentive staff but only a couple of people at front of house were working so I think they were doing the best they could. Couple of chosen dishes also not available. Family Italian style restaurant, but OK for couples and groups too. Not cheap, but not overly expensive either, easily £20 ler person for drink, main and a side. Friendly staff but very relaxed. Do not go here if you are expecting a 5 star service or are in a rush, embrace the Italian laid back attitude with a hint of British "oh well never mind" thrown in for good measure.

We often visit Ask Worcester for date night. The staff are always very friendly and the food comes in very good time. Food is reasonably priced however i feel alcohol is a little pricey even for small glasses, I had a 250ml glass of Rosè which i believe was around £7. But overall a good night had by both of us and i'm sure we will visit again but perhaps on soft drinks!
