J. S.Sugplumb have done a number of jobs for us over the past two years including the installation of a replacement ground source heat pump and accumulator tank. They are very technically competent and friendly company to deal with and won’t shy away from a difficult job. There were some issues with our existing installation when the ground source heat pump was being replaced and Sugplumb kept at it until they had resolved the problem - most impressed. Highly recommended for renewables and general plumbing work.
i. s.Recent fault with GSHP. Came same day, identified fault had part in workshop. Returned and fitted. Great service. Also Sugplumb installed our GSHP 3 years ago and we have been very impressed with it.
A. T.Heating engineer arrived on time to service gas boiler. He was knowledgeable, friendly, meticulous in his work. Required one small spare part to be ordered, kept me fully advised. Returned 2 weeks later to fit part. Don't have bill yet, but I know it will be reasonable. Sugplumb have worked for me in the past. Recommended.
