M Davies Plumbing & Heating Ltd have been servicing my boiler for a few years. The booking of the boiler service each year has always been straight forward, and the engineers were highly professional and punctual each time. In 2020, I had a new boiler fitted by the company, the service received was fantastic and the engineers worked efficiently and in a timely fashion. In January 2021, I accidentally changed a setting on the boiler which meant the hot water was switched off. I called the company and asked them to come and re-set the settings to which they came within 30 minutes of the call as they were nearby. The engineer was friendly and demonstrated to me what I would need to do if I changed the settings again. The engineer was also fully equipped with PPE and ensured social distancing and good hygiene at all times during the call out. M Davies Plumbing & Heating Ltd come highly recommended as they have always delivered a highly professional, friendly and prompt service.
