j. c.We needed valves replaced on very old radiator as well as having the radiator removed to complete some work to our property. We needed an emergency appointment to fit in with the work being completed. They were so helpful and efficient and a very reasonable price for an emergency appointment! I would highly recommend the company and will be using them again myself if I need work in the future.
J. G.It was extremely snowy and cold. Our tenants heating stopped working and loads of plumbers were overwhelmed with work and not even answering calls. Plumber Heat answered our call, said they wouldn't see anyone stuck, saw it as a emergency and sent someone round withn 2 hours. Fixed it and sent very reasonable invoice the same day. I would recommend and use them again. Thank you. We appreciate it.
k. k.Fantastic response and extremely efficient service and repair ...Outside water tap ruptured last night, totally flooding the garden. Without water and heating overnight. Early calls to several plumbers, all booked up and some not letting me know either way. Not so with Plumber Heat. A visit organised within the hour, very helpful chap completed repair.....any future plumbing /heating requirements ...I would definitely recommend. Thank you Plumber Heat.

B.I called plumber heat late on a Saturday night as there was a serious leak in my flat with water going into the flat beneath me and the boiler repair company I had already booked to come out to do the repair had cancelled on me at the last minute. Plumber heat were fast to get back to me, their repair man was with me within 20 minutes of confirmation of the visit. The staff were friendly, they were quick to find the problem, had good advise on what needed doing, and there was great customer service following the visit. The cost of the service was reasonable and less than what some of the bigger companies were asking for the same work. I can't speak highly enough for this small company. Will 100% use them again in the future
H. T.I called on a Sunday morning after having a toilet that was blocked for over two days. My letting agency wasn’t responding to my maintenance request and I’d tried everything I could myself from liquid unblocked to plunging. I was desperately searching for a plumber that could come and unblock it on a Sunday morning and finally called Plumber heat. They were very polite and professional and my toilet was fixed within two hours and I was charged an extremely fair price, especially for it being out of hours. I’d definitely recommend!

E. T.Great service! I had a problem with my boiler after a blackout, and it was in the middle of the Easter holidays, most of the repair companies unavailable. A friend then recommended them, and they were fantastic. Sent a man in a few hours that could find the root cause, fix the problem quickly and it is working perfectly since then.
