The initial call, a quote, time of visit and job total time was given. Del was on time, very professional, carried out all the work brilliantly in the time given. We arranged for him to return later in the week to do more work and we were very pleased with the level of work, the time taken, the cost and Del is a real gentleman. We were very pleased, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and he would be our first call if we needed any further plumbing work carried out.
