A. M. P.Katie & the whole team were amazing, especially Chloe who is in training - so lovely, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, kind & funny - already a star in our eyes!
The welcome was wonderful by all the staff, nothing was too much trouble, the service was excellent. The food was quick (even though Katie warned us there weren't many staff & therefore there may well be a delay in the delivery of the food), hot, full of flavour & delicious! There were 7 of us & we all loved our meals & evening, we would all highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you guys!
A. G.For a family friendly experience you can't go wrong. The kids were catered for well, with a good menu and attentive staff! The adults food was also good, not fine dining, but good food at a reasonable price. Happy kids happy parents!
S. T.Had a fantastic meal out, they were very busy however let us know there may be a wait and were extremely friendly and polite. Ended up not being that long of a wait and Katie really couldn't of done more for us, lovely touch of getting a cup of squash for my little one. Will definitely be going back.
R. O.Great place, special shout out to Liam who is the best waiter ever and went out of his way to give us excellent service. Came on my own with my 3 children and he was so kind, funny and helpful. Good food too and 30 percent off if you're going to the cinema!

S.This is our second visit to York Clifton moor Frankie and Benny’s, both times we have been served by Beau and what a delight she has been, my daughter has several allergies and I could not of asked for a better server, nothing was a problem. She took her time to go through everything with us and went through the menu on the tablet. On both occasions Beau took the time to talk to both my children so they weren’t left out of the conversation and made sure all our food was spot on. I would 100% recommend asking for her, she is an absolute star ⭐️ We will be back.

K. M.Myself and my daughter came in this evening and the service was fantastic. Both waitresses were happy, chatty and informative, Katie (apologies if it’s with a Y) was great. Made sure we had everything we needed and still made time to chat and interact with customers. Although the restaurant itself was quite quiet, the kitchen were super busy with online orders so there was a little wait on food but when it came it was hot and tasty as usual
