Came here today (Boxing day). Lovely service and good food. The conservatory seating area is really nice. Though I usually avoid any of the chain restaurants, you do at least know what to expect and the food at Pizza Express is always pretty good.

Love visiting this restaurant. Its really cosy. The staff are always friendly. The food well what can I say quality! Pizza at its best... We took our little girl with us for a treat. The staff were great, she got her colouring book and pens and was very happy. Big smiles when he pizza arrived. My wife and I both had the Sloppy Giuseppe, for me this was a big deal as I've been going to Pizza Express for years and always have my Pollo ad Astra ALWAYS! Well what a pleasant surprise. I loved it not to spicy just a little kick from the spicy ground beef. Just to touch on the starters dough balls and the trade mark garlic butter, outstanding garlic bread with mozzarella and the calamari. Again outstanding taste full of flavour. Excellent food and service, the latter of which was well timed in terms of receiving the different courses with the perfect amount of time between each. We were on the 1st floor, which lacked a bit of atmosphere, felt a bit like we were eating in a school cafeteria. However, given the size of our group, and that we had kids, it was a good area. I would recommend, bit perhaps a little on the expensive side compared to similar establishments (only thing stopping it getting 5 stars).

Really lovey Pizza Express, fantastic menu- especially for the kids as so flexible depending on age. They loved the Pip Organic rainbow ice lollies- it's so refreshing to have these slightly better chpices on the menu particularly for younger kids. Will be back. I always love the mini desserts- perfect amount after pizza. The staff were really friendly too :)

Pizza Express Worthing… the staff there are second to none! Always welcoming, so efficient, totally on the ball. Mitch always comes and has a chat with our family, no matter how busy he is. To be recognised, thinking about how many faces he must see a day, is just wonderful. We always walk away from eating at this restaurant feeling full, happy, and a big smile on our faces. Absolutely amazing service.

Food was cold first time round had to send back half our order. Salad was nice but in all honesty the rest of the meals were bland. Avoid the pasta dishes. UPDATE: contacted their head office and was given vouchers for a return visit. Sadly they did not meet the cost of our original meal even though I sent receipts. BUT on our return the food was excellent and the staff were very good. Manager was also very apologetic regarding our previous visit.

this is a very good pizza express been wanting to visit this branch for years,its located in an obscured location,The food is very tasty.But i just loved this branch so much when i visited,the staff were absoloutley exemplatory they seriously couldnt do enough for you.All the staff were kind,calm,patient,understanding and polite.This is the best customer service ive seen at pizza express ever at most of the branches the customer sservice is usually ok.But our waiter i think his name was Daniel even took the time to ask if my pizza was ok even though the restauraunt was full.The atmosphere is so cozy i love the homley feel this branch has like youre in different rooms of the house the lobby has one feel,the bar area had another feel,the conservatory had another feel and the spiral staircase area which i really like had another feel and the upstairs had another feel.I loved the conservatory area it felt very homley.There is also lots of outdoor seating in the restauraunt which is nice for the summer.The paintings and books look really nice and beautiful.The building looks very smart from the outside.The new takeaway boxes look really nice with their new logo expressly for evereyone and also they have a good sauce list for the takeaways.The only negative is tables were a little sticky and there were also a few dirt marks on the tables.But apart from that i will certainly be back!!Very convenient car parking

You can't go wrong with Pizza Express. I had been to this location a long time before and it's good that they continue to have a good standard. The location is bright and with plenty of space. They have an area which is almost like an orangery as well as seating outside. My party had a few dietary requirements and the staff were very helpful. The pizzas can be cooked with a gluten free base and one of my party chose from their vegan menu. I would return.

Food good and staff pleasant but place looks as though it needs a good clean and freshen up, especially the clear outside perspex style roof which is really covered in muck and very dirty, not very attractive to sit and look at, also lots of pesky little flies around which didn't make the meal very relaxing to enjoy, the stars are just for the food and staff I'm afraid, the rest of the experience definitely didn't say 'come back soon' to me sadly!

Favourite restaurant to go with my friends. The food is always amazing and it's a nice place - sitting outside or in the conservatory in good weather is lovely. Great for dates, friends, family, large or small groups and for kids. The staff are nice and they have done pizza parties before where you actually get to make your pizza (I'm not sure if they still do)! All courses are fantastic, I have yet to eat something I didn't devour...!

My daughter had a Birthday party at Pizza Express this morning and she and her friends really enjoyed it. Silvia who run the party, told me to sit down and chill as it was her job to entertain children. And we had 15 seven years old! Staff were very friendly and helpful and a manager Eva made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service! They looked after us very well. I highly recommend Pizza Express for Birthday party.

Just done a kids' Make Your Own Pizza Party and it was great. Sylvia, the host, was brilliant with 10 six year olds. They had a great time dressing up, making the base and putting whatever toppings on. We got there 10 minutes early to put up a few balloons. They had some colouring while they waited (we added some more) and we had just enough time for cake and pass the parcel at the end. 10.30am seemed a bit early, but they were eating at 12 so all worked out.

The staff here are always exceptional and the food is the usual high standard (the mozzarella and tomato starter is consistently excellent). The restaurant itself needs a little face-lift, but don't let that deter you from the usual Pizza Express quality pizzas

Food was ok pizza was good but seafood pasta dish was not that hot. It has become very expensive for the quality of the food and we only visited because we had a voucher. 2 mains plus 2 soft drinks came to almost £30. Staff were friendly and attentive but they are now competing against to other similar style restaurants who have more choice and are cheaper close by. The place was quiet for a Friday lunchtime and there is not a great choice on the menu.

Used to be good, very expensive for what you get, you always need to use Tesco vouchers or a taste card to make it anywhere near the right price for the average quality of food here now. My recommendation is go to fiordilatte for a decent pizza and friendly staff!

I recently visited your establishment with the squad and we had the cheekiest, most banter filled experience! The lads and I entered and sat down, we ordered two very cheeky Americans and one Sloppy Giuseppe with extra cheek. As we ate we discussed some of the worlds problems such as who the next James Bond should be (JOHN CENA was the accepted choice). The cheek was a little too intense for one of the squad but the rest of the lads found the cheek to be of satisfactory standard! So long and thanks for all the cheek!
