Popped into this branch on an impromptu visit. There were 7 of us and we hadn’t booked but the staff were very accommodating. Food came out without any long delays and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Have been to many Pizza Express’ and this one did not disappoint. The location was very nice overlooking Worcester Cathedral. Great for families and kids. We will be back again.

Quick and impromptu service. Toilets were out of order but alternative unisex were available. Food quality was fine. Service efficient. No issues.

I haven't been to Pizza Express for a while but had an impromptu lunch there this week and it was great! Asked for an outside table as we had a dog, we were brought a water bowl for him, and offered a dog chew which was a lovely thought. Our waiter, Nicholas, was fantastic - quick, helpful, friendly. Also loved the food - the new burnt ends pizza was delicious and my husband enjoyed the calzone. A fantastic little booklet for children too which my son loved. A delicious meal!

Nice pizza, a little crispy and tough but great as was free (used Tesco vouchers). They took them on a bank holiday too which we were unsure on. Excellent selection of vegan options!

Delicious pizza. Can't remember the waiters name, but he was new, only been there a couple weeks, young lad, dark hair. Excellent service from him. Served table 29 this evening at 6:30, please pass on my compliments.

Food was delicious and they catered really well for our toddler. Easy to park for with the huge car park out the front and an ideal place to grab some dinner en route home. Would definitely go again if we were in the area!

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Courtesy checks, lovely food and staff actually working hard and not standing around talking like you see so much of these days. Pizza Express are definitely setting the customer service standard - all other restaurants should follow theirs!

Food pretty much the same whichever Pizza Express you visit but this venue benefits from the services of 'Antony' a really helpful and pleasant waiter. Nothing is too much trouble for him. 5 star service from Antony.

The food was nice and we had a lovely meal. We were served by Antony who was a great, friendly host and went above and beyond to even recommend the best pudding combinations - which were fantastic! The only reason the review is not 5 stars is because the toilets have not been adapted to accommodate COVID and remove excess touching of door handles and taps etc. A minor problem in the grand scheme of things though and overall a pleasant experience.

Centrally located with great transport links and parking within 2 minute walk. A branch of the famous pizza chain, but a nice branch at that. Plenty of seating and the menu is of a good quality as with the rest of these places. A couple of issues knocks a star off : The toilets are located at the foot of a steep stair case which isn't brilliant and we did find ourselves waiting for the waiting staff (who appeared to be standing around staring into space) on more than one occasion.

The food is ok (most of the times). Prices are acceptable, but more than the food worth to be honest. Waiting staff is not suitable for the job at best. Probably because they are mostly young students, whom just want to get paid with the least energy invested on to their work.

Overall, a very nice set out and gorgeous food. Very expensive if you don't go with the set menu. The staff are very polite and professional and you are served quickly. Would not go there regularly but is worth going once in a while.

Pizzas ok but the salad was just edible condition..it seemed prepared too much in advance..was very dry! Although there were 2 floor staff plus one manager working only for 5 tables-about 10ish eaters- the service was far too slow and it was hard to get attention from them. Overall the worst pizza express of many of them i have been to.

Shame about the construction going on outside. Good tasting pizzas, always offers available somehow (e.g. o2 £5 pizza before extras). Convenient location if in town. Multi story car park literally next door
